Nice store layout is nice just wish the signs were in the front and back of the isles so its easier to navigate. Out of stock with a lot of things.

Apparently this Walmart can afford to hire like 10+ online order fulfillers that pretend to stock the same box over and over again, stand in the aisle and chit chat with each other but can’t afford cashiers leaving the little that there are to be overworked. The hiring manager should do better for those employees who actually do their jobs. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Why keep the store open. Mid day Friday and NO 1 gallon whole milk. This store has alot of empty space on the shelf. It has alot of employees who can not tell way the shelf are not restocked. It has nothing to do with ships backed up. Its because Corp. Does not care about this locations and wants people to go to the superstore locations.

Went in to get a covid shot ( Moderna)Staff at pharmacy was great! Also did some light shopping while we were there. Nice and clean.

Walmart as a store is nice but this one leaves a little to be desired in customer service. I went to customer service for a carton of cigarettes for my husband they sent me to Express checkout and then Express checkout tried to send me back to customer service needless to say I went to the lighthouse lottery and smoke shop less expensive and nice

I have always had a wonderful experience here with staff and how easy it is to find everything in the store also its prime location right near my house

Its a good shopping experience go there about once a week. Keep an eye out for their produce sometimes the produce is on the down side of things. Other than that their staff has always been friendly never really a bad experience there. Will not go to super Walmart anymore but the little markets arent bad imo.

This WalMart is full of rude customers and employees. The actual checkouts are rarely staffed anymore, forcing longer lines in self check as people with massively filled carts are slow moving at scanning and weighing items. The shelves are never stocked either. The only reason I come here anymore is because this is the only store in my area that carries a certain product I like. Do better WalMart

Store always has what we need but im frustrated at night when i buy an entire cart of groceries and it is all self checkout. Then there are multiple employees making sure to verify that I paid. Maybe have a cashier. Especially for the handicapped folks who sometimes need other customers to assist them.

Ran in for a lunch salad, pre made, some cold ice tea, and a cookie box. Used the self check out and didnt have to wait, so i was in and out quick.

Ryan in Frozen went out of his way to help me.

As always from this Wal-Mart grocery, respectful employees, hand sanitizer available, wipes for the carts, even offered us a mask! (We brought our own) Thank you for thinking about our and others safety. Social distancing was in full practice. Nice to see items in stock again! I cant live with out my coffee creamer. This Wal-Mart grocery is my favorite simply because they consistantly treat us like family.

Its a neighborhood market, so theres not much merchandise. Pretty good food department with fresh produce, meat, and non-perishables.

This is the worst walmart around. They dont hire cashiers or staff, theres never any carts available because no one goes to collect them, the staff is rude because theyre over worked, the shelves are always empty and not stocked, and its filthy.

I always have a good experience in this store. Never to busy, lines are short. Staff is always nice and helpful. Great prices. Really like this Walmart 👌

Usually I sing the praises of the employees there but some new hires were especially rude to me when I was checking out. They were unaware that I was bilingual and were making fun of me to my face because I was dressed for the pandemic. You wanna be mean spirited, fine whatever, but Im taking my business elsewhere.

I called to ask a simple question about an item being in stock, after waiting with the line ringing a lady finally answered only to ask if I could be put on hold, I agreed, then proceeded to leave the phone on and leave me waiting for over 20 minutes. I was trying to be patient and assume maybe they were just busy but eventually after just hearing them chatting to each other I gave up and hung up.Update: now they’re not even answering.

Went in here today 5/29 and got 2 packs of center cut pork chops and they both was spoiled WalMart yall make 2 much money off people to even have this on yall shelf

The pharmacy is really slow and most of the time they wont fill a prescription until you call them up and ask them to.

The fact that they lock up the laundry detergent I actually use, and pretty much 90% of feminine products, caused me to start shopping somewhere else half the time.

Arons rent service, Fedex, office depot, Marshalls,big lots, liquor store and much more a few auto places bowling. Also a few restaurants. Roadhouse steak, panda express, dairy queen, everything is in the same area and I love it.

I had the worst experience at Walmart neighborhood. I call this morning to check on an order that one of the managers assisted in placing it. I ordered a number of packages of flour under the name Montana All purpose flour. They confirmed that they have them under my name. I went with my wife to pick the flour up and the customer service manager said that they do not have the order and it might was sent to a different Walmart. They treated me bad and they were impolite. We got in an argument and they kicked me out of the store. I am a good customer there and everybody know me very well, but they were very aggressive and impolite. I think Walmart hires a number of people with no experience and no education and are not trained to deal with immigrants . I will report them to their headquarter tomorrow. I will not let it go.

Although the store in general needs to not rely so heavily on self checkout and hire some checkers, the pharmacy was very helpful and nice and the baked chicken is always fresh and delicious.

This store has things that some of the other stores dont have, even the Super Stores. Just went in here today and found Bakery items on the shelves that the Best By date was yesterday. Ive seen this at a few Walmart stores, Walmart employees NOT pulling product off the shelves, or burying the product behind NEWER product(although Ive seen this at Safeway and Fred Meyers also).

