I just love this store. Love finding all the good deals and cool little gadgets they sell. Company Is getting alot better with nicer stuff now. Lights bars are awesome here. 3000 watt power inverter is awesome from here and they have a no Hassel return policy. Definitely worth being am inside track member. Always some extra savings on top of already awesome prices. If your on a budget or your just love their new icon line of tools this is the place to go to get the job done. I bought their 12 ton press to do my u joints in my front axle and that manual machine did the job so perfectly no problems. I bought everything I needed to do my trucks front hubs and brake system and didnt break one tool from harbor freight. Every tool did it job so I was able to get the job done! A+A+A+

Harbor Freight has tools and house hold things are a reasonable price. The staff is always friendly, especially the cashiers. One thing that I have found continually through HF is the utility shelves, they haver two of them a small and larger one. This time I got the larger one, for around $45 which is a good price. If I want to buy a tool, I check HF first to see what they have.

Excellent prices. Nice clean store. Staff was friendly enough. Only reason not 5 stars is because they never have enough people around to ask for help. Under staffed...but thats what you get at all discount stored. Happy to continue shopping here, for sure.

Always have what Im looking for and much like a Dollar store I usually walk out with something extra I hadnt intended on buying. But I will find a use for it Im sure.. 😉Also 9 times out of 10 the item I need is usually discounted through the many sales and discount coupons they provide. Love this store!

The people there are extremely helpful and friendly. You can find all sorts of tools there that much lower prices than anywhere else. If the tools are treated respectfully and carefully like they should be oh, they will last a long time or at least mine have. This business is easy to get in and out of with lots of parking. Other businesses there are also easy to get into and out of. For a small strip mall they have lots of businesses to shop at. Nora

Manager and staff are not very competent and lack good customer service. They know nothing about how to sell products online and in store. Turned me away twice, what a waist of time. Did not want to sell me a trailer. This place gave me nothing but hassle and run around. An rude as hell, especially the manager. Carried a chip on her shoulder and acted like I was putter her out.Manager at Milwaukee Harbor Freight said come to my store, I will sell it to you . Will not be returning to the Gresham store. I wonder why stores in Gresham are so incompetent.

Large variety of tools and different products did not see any known brands great customer service

Gresham location isnt much to wave a stick at. They have a lot of theft. We searched for an item and then asked. It wasnt on the rack and said in stock for that location but the theft keeps it off the shelf. So Id suggest calling in before going if youre further away and want something specific.

Got a floor kick for $110 that would have cost me well over $250. Got some other stuff as well. Great deals and nice people.

This place is a hit or miss. If you are going to buy a product that you will use occasionally or is VERY analog (think dollies, certain hand tools, storage and organization....this is your place. That being said...I still have a few tools from them that still work so long as I treat them right.Inside the store you will find it Inexpensive, fairly well organized...and quite a bit of stuff. My cashier today seemed to bearly hold back their disdain for me and my in-laws. Maybe they were having a bad day. But the negative energy was palpable. So buy what you need and leave.

Harbor freight usually has a decent tool for a realistic price and the warranties are getting a lot better if you need a tool to get you out of a Jam they probably have it The reasonable price

I exchanged a tool box that my girlfriend got me on my birthday because I wanted a different color. I looked around the store & found some good products that I liked. I really liked the experience, the employees were really nice.

They have a good amount of tools for any occasion, customer service is good, I have never been there and had to wait in a long line. Every time I ever have a question customer service is great and they always help me find what I am looking for

Harbor Freight has always been my go to for tools and project supplies. The brands are not known but the prices are unbeatable. I’m not a professional by any means but for the at home weekend project person Harbor Freight is a must.

Not to happy with this store,. They dont seem to know if they have products in stock. The kid on the register is rude, doesnt seem to know how to communicate with people. They seem to also not relies that woman can work with tools, just as good as men can. Only go there for the great prices, or I wouldnt go at all.

Ran in to get a ramp for a mobility scooter.There was not one out.Cashier called back and someone brought one to the front of the store for us.It was close to closing and they were sweet and waited while we got the rest of the items we needed.My husband was going to bring the truck up by the store and I was going to wait on the sidewalk with our purchases. Then we could load everything in the truck.Instead, one of the clerks picked up the ramp and walked it out to the truck!What awesome customer service! We love these guys and gals!

I love tools and this place is the mecca of cheap tools! I shop here all the time because they have great coupon deals and great every day deals on pretty much everything you could need. I use their tools to make a living and even though my Snap on tools rarely ever break or wear out i never feel bad about breaking the tools i get here because they cost a fraction of what my other tools cost.

Manny levels of tools from basic to pro and when I buy an item like a chainsaw always get the warranty so I get a replacement and get back to sawing

They didnt have what I needed but they did for my friend. I did however get a mirror for the sun visor that was only $2.99.

Brightly lit store with pleasant staff working there. Checkout lines were not well defined, but I think that was due to the COVID rules nonsense.

Every time Ive gone in here Ive found exactly what I was looking for, for a great price and they often have coupons in weekly mailers. I was very happy to find wheel chocks. I had no idea what they were called but I described them to the clerk and he walked me over to them- great staff!

