Store was dirty, lots of people hanging out right in front of store. looked trashy

The man working tonight was so rude! If it wasnt for the nice lady, we would have left. My mom asked a question about a sale sign. He snapped at her that he doesnt know until he rings it up, because things change every day. He also got snippy with another customer. He got upset when we werent ready to pay and was waving us up saying I will help you now. We and the other man waited for the nice lady, and he stormed off- proceeding to aggressively fluff the chip bags in a huff. Very stressful. Felt like pay and get out.

The clerk was rude and pushy. The store was clean and everything looked OK for the most part.

Use to come to this 7 Eleven all the time. Came by tonight to get ice and turn in lotto tickets. Ralph the clerk was nasty to me and said you got to scratch off the numbers and you cant do it here. Before they would just do it. Said why cant I do it here he said I dont wNtthesilver stuff on the counter my work space. Than he pit my change from what I bought on the counter. Didnt even wipe the counter off after I walked away went to helping the next person. I will not be back to this one again. Use to have great customer service.

Employee who wanted to help with my delivery pickup was not wearing a mask and when confronted about it, only had excuses, and was aggressive towards ME! Despite the fact that both her company and the state are requiring face masks, I would think she would want to wear one just to cover up those horrible teeth!

Im all into the fountain drinks lately. 1.69 for a double gulp, great deal

This particular 7-Eleven is wonderful! The staff are all very friendly, the store is kept clean and well laid out, and theres a Redbox available outside.

Came in. Didnt have nacho cheese OR chilli for nachos. I was willing to wait for more cheese but was told by the employee that she didnt know how long it would take for more to be warmed up and continued doing whatever she was doing.I just wanted nachos...

Any cup refill is 99c. Advertised in window. Oh but i was refilling a super big gulp, thats 1.19. What?

This place doesnt follow 7-11 promotions. No $1.00 off coffee.

Its 7/11 so you gotta expect mediocre quality at best for their food and service. Their selection of beverages is great, sometimes their slushie machine is messed up. Some of the employees are great and friendly, some are quite rude.

Ok wow, ive been going to 7-11s pretty much my whole life and this has certainly been the worst visit Ive ever had at any of them. These guys have always been short of patience and basically the scourge of convienience stores anywhere but tonight car breaks down and i have no coat during this 4 hour quest to just get home. Waiting forever for my ride im freezing cold so i go in and buy a warm beverage and i stand in the front of the store to warm up. The jackhole attendant tells me i cant stand there.....after making a purchase no less! Im stunned and look to him and say im cold calmly but yet he shooed me right out!!! I swear and vow to never ever ever set foot or bring financial gain to any 7-11 related venture ever again until the end of time! I think ill even come back to haunt this place when im dead. Oh thank heaven for 7-11 my ass.

No answered the phone when I called to fined out the for the price of a cartoon of cigarettes

Employee barely spoke English, and tried to charge me for damaged cups after their shlushee machine exploded the drink all over me and the wall and cup. After I cleaned myself up and got ready to get a clean cup, clerk told me she could rinse the cup or I could pay for a new one because of some inventory crap. I wouldnt doubt she dug out the other two cups I trashed before and placed them back in the dispenser for others to use.Disgusting and sickening.
