Called last week just to put in a seal in my windshield maybe 20 minutes of work. Quoted me $50. Called again other guy said $150. Yeah thanks Ill go somewhere else

Service was quick and affordable and the staff was fast and friendly!They shipped the glass I needed over the weekend and I had a brand new windshield Monday afternoon. They said installation would take about an hour give or take but I was in and out in a little over 30 mins.

Stopped in one morning because my rear-view mirror had fallen off my windshield. They were busy but they got me right in. 5 minutes later they tell me its all done. I go in to pay and when I pull out my wallet the guy tells me not to worry about it. I dont know if this is business as usual for these guys or not, but they sure know how to gain repeat business. Ill definitely be back for any glass needs I may have in the future. Did me right!!!

So I have a 67 VW Bug that is pretty radically modified. I have plastic as my current windshield because the chop made it difficult to put glass in. I called these guys and told them the story, was willing to pay whatever for front and back glass and worried the cost. Not only did they listen and take the time to find a solutions but they recommended me a a company that can manufacture what I needed. 5 stars for ethics, 5 stars for time spent, 5 stars for honesty and 5 stars for just being good people. They got the job done, but quite unprofessional service. Got a quote, left car at the shop and was told it would be done the next day. Well, after the shop ordered the wrong window AND another window broke on transit, my window fix was delayed several more days. I told them it was a two door car, and they ordered the 4 door window. When I asked for a discount, Russell became defensive and angry, explaining I should be grateful for them getting it done on a Friday afternoon. Quite hurtful, it was an honest question, as the car should have been done several days earlier. Would be a 5 star review with a simple apology, not some egotistical response for your own wrongdoings. Dont expect any compassion with their customer service.

Super friendly staff! One of my rear quarter panel windows was leaking inside my car, so naturally I thought the seal was shot and needed to be replaced. However, when I brought it in they ran a hose over the seal just to clarify that that was the problem before they fixed it and sure enough, not a drip came inside my car. They then told me it was probably due to my roof rack having some play in it and needed to be tightened. I cant tell you how much I appreciate them checking and verifying if the seal was leaky or not before replacing it. Saved me a good chunk of money they could have easily taken. Definitely recommend these guys!

Great experience. I made an appointment a few days earlier. They were ready for me; replaced my windshield in about 45 minutes, the paperwork was quick and easy.

Guy who helped us was extremely rude. He kept telling me he thought it was funny that I was white but had a Hispanic surname. He kept asking me how come? He wouldnt let up on it, so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

My windshield got replaced on Feb 9 and all I can say is fast installation and employee and the owner was nice . I gave 4 star because they scratched my wrap by the corner which it can cause to make a bubble or air inside. Not big deal if only scratch but once the water come inside that is no good. I made this review if anything happened to my wrap I got proof lol. Having a wrapped on the car is not cheap . But overall it was a good experience to me the scratch I guess that happened by accident not intentional

I understand why you have such high reviews. I called with a problem with my back door and you came out the same day. I felt compelled to let you know my impression of Allen. I’m so glad he was the one who came to my home as your representative. He was WONDERFUL. I needed to have the glass on my back door replaced. As he was taking the measurements I asked if it would be better if he took the door and he said it would but said youll have an opening. When I walked into my bedroom to get something I noticed he was measuring the sliding glass door on my bedroom which is close to the door he just took off. He was measuring the screen on my sliding glass door and suggested we put that screen in place of the door he just took off. HOW BRILLIANT!!! He took the screen and taped it in the place where the door had been. There was a misunderstanding but once we were able to talk about it, it got worked out.

Had to get a new windshield and a side mirror for my car. I looked at the various services offered and decided to try MT Hood Glass in Gresham. I read the reviews and left a email online telling them what I needed. This was at 3:30pm on a Thursday. Now, I did not expect a reply for a day or so and was really surprised when I received a call 20 minutes later. We went over price and scheduled for the next Monday morning and here we are less than an hour into the appointment and looking almost done.I feel their prices were reasonable and the customer service is great. Highly recommend this company for any of your glass needs.They do auto glass as well as residential windows, mirrors and shower doors. Table tops and shelves as well as just about anything you need, give them a call and see if they can get you done.

They dont cut just Auto Glass! Super sweet people. Cut exactly how I wanted it and in the blink of an eye. Really impressed.