Well, the price is always right here. We love to visit harbor freight anytime were needing to get new tools or equipment. The workers are always friendly and helpful. Without being all watchy or like theyre trying to upsale or make you spend more money. Like pushy salesman do. And usually wherever you are in the Portland metro area, there a convenient location nearby. So thank you harbor freight! Keep up the good work!

Have everything you need cheaper prices

I have always enjoyed harbor freight. The only complaint that I have is that for some reason they used my 20% off of a single item on a $1.50 paint brush instead of the $40 finish sander...

There is a manager there with a blondish bob style haircut who is awesome! What a hard working employee! Her customer service skills are exemplary.

Good price point for starter grade tools, or infrequently used tools. Service is definitely great, i have never felt marginalized as a woman shopping in a tool store. I often start there when tool shopping

Whats not to love.

The people that work at the Gresham harbor are always super friendly and help as much as possible. I’ve been to other Harbor freight where it seems impossible to find anybody to help you, but not at this one.

Almost the only place I go, that I know every time I visit Im not going to be followed around by an employee-investigative team for the fact that conformity isnt displayed by my attire or appearance. Assistance is the only offer I recall from their friendly staff.

Harbor freight may sell cheap stuff, but what they may lack in quality, they make up for in quantity. You will find nearly everything you need here. EXCEPT centrifugal clutches, sprockets, chain, all that good-good stuff.

I just moved into Gresham/Portland area from N. Portland. It was a pleasure learning there was a Harbor Freight here in the area. I was a little disoriented in the Gresham Location as the floor layout is different than the norm. Not by much but still had to circle 4 or 5 times (Dont get me wrong on this, I think I enjoyed it and think Harbor Freight should take note. I went in for 5.00 purchase and walked out with 95.00 more.).Cant say nothing negative. Love this store

I hate to admit it but Harbor Freight has stepped up their game big time. Quality is 100% better on many of their products that a few years ago I wouldnt have used if you payed me.I cant walk out of the store without spending at least $30 everytime.

I bought a corded rotary tool with a five pack of wood saw blades, two different sets of accessories, and a diamond burr set. Two different DMMs, a digital wrist shpygmomanometer, a micro cordless screwdriver, 12in digital calipers. Other than the fact that I have to disassemble the calipers to clean them Im reasonably satisfied.

I built a really useful solar panel system for my van from Harbor Freight items to power tools and a microwave oven when I want a hot coffee or meal at lunchtime at work. The items are very good for the price. I highly recommend Harbor Freight for all your tool needs. I used to be a Sears Craftsman fan, but this retailer dropped the ball years ago, eliminating much of their tools and just becoming another clothes store. Harbor Freight is tools, tools and only tools. The real deal...

I go here at least 5 times a week mostly to replace tools that break but the great prices have me coming back for more.

Good place to get most tools but not everything is of good quality. So choose wisely. Cheap tools if you need to get a project going now.

You be the judge;Customer A calls the store for a product he had preordered to see if it arrived yet. It was a three to four-week back order. Turns out it was in and had been for a week but nobody had contacted Customer A. Customer A drives to the store to pick it up. When the product was ready to load, Customer A notices the box has lift truck fork damage on it. Upon inspection there was indeed damage to the product. Customer A refuses product despite an offering to further reduce the price. Customer A sees another box of the same product and asks if he can have that one instead. The employee replies no because that one is for another customer. Customer A then says to the employee I am here already picking up, call Customer B and tell them their product is damaged and would have to be reordered. Offer Customer B the same discount for damaged goods. The employee said they couldn’t do it. Customer A reorders product and has to wait another three to four weeks for delivery.Conclusion;Who would be more upset? A customer that was already on site for a pick-up or a customer that’s at home who gets the phone call? Do you think Customer A will continue to do business with this store?This is what happened to me. There were failures at so many levels here. Customer service is a critical component with any business. Its unfortunate there is little of it at this store. Just be aware that not all Harbor Freight stores are like this. There are many with great service.

They were awesome I bought a generator, right before I had to evacuate. I had bought what I thought was the right fuel at the same time but it slipped past both myself and the cashier, it was not. I came home after evacuation and had to return the generator, they accepted it with no questions.

Just a standard Harbor Freight as far as their stuff, but the employees always seem to be helpful.

Maybe going in to the store is better that ordering online. Placed an online order and after a week ( full 7 days ) these people still have not shipped my order. This was a time sensitive order and they are slow as hell. Don’t waste your time here.

I shop here to find gadgets that I can use for sewing. The magnetic nuts and bolts dish is perfect for pins and other metal things that are by my sewing machine. The packages of tweezers are great for at the serger or picking lint out of the bobbin case. Lots of good stuff!!

I love to wander the aisles here. I realize that many of the products here do not have the same life as a higher price, better known items elsewhere. But you get what you pay for, usually. And then again, I have gotten lucky and gotten more than my moneys worth on items I have purchased here. It is hit and miss. But I still like saving a few bucks where I can. And if I can find a need here, pay less for it and be satisfied with my purchase, what is wrong with that?I will continue to shop for many of my needs here.Employees are few, but the ones they have are usually very helpful and smile. That means a lot.
