Scored some sweet goodies tonight. Ninja Brian was excited to see that we purchased nothing for him at Big Lots, even though they have a very nice animal toy selection. Purchased matching artichoke pictures found them on clearance a total of under $10. Fun to wander through, never know what youre going to find. Cute garden items out right now. Wasnt crowded.

I really like their seasonal baking items, or snacks. They have moved around their store recently that makes it a little easier to find things. My dog really likes the squirrel toy I got for her. It was only $5

They didnt have chocolate covered pretzels, but they did have these very tasty snack veggie straws, zesty ranch flavor, which are absolutely delicious. Im going back for more this week! Mmm yummy! 😋

Excellent! They even have little recliners for kids, that have a cup holder on the right arm.

Leslie and her manager at the Gresham Big Lots were the silver lining on a moving day that was not going smoothly. There was a discrepancy in my order but they made it right with no disputes. They honored the original price and gladly loaded the mattress into my truck and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Thanks you Big Lots!!!

This Big Lots is clean and had lots of stock in. They had toilet paper and paper towels too! And a great selection of holiday decorations! No I dont work for them, but its a great store to wander around in and find a couple of fun things to buy!

It is a store where I like to go to buy things for the kitchen and there I bought my dining room that I like a lot, it is of good quality

Prior to coming to the store I called the big lots to make sure that if it would be ok to get my return without my debit card because I lost the card/also I didnt want to drive there and not get it done, I had Pan over the phone and she told me that she would do it for me, I drive to big lots in Gresham and once I go inside for my return but reallyI had a difficult time with the store manager -Pan-Who wouldnt do a return on a receipt I had without the debit card, but she would do return/ cash back for a white lady that didnt had a receipt.Store Manager Needs to get Fired!

Pamela is amazing. This store was out of stock on the patio set I wanted. This was the 3rd store wed been to looking for it. She checked other stores inventory for us, found one and had them hold it for us. We watched her help others and happily guide her coworkers through their sales and questions. Amazing customer service and a kind d helpful person. Thank you!

It was very chaotic, unorganized and the cashier just couldnt seem to split the bill between two cards. It was simple easy to the point and self explanatory. Then me and my best friend are walking out and theres a fist fight between two guys right next to the doors and the guys bust in the arm and in was very upset then the Lady goes oooo looks like you got a doozy. Im never going back to that shopping mall EVER again.

This KFC is the worst I have experienced. They NEVER have all the food to complete your order. They seem to have an attitude with you for patronizing with them. I asked for all white meat and she refused to let me wait for it to be prepared. I had to take what was ready or go Popeyes. Popeyes for dinner tonight!!!!

I can find some great deals on stuff here. I love to buy candles here and home decor stuff. Their prices are cheap and they have lots of things to shop for here. Great place to shop around the holidays as well.

They have good prices and I felt like the staff was very friendly. Things were easy to find here. The stores kept in good condition. I felt like they had a good assortment of products for a reasonable price. I would definitely come here again.

We had a problem with a recliner we purchased just last month. The employee, Pamela, was so very helpful and took care of the matter immediately for us... The way the Gresham, Or store is run is why I continually go back and shop there.... Thank you Pamela..5 star rating!!

Its such a random store and way more expensive than youd think it would be. The staff gave me a bit if a hills have eyes vibe. 3 stars is honestly generous. Im not really sure what warrants it. Id recommend hitting up a gross out (grocery outlet) over big lots any day of the week. If youre stuck with this as your only option it works in a pinch.

Great place to get household stuff

Love & adore Big Lots! Great place for inexpensive household, health & beauty items, along w/ most random asst of snacks & drinks. The prices here make me smile. I always find the perfect item. The cosmetics are staggeringly cheap, inc Cover Girl, E.L.F.(my personal favorite), Maybelline, L Oreal, Sally Hansen, to name a few. Dont even get me started on the skincare products, inc products by Olay, Ponds, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, sporting prices that seem almost illegal, but, it most certainly isnt, its the magic of Big Lots at work!

