Good customer service. They let you sit in the car while your waiting. And they actually start the lugs by hand and finish with a torque wrench, unlike most places that use an impact and crossthread your lugs

Great deal on new tires

If I could give -5 stars I would. Very And professional .After waiting almost 2 hours just to get tires put on my rims they broke to lug nut bolts and tryed to lie about it. He said come in tomorrow and they would fix it I came in they told me they couldnt do it I scheduled another appointment when I showed up they had no idea what I was talking about. tryed to tell me they magically broke and how I would have to leave my car for most of the day and pay them almost double of what Les Schwab charges. So if your not Mexican dont ever go to that Crooked ass place.

They seemed to busy to help me find new wheels and tires my observation was I didnt want them touching my vehicle anyways. Was planning on spending a bunch of $$$$. Found a clean attentive shop with great customer service so it all worked out. Besides that I was the only one wearing a mask. Just saying.

Came out this morning to a flat tire and called over to see if they could take the car in, and they could. A quick inspection was done about the status of the other 3 tires with recommendations made about how to proceed. Definitely not a pushy up-sell weve received at other auto shops, just professional recommendations and conversation. Ended up getting two new tires and some services done in under an hour. We paid about 30% LESS than we were expecting.10 stars out of 5. Will be returning (hopefully not toooo soon) and recommending to anyone in the area.

Extremely poor customer service. I was quoted a sale price for new tires for “today only” and when I called back literally 5 minutes later to purchase them, I was told that price was no longer available. He said the tires all sold out, yet they offered for me to pick up the SAME set of tires the following morning but they wouldn’t match the sale price even though I was willing to purchase them today. When I called back and told him another dealer would match the price he still wouldn’t match or provide me with a quote to receive it from the other company. Wow! Way to care about your costumers! 🙄

Paid $860 for tires and they broke 2 lug studs on the same tire. All they said was it’s not their responsibility or policy to fix it and to just not drive it on the highway. Thanks. Now I have to find someone to fix it so that my wheel won’t fall off and potentially flip my SUV if it happens. Guess you missed the car seats in the back. Now I have an unsafe vehicle.

My license plates were either stolen or sold from this property and got a ticket in the mail got told it was my fault and hung up on by the owner. Now with the covid, stuff being closed im stuck with a speeding ticket I am trying to get figured out now its gotten to the point of a inconvenience with work and trying to figure everything out all because the shops poor security and poor ownership. I would never recommend getting mechanic work done here had my vehichel for almost a month to diagnose and still had to pay to get it towed out.

I brought my own tires in to these guys and they mounted the tires for $15ea. That’s a very reasonable price. The shop is not in the best condition but it’s a trade off to the affordable prices. There is a waiting area and restroom on site. Also the guys working were friendly and accommodating.

Jose helped my boyfriend get a good deal on tires. they came with a manufacture warranty and the shop offered a good deal for repair and rotation in the future as well. very friendly excellent customer service. will definitely be coming back again. highly recommend.

I needed a flat fixed the day after Christmas, the competitors were either closed or had a line out the door. Tire Express got me in and out in 20 minutes

These guys are awesome, staff super helpful and friendly even though it was busy and freaking cold!!! Gave me a quote over the phone and told me I could come right away. 150 for 2 front brand new front tires with mount and balance out the door. Very good price considering other places wanted to charge at least 250 for the same set up. They got to work as soon as I got there. They didnt try and upsell me on anything, just recommended I get an alignment with new front tires, which is neccessary anyway. They got me hooked up with a shop down the road for a 50 buck alignment, which is pretty darn good! A guy from the alignment shop came and picked up my car from tire shop and it was done within 20 mins. I would highly recommend this tire shop!

Exellent customer service. My daughter baught a tire and a couple days later she thinks her neighbors kids flatten it. She had to drive it in about a block away with warranty in hand. They didnt even look at and just changed her tire out for a new one free of charge. I highly recommend them!

Took 2.5 hours to change 2 tires. They put the weights on the OUTSIDE of my cragars so you can see them. On the chrome. Told me I had stripped wheel studs but couldn’t fix them, then stripped more putting them back on. Terrible experience.
