The sales people were professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate about their product. I felt confident with the products they showed, and confident with my choice. The delivery people were also professional, they were sensitive about our floors and easily set up our new bed. I am so thankful for the easy experience.

I went to this Location because it had good reviews and those reviews really hold up. I had a mattress in mind which I found on Amazon, and walked in to hopefully buy that mattress in person. I worked with Amanda, who was able to price match the mattress and even though the exact mattress I wanted wasnt in stock, she was able to find me a newer version and actually keep the price!I hate being pressured by salesmen and she didnt pressure me at all and has only been helpful. Also super flexible with exchanges in case I end up not liking the mattress.All in all, my experience here has been great and if I ever need a mattress again I will return. Thanks Amanda!

About 2 months ago I walked in and had my heart set on a Purple Matress. This location was the closest place in my area that sold this brand of matress and I wanted to try it out before I got it. I dont quite remember the ladys name but she was fantastic. Super helpful and very diligent with Covid guild lines that helped me feel safer. She let me sit and try all the mattresses I wanted for as long as I wanted and when I decided what I wanted. She instantly sprung to action. Gave me every deal she could. I even went on there website and addressed a deal I found there and she had no problem upholding it. We got everything wrapped up. I walked out with 0% intrest free financing for 3 years and went and picked up my bed from there warehouse the very same day. All in all it was an amazing experience and in 10-20 years when I need a new bed, Ill be back! But until then, I will recommend all my friends to go to the Gresham Station Matress firm!

Amanda was a phenomenal salesperson. We came in to try out some mattresses, see what we thought and ended up buying a Purple 2, mattress cover, and scheduling delivery for the same weekend. She did not act like some kind of greedy salesperson, we chatted and not only one was she able to answer all our questions but she was patient with our (my partner and myself) conversation of what was right for us. We really appreciated the laid back attitude of just trying to help (an attitude as sales people ourselves utilize in our own jobs) instead of making us feel like we are a burden if we dont make some extravagant purchase- an experience we had with others. This lady deserves a raise she really seems to enjoy her job.

Went in to Mattress Firm to buy a bed today. The sales person Amanda helped us. She was amazing! She educated us on what to look for, asked us what our needs were, and helped us find the perfect bed. We even bought an adjustable base after she showed us the benefits. She was low pressure, and very nice. Top notch.

Our whole family was looking for new mattresses and we chose this location based on reviews. We were not disappointed! Our sales person Larry, who did make mention he works at a near by Mattress Firm, was absolutely fantastic. His style drew me in and from that alone I could tell he really enjoys what he does.He respected our questions, concerns, and most of all gave us the appropriate space and time needed to make a choice on our purchase. Larrys explanations of the differences in mattresses was easy to understand and he made the whole buying process simple.The store itself was very clean, open, and of course comfortable!Things to note: When it comes to picking up a mattress at the warehouse you as the customer are responsible for tying down and securing the mattress to your own vehicle. The warehouse works WILL NOT assist in this process. Makes sense, its a liability issue. Not complaining at all, just making sure its noted in the review.Overall, great experience, friendly service!

We found what we wanted from a different store. However, after checking online stores, Mattress Firm had the same mattress for far less $$ (*one day deal) on top of Memorial discounts. Cheaper than everyone else like Costco, Amazon, Macy’s, Mattress World... all of them. I called and manager was super nice and friendly. When I arrived at store, I didn’t need too drive but I like face to face sales, the manager did fantastic job helping an elderly man in front of me. He had concerns with Covid-19 and delivery. In short, manager covered all angles and put at ease all concerns! For my purchase, there was no pressure to upgrade or buy something I didn’t need. Business was pleasant and to the point. I don’t like putting employee names down but she gets two thumbs up for customer satisfaction and attention to detail! 5 stars for that and the incredible price. Store was very clean. Purchased Thursday night and delivery is Saturday afternoon. *Keep eye out for their one day deals!!

April @ the Gresham Station location was awesome to work with! She took us through a process trying a few beds at the beginning of the trip to help us narrow down our choices. When we got down to 2 different beds that my husband and I liked, she reccomend we lay on each one for 10min. We switched between the two beds several times while she looked up sales and clearance options for us. When we made our choice the check out process was very quick and easy.We had gone out that afternoon thinking we would look at several different stores and compare prices and matress options, and that it would take several days! So thankful we found a great matress at a great price in a couple hours, at one store!! It was a no pressure experience! April was so helpful in giving us options that matched our feedback, and was very knowledgeable. We ended up with a great hybrid matress that had the best of both worlds. Coil springs on the bottom half for stability and support, and memory foam on the half top. One of the most similar to a temperpedic. Great reviews from consumer reports too. The I Series Hybrid 3000 medium firmness should be a great bed with good longevity. We also got the Free adjustable head up base. I highly recommend asking for clearance options for the matress you like to save some money. Mattresses that were slept on for a night or two or showroom models get clearances out, AFTER being professionally cleaned and sanitized! Saving up to half the cost of the mattress! Happy shopping!

If it was possible to give this place zero stars I definitely would. April, The sales woman was very cold not welcoming and really not willing to work to correct the companies mistakes. Almost a week ago I purchased a mattress and bedframe. I also purchased delivery. When they arrived to deliver my items, the mattress was fine but the bedframe had been damaged, the legs wiggled the fabric was ripped and there were dents on the side. When I contacted mattress firm they advised me I would be able to get a replacement but they weren’t sure how long it was going to take. I kindly let them know I did not spend $1000 to sleep on the floor. After demanding they do something I was forced to go pick up my own bed frame that was supposed to be delivered. I had purchased a clearance bedframe that had either been a floor model or gone out to a customer and came back as a return which was no problem but I was advised it would be in perfect working condition and that was simply not the case. When I picked up the second bedframe I got it home, set it up and realized it was missing the power cord (it was an adjustable base). I was told by April that they would be giving me a brand new bed frame that had never been sent out to a customer for the inconvenience. She was not honest and actions such as these give companies a bad name. I will be taking this matter to corporate because the actions of this employee are unacceptable. I should not have to pay full price for delivery if I only got half my order and was forced to pick up the other half on my own. Also it is day three and I still do not have a power cord when I asked them how we were going to correct that they told me I could go purchase one on my own while I wait for a response. Terrible customer service.

Ok, shopping for mattresses ranks down there with car shopping and doing taxes... usually. That was until I went to Mattress Firm and was helped by Larry. He was knowledgeable, friendly and really listened to what our needs were. He was helpful throughout the whole process- from the choosing to the purchasing AND the delivery. Absolutely impressed with Larry and Mattress Firm!

Amanda G did an outstanding job. I think it’s worth noting that my fiancé went into the transaction insistent she was only interested in looking and that she hated adjustable bed bases, but we left with a top tier bed and adjustable base and with her excited for our new bed. She later told me she changed her mind because of how Amanda wasn’t like a typical pushy “salesman”. I’ll have to agree that working with Amanda was extremely easy and laid back. We were very indecisive and spent around 3 hours at the store, while Amanda was so patient throughout. Although I’m sure there exist incentives to purchase certain items (E.g clearance items) over others, she always used the right amount of suggestion. Working in an industry where gaining the trust of a stranger is the key to your success, and being able to do so while wearing a mask says loads about your capability to make a good sale.