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Pamela at the Gresham store went above and beyond to sell us a great couch and made sure we got the best deal possible. We love the couch! Thank you Pamela!

Everyone is so nice here. I talked to an employee today I didn’t get her name :( but she said she was new and only works a couple days a week. She was very sweet!

It was busy, the lines were long but with the effiency of the checkers we were up and out with in min.

Just went in to spend $40.00 to save $10.00 like my email said. They would not honor it at all, she would not even call a manager. Very upset, I am a regular customer at this store. I offered to have her scan my card and she wouldnt. So I took off two items from my basket.

For a store that claims to be a discount store the prices are the same as or in a lot of cases higher than other stores in the area. I do have a few items I buy from them regularly because those specific items are cheaper but I dont buy much else. I do like that the store is always clean and all the staff are friendly and that is why I go back. Cause off they werent I would care about the couple of dollars I save by going there. Good Customer service is a huge reason to shop there.

Honestly, this is my first year going to big lots! The one thing I can say is they have amazing knock off/ target looking stuff for a really affordable price. Not a lot of staff there, but the ones that are there are really friendly. They even helped me bring something to my car because I clearly can’t left something that’s 80 pounds. Also there return/exchange policy is pretty good. Highly recommend, wish I would have came here sooner.

I came in to buy couch. Asked questions. Told her the problem about my old couch....and how can I help you???? Like I was bothering her. Told her need to know what one is good for animals and kids fabric and a heavy person. She said we dont know anything about furniture. What comes in and thats it. That is why good prices. Wow.. she said we are not on commission nor know details of furniture. I asked so nobody knows question I have ...she correct. I said i take pride to learn for customers. She said Im the manager. Wow...worst customer service. Im gone.

Pretty loaded for this season. I went there for the cream cheese filled peppers,they are delicious. But they were running out. :-(

DEALS DEALS DEALS the whole store is a steal. Headphones for less than half the price of anywhere else. Tower speakers for practically free. Ive also bought QUALITY furniture from them countless times. All my Christmas lights come from this store as well. Walmart has competition... We need MORE Big Lots!

Good selection some items you dont find other places and some are the same. Prices can be lower for lots of items but be a careful shopper as they are not always the best option

Prices are too high and I often find that anything with oil or nuts in it has gone rancid and is not even for for a dog to eat, let alone people. They would sell a lot more product if they would be reasonable with their pricing!

Staff are always helpful here. Willing to get items down from higher shelves.

Went to look for a sofa and loveseat found the right set but they were out of stock. Jacob told us that it would be months before they would get new shipments. My mom wanted to buy the display model but they wouldnt sell it. They wanted to keep them for people to see them. So í guess people can see but are unable to buy.

Big lots is a fun place to shop, some itms you can get killer deals on, and they get some interesting items in, i especially like spring items for yard and patio.

This rossdressforless is not as nice, friendly or as well maintained as some others. The staff here is rude and abrupt. the other day I saw one of the alleged customer service Representatives being extremely snippy with a lovely Hispanic woman who was trying to return a pair of pants but couldnt understand exactly what the clerk was saying. She bit her head off and treated her like she was stupid. I and another lady stepped in to explain to the clerk what the woman was trying to say because she wasnt even making an attempt. she was just a bully. The staff isnt very friendly and they are not helpful at all. I wont ever be back to this store.

I came this morning with my kids and my sons therapist. My son has severe autism and was having a behavioral episode while we were walking to the front of the store. When we arrived to the cash register the associate said Im not even open.. with a snarky tone of voice, so we had move to the one lane that was open behind a customer that had a cart over flowing with items. My sons therapist asked the next associate that came behind the counter if she can help us check out because he is overwhelmed and we need to leave quickly; she said no I just clocked on, maybe I can find someone else. In the next few minutes I saw 2 more associates come and leave the area. All the while my son is very obviously agitated and struggling. Just as we were about to abandon the cart and leave, the first associate that refused to accommodate us said ok come over here, Ill help you now. Terrible customer service, and I am not an overly sensitive person that gets offended easily. I wont be shopping here again unfortunately.
