Look, I am sympathetic to the fact that a lot of employers are short staffed and busy; however this Walgreens doesnt lack staff, it lacks customer service and communication. Ordered a 24 hour photo product with an estimated pick up time of 930am, didnt get an email till 1130am that it was ready - not a big deal. I arrived at 1245 to pick up my order and was told that it actually was NOT ready and that they needed to get a manager to put the frame together. After the manager arrives he tells me, that itll take another 30 minutes to put it together. As my order is a birthday gift that I need for that day, I decide to wait for it. After waiting almost 30 minutes the manager comes to tell me they dont even have the product/frame I ordered. Why is that just now being communicated? Why was that not checked before asking me wait? I am not only only late to my event, I have no gift. This really shouldve been an easy resolution of just communicating and being on top of your customer service. Unfortunately, this Walgreens has neither, so do yourself a favor and go to the more competent ones.
They handed my my mother’s prescriptions and I notice they were missing one. I asked and got an oh yeah we are out. They were going to let me drive away without all my prescriptions. They told me to go somewhere else to get the meds. I ask can you call one of your other locations? No. They say. Can you get me a list? Yes. Ok great. I get the list and go to the next Walgreens. We can’t fill that for you because the first Walgreens hasn’t released the prescription. ARE YOU KIDDING!
Got to the store at 5:52pm on a Thursday and they had all security doors down but lights on.. Google hours says open until 7pm, which is clearly not accurate.
This pharmacy has the best customer service I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. Quick, friendly, and really organized.
Kevin just gave me my vaccine & was very gentle. It was so easy! I was nervous and he made me very comfortable. I appreciate how organized Walgreens is and how easy it was to call and book my shot. I feel silly for being nervous because it was extremely quick and easy!
The Fairview pharmacy personal have been courteous, friendly and professional when calling and scheduling for both covid-19 shots. Also helpful and informative for other Rx questions and needs.
Don’t schedule a covid 19 test, very unreliable. I continued to get confirmation emails only to show up and the pharmacy to be closed due lack of a pharmacist.
Lots of new staff there slowing down the lines with long wait times for other customers, they had an issue with their computers and it took them 10-15 minutes to fix the issue when I had only one item. luckily I am very patient and I didn’t mind. At least there was another employee at the photo section who had their system working who offered to help other customers to have less people waiting in the line which helped for other customers
Rarely do ratings for places like this but the bad reviews are crazy to me because everyone here is always so friendly. Greet you when you walk in and say goodbye even if you arent checking out. The Pharmacy is the best though. I wont even go to a Walgreens on the east coast because the pharmacies consistently make me feel unwelcome but the pharmacists and techs here are so warm, helpful, and kind! Blown away by them and grateful to come here when I visit to see my lady

Just like every Walgreens, the pharmacy staff is overworked. Unlike many other Walgreens, they maintain a great attitude. They also give accurate wait times. I would rather have them tell me it will be an hour and have it actually be done.

I came in this morning right at 9am and Anya was assisting me. I walked up in a chipper mood and smiled and I said Good morning. And she said nothing back to me she ignored me. I gave her my prescription and she put it into the system and I said Ill wait for it how long and she said 30 minutes and I said really that long and she said yes its monday morning and people are ahead of you. And I thought ok thats odd. Then when I went to get my meds for pick up she checked me out and she apologized for how long it took because its on time delay in the system. I also want to say when I transfered my meds over I spoke to a nice lady but I dont remember her name she said she would call the other pharmacy and get my meds transferred over. Then 3 weeks later I called to get my meds and guess what? She didnt get my meds transferred like she said she would and I was mad that I couldnt remember her name ugh!!! So it took a couple more calls to get it all transferred over and I was so upset I almost switched to a different pharmacy cause they werent getting it together. But I stuck with them because of the drive thru for my husband and they finally got it.

This pharmacy has been going downhill fast! Constant new staff, wait times worse and worse. Today I was told 2 hours for rx to be filled. Ok, it was during lunch so alright. I come back 2.5 hours later and not ready, ask if I can come back in 30 minutes. I come back in an hour and still not ready and now waiting in drive thru with 4 kids in van for over 10 minutes while they finish it up! Time to change pharmacies... Excuse was short staffed. 🤬
In the past few months when Ive shopped there, they have had employees and undercover security follow my children and I. I have never stolen anything. Ive never given then any reason to think otherwise. All I can saw is I truly felt discriminated against just for how I look. I went in there knowing what I wanted. I looked at items and put them back...my children did what 90%of kids do when picking out candy. They would pick one up, put it down. Get another and so on. I made them out everything back and the settled on a treat. That walgreens had sent someone to stand in that ilse and put things away.while another girl kept walking by. Its so disheartening to think they were judging my interracial children and i. I finally got fed up and didnt want to even shop anymore. So I heading to the checks and and sure enough there was a gentlen reading a magizine. Ive worked retail and I know it was security trying to check my basket. Im so aggravated and pissed. I will definitely file a report ago sint this store. I would not suggest shooting there if you are someone of color.
Went in with my STATE GOVERNMENT ISSUED temporary identification card and they wouldnt make the sale because it wasnt a physical card that I have to wait for in the mail 3 different associates including the store manager Kevin acted like theyd never seen one in there entire life or ever recieved a temporary identification before was a ridiculous experience
