So much for making an on line appointment. Scheduled an oil change, arrived on time, sent to Quick Lane, rep told me making an on line appointment was meaningless. Would have to get in the queue, 2 hr. wait. So much for my first -- and last -- visit to Gresham Ford. Went elsewhere.

They were nice to talk to but they never called me back to make an appointment for an oil change. So frustrating.

Oil changes reasonably priced, dont need to make an appointment, staff is always courteous and professional.

People in here are very nice, I did some work here on the employees wall behind the counter, put in some diamond plate and reclaimed wood above it came out pretty cool

I don’t matter what date or time of the week you stop by to get an oil change, the wait time it’s 2-3 hours.

I called and talked with Taylan about tires for my niece. He walked through several options and covered the different tire types and warranty info. He got the tires ordered and installed within a day. He followed up with both my niece and I on the complimentary check of the vehicle that the tech performed when the tires were installed. Very happy with the great service we received.

Very honest! I took my truck in for new breaks because they had started to become very squeaky. They told me that I actually had about 60% left and that they were just dirty. Very great full, they could have put on new breaks and charged me and I would have been non the wiser. Didnt even charge me a single penny either. Definitely going back, and definitely would recommend to anyone!

I can tell that the lot attendants there work very hard based on how absolutely spotless my used (new to me) car was! Every little detail of the car was clean, even the rims were shining! I couldnt even tell that the car had been used and it was a year old! Great job guys!!

Im not impressed with the customer service regarding scheduled maintenance. Staff is not knowledgeable about the product. I had an issue with weather stripping. I made the dealership aware and was told somebody would get back to me and it never happened. I went back for scheduled maintenance and the matter was resolved but I had to address the issue again.I asked a question regarding the key fob and the attendant told me he was not familiar with the 2016 model year. He didnt attempt resolve the matter or ask another employee.I was surprised by the ineptitude of the staff and lack of enthusiasm.#I love my 2016-FORD-F150 Lariat/ but the service at Gresham Ford Sucks!

They charged for things without my approval and lie

I have been taking my vehicles to this location for several years for the convenience, but they lost my business. I have been happy with the basic service. Although, every time I go in they try to sell a service based on their inspection. This last time they told me my front breaks needed replacement, and the pads were at 3 millimeters. I thought that was odd since I just replaced the breaks a year ago. I took my truck to Les Schwab for a 2nd opinion, and they found the front pads to be at 6 millimeters, and said I probably had another year left. I am so irritated with Quick Lanes. They lost my business because they are either incompetent, or dishonest.
