Purchased my first John Deere for our new ten acre property. It was such a challenge deciding on the best equipment for the job. After much time doing research I thought I had it decided. The people here are friendly and helpful. I needed a recall service on my Honda generator, they quickly took in the generator and did the recall. It took a week because they had to wait for a decal sticker to be shipped from Honda.I had called another machinery place nearby (Moen) and they said they usually only do recall service on equipment that was bought there, but they might do mine, but it will be a few weeks at least to get it back. No thanks Moen, I will only go to Pape for my future needs.Thanks again to the kind and fast service at Pape.

Pape was unable to provide any time frame regarding the shipment I had confirmed online. I understand this is a difficult time for all of us, but their inability to provide this information is the poorest customer service possible. On the plus side, the individual who helped me was nice. I cannot recommend giving your business to this supplier.

I bought my John Deere x570 mower here two years ago, and sales and service was terrific and of course the mower has run perfectly. Today I returned to purchase an expensive Honda EU7000is inverter generator and had a chance to work with the parts department. They pulled one from their stock in the warehouse, assembled the generator and added oil and gas, and called to tell me it was ready (it was only a couple of hours). I was taken through operation of the unit, got help loading it into my pickup, and was even given a discount. There are quite a few Honda certified sales and service stores in the PDX area, I recommend you use this team first. They do a great job.

I have been here twice for service on my John Deere x300 lawn tractor. Each time I was impressed with their friendly, excellent customer service. My first visit was after a local independent shop couldnt fix my problem after repeated visits. Sometimes it pays to go to the dealer.

The staff is very nice here. Im a nieghbor and asked one of the mechanics if I could borrow a large socket that nobody local had for sale and it was leaving me stranded. He let me borrow the tool despite it being an awkward situation where it would have been completely understandable for him to say no. I can only imagine that if they are willing to do that for a random nieghbor, that they probably offer great service.

Great selection of hard to find parts for your Deere. On stop shop for me to find a gasket and a missing bolt. I really did not think they would have the bolt, but they did.