It was well managed by the employees to allowing limited guest.Only concerns were at check out where there was ONLY ONE self serve register open for CASH otherwise it was the 2 cashier servicing lanes and the 10-12 debit card lanes. That ONE SELF SERVE CASH LANE HAD 8 PEOPLE IN LINE & 5 lanes no one using in the debit card lanes..There was an agitated customer that was waiting in the wrong lane (to find out he could not use cash) then moved behind me in the cash lane where I had been waiting more then 10 mins (he was #5) He was stating his concerns, then it got to be verbally rude to the staff lead cashier behind the smaller item count lanes (that is when I moved away to a debit card lane) she walked away what seemed to had report to someone the tone being used and he left.Not everyone has or wants to use debit cards..Maybe customer service counter staff or one of the 2 people letting customers into the store would of been able to watch over a currency lane as could of been a CASH tranaction.Walmart needs more than ONE cash self service lanes!!

Walmart never has prescriptions in stock. Their pharmacists think they are doctors. If you want a great pharmacy with great service. go to highland fair Safeway. They always have your medicine on hand And treat their customers great!

I have been to this location several times and use the pharmacy here too. I have always had good encounters with the pharmacist and pharmacy techs, and usually have pretty fresh produce and protine in the grocery store. I have always been pretty happy with this store and maybe more importantly, I have never had a bad experience inside this store.

Extremely HOSTILE shopping environment!!! My god! This store has the most OVERZEALOUS RECEIPT CHECKER I have ever encountered. Even if you spend $100 and forget to scan one .05 CENT plastic bag at the checkout, they will treat you like a criminal and a thief. The receipt scanner guy nearly threw a fit because I had an extra plastic bag LOL! I am never returning to this cheap run down store ever again! Or any other Walmart stores for that matter. Walmart has become increasingly aggressive and inconsiderate towards their costumers for a while now. I think Walmart is forgetting that their business would not exist without their core customers. They shouldn’t take their customers for granted especially considering the fact that they are currently being dominated by Amazon for so many reasons including its superior customer service! Most of the staff at Walmart are very unfriendly and unhelpful, the store doesn’t have many products to choose from, and they’ve become increasingly lazy with restocking most of their products. I think I will be sticking to AMAZON from now on :)

Whoever staffs this place needs to work a day or so on the floor. The poor gal in grocery pickup is the ONLY one, on a weekday, at 5pm.I get it, you are short staffed, and Im banking this place doesnt pay so well. But seriously, STAFF APPROPRIATELY. Or borrow staff from another store. Ive been sitting here for 30 minutes, and this poor lady is running as fast as she can.

They didnt have any wipes at the front door to wipe down the cart handle.. I know some places sanitize the carts for you but the employee outside was on a tablet counting customers i believe. Cleaning carts should be just as important as social distancing

UPDATE---NOVEMBER 7, 2020. Absolutely HORRIBLE PICKUP SERVICE!!!! We were missing @$40 of food when we got home that we had paid for. We live over 40 minutes away. Not exactly convenient to have to return for items. One item missed I would understand. But not 20 items. We do grocery pickup now more than ever to limit contact due to Covid19. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!Normally love this Walmart. Willing to give it another chance. Hopefully better quality control next time.

Dont recommend if you are disabled and need help checking out . They dont have any clerks it is self check out only. So I wouldnt recommend doing major grocery shopping there unless you are able to bag and cashier yourself.

This walmart has switched things up and now are keeping the carts outside. Im not a big fan of grabbing what feels like a frozen cart and pushing it around the store. Around the same time they did this it seems as though baskets are near impossible to find. This was one of my regular spots for a quick shopping trip, but theyve made it really inconvenient. My recent trips I just grabbed what I could carry. Ill just be going to Fred Meyers from now on.

You know people have been complaining about the $.05 per bag since the new year. However, the new bags are MUCH stronger than the old ones (even from when stores had decent plastic bags). Worth the little extra.

I really like the neighborhood Walmart grocery store on SE Powell in Gresham, located near the Burnside entrance to Highway 26. This store has plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits and has a large selection of fresh meats. They just seem to carry nearly everything I am looking for. I find the employees to be very helpful and friendly. It does have some undesirable customers who openly steal in front of other customers but that goes on a lot less here than at other stores I shop at. It really has become my favorite grocery store to shop at.

Its a Wal-Mart...There are a couple of employees that make it a fun place to visit but its Wal-Mart, you know what to expect.

We ordered online for pick-up over a week ago. They said to pick up our order between 7 and 8 pm on Sunday. We were asked to wait for a message to come and pick the groceries up on scheduled date and time. At 8 pm on Sunday we received an email telling us to reschedule with the next available day being Wednesday evening. I called and asked why they wouldnt schedule our order sooner since it was they that messed up and was told it wasnt their problem. Talk about bad customer service! I cancelled the order and will never shop there again.
