The installers arrived when they said they would and where very quick to install.

They had an awesome waiting room with netflix...took about an hour and a half to replace and it was at a fair price!!

John (the owner) and his brother have GREAT customer service skills! I kid you not my window was fixed efficiently and the guys are very nice and outgoing. They also show up on time and get straight to work. My window was fixed in no later than 30mins. I would DEFINITELY come here again. (Hopefully I won’t have to though lol..)

I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appt. My pickup was taken right in and work began-no waiting. They offered a nice waiting room but I chose to walk down to the local pub. Gotta text when it was done. It worked out well because my glass was empty. They filled both rock chips and got me on my way in less than an hour. Thank you.

Kaizen is a great glass repair shop! John worked with me and my indecisiveness and convinced me to go with his shop in a friendly manner. I am glad I did! My window was smashed out during a blazer game one night. I called Kaizen the next morning and by the same afternoon I had new rear glass. Pricing was great and the service time was incredibly fast! Very happy with Kaizen.

Can I give ten stars? Maybe the best consumer experience Ive ever had:Cars side window smashed in a robbery the night before. Used Yelps get quote feature to solicit from 7 different auto glass companies.Received Kaizens quote in about 30 seconds. It wasnt just the fastest and the lowest, it was below my insurance deductible, so no claim necessary.Within two hours, a Kaizen tech was in my driveway replacing the window. After less than an hour, car was as good as new.Kaizens slogan is never stop improving. Hard to tell what they could possibly improve. Also hard to tell why anyone would use anyone else for auto glass repair.
