The need for a bed was literally putting this person in a situation that they could have lost their medical placement. Through all of my tears, Corey came up with the situation that worked for us and we were able to resolve this circumstance. We picked up the bed yesterday and the community member cried. Thank you so much Corey! Some people truly understand what it means for the community to come together. The true reflection of a persons character is how they treat the vulnerable. I am so grateful!

We worked with Joshua Gross at the Gresham/Burnside store. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us, explaining the details of each bed helping us find the one that would suit us best. We even called a week later and asked to upgrade to a King size and again he was so helpful. He made the process so easy and painless for us. Hes also a really nice guy, no hard sell or pressure. We will for sure be bringing our kids in to get their new beds from Joshua as well.

First, I was lucky enough to be the only one in the store. I was asked by the sales rep to try three different high-end mattresses to find the right feel and fit for me. I outlined all my necessities and was happy with my final purchase. The store is very clean and sanitary and I felt very safe during the covid-19restrictions. I only wish I didnt have to wait eight days for delivery!

Yesterday my husband and I went to Mattress Firm Gresham to buy mattress. Its the first time we have bought a new mattress for ourselves and it was a very good experience. Heath or Joseph I believe his name was was very thorough and asked a lot of questions while helping us narrow down the perfect mattress for us. And the store had many precautions because of coronavirus that made us feel safe and yet they didnt interfere with finding the right mattress for us. We’ve purchased our mattresses and box springs from Mattress Firm every time. This time we decided to make our purchase online. Super easy and hassle free. However, when they delivered they delivered the 9inch box spring instead of the low profile 5inch We had ordered. It was difficult to get through customer service online, but when I finally decided to call the local store, Corey was able to fix it within minutes. I am so thankful of their customer service and understanding along with how hassle free Corey made it.

So we walked in, really just look around and Dillon (sp?) came up with a real sweet smile and a hello and started talking with us and discussing what we were looking for and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. My husband and I had been talking about getting a new bed for a couple of years. Had a SleepNumber bed for several year and ended up hating it. Had a Beautyrest a long time ago and loved it so decided to go shopping for one again. They had a flyer in the Oregonian so we headed out. Dylan greeted us as we came in. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Told him what we were looking for and was shown the product. He also asked lots of questions about how we slept. Then he showed other options in our price range. After checking out half a dozen beds we ended up going for a Serta . It will be arriving tomorrow. Would recommend Dylan and MattressFirm to anyone.