This was June 2020, I set appointment for 7 a.m, took about 45 minutes and the window I had ordered from car parts was cheap, but the window fit perfectly and the Employee did an Amazing job!! The entire staff is knowledgeable and ready to help. They were able to diagnose a leak my car was having, due to the sunroof, within 20 minutes. Got an appointment and had it fixed for a reasonable price.

If you need any sort of glass repair, this is the place to go. I cannot begin to praise them enough. They were an easy +50 cheaper then everywhere else, theyre local, theyre considerate and have an awesome sense of humor. I woke up this morning with a shattered back window from a grab and go theft. Its 6pm and I have a new window already. From first call to back in my driveway these guys had my car back to me in less than 5hrs. Again, I cant stress this enough, if anything glass is wrong, go HERE! I will be a repeat customer, and my family will be as well.

They go above and beyond. My back passenger window got stuck all the way down of course while it was pouring rain. Every other place was going to charge me over 200 dollars because they said they had to fix it instead of just get it rolled up. Mt Hood Glass charged me a more than fair price, every one I talked to was friendly and I was in and outta there in under 30 mins plus they made it where my young kids couldnt roll the window down if I somehow accidentally unlocked to the windows. 10/10 reccomend!!

Weve had them come out to fix 2 windows and a car windshield over the last year and every time theyve been so quick and professional and easy to work with. Yesterday, I e-mailed them at 12:45 and my car windshield was finished by 4. Highly recommend them for all your glass needs!

They didnt beg me to give them a review so here it is. I was able to call on a Friday afternoon for a Saturday morning windshield replacement. The price they quoted was significantly better than the two other companies no requested quotes from. They had my windshield stocked and on hand.

This crew is first class! I have a boat that I broke windshield. It was at Cascade Marine boat shop to get it replaced. It was going to take 2-3 weeks before it could be done. I called MT. Hood and Lisa answered phone and she happily informed me yes they can tackle the replacement. Side bar...Not all glass company want to do boat. Anyway, got to the store. Greeted by Aron explained what I needed. Looked at the boat and job was more complicated then originally thought of. I was afraid Aron was going to tell me he could not do it. But, on the contrary. Explained that have to be taken to his warehouse due to size of boat and time it would take to complete. Instead of just giving me just the address, he had one of his techs take me there. Wow, mind blown! Customer service I was yelling in my head. Fast forward. Aron called me up after a couple of days said it was done. At first he said it would take atleast 4-5 days and quoted me at $350. End result 2 days and $275. Want to see a perfect business model customer service? Go see them. 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!

Jason (the lead installer) was very knowledgeable and spoke well of the company. It is great when people take pride in what they do and the company they work for. They were able to get me a quote the same day, and they were supposed to get the window(special ordered) in on Wednesday the next week. But it came early and were out the next day to install it. The install was very quick. I would definetely recommend Mt Hood Glass.

Just went in today September 23, 2020 have a leaky windshield on my Nissan pu Man came out looked at windshield for about 30 seconds quoted me basically the same price to stop the leak as it would be if I put in a brand new windshield when I did not except the services because I thought the price was a little high then he copped an attitude slammed the door on my truck went inside while obviously making rude comments to the other employees about the fact that I would not take the service I watched him do it through the front window I would not Recommend this business at all

I needed a glass top for my dining room table, and Allen recommended a pencil polish to give it a smoother look. Although it cost me a little bit more money than we started with, it was worth every penny I paid. The table looks amazing, the glass top and special polish gives my dining room a rich appearance and I get to see and enjoy the beautiful wood under the glass. Thank you Allen for doing such an amazing job.

These guys were great! Took a rock to my windshield on my new/used car at 6am on my way into town. Pulled into their shop at 9am, left at 9:30 with windshield fixed. I also had a second chip that I asked them to fix, the tech came back to me and said it had already been filled. He could have charged me to fix it and I would have never known. Very, very disappointed, indeed. I dropped off a car that I needed five days later. No problem, I was told. I reminded them the next day. No problem, I was told. The next day I went to check on the job. Im sorry, we arent going to get to this until next week. And then they gave me back the car with broken glass, claiming that I broke it. Why would I ask them to install a broken window? I wouldnt. Very dishonest.

Mt. Hood Auto is wonderful!! Unfortunately my car was a victim to some thieves and they broke my window. Mt. Hood auto was quick to come to my home and replace it for a better price then I had expected!! They even spent the time to clean up all the broken glass left all over my car.
