One of the employees was far too concerned with customers on the phone versus customers in store.Steven was running hard trying to attend to customers in store- and on the phone. Picking up the slack from Joseph who made 0 attempt to assist customers in store.Calls came in while we were waiting... he helped those on the phone before us. He didn’t even make eye contact with anyone. A simple acknowledgement that he would be with us or anyone else waiting would have helped the experience.Steven did his best and was multi-tasking while Joseph took his time on the phone.While I appreciate people trying to shop curbside -during Covid-19 when did the customer in store become less important?We saw at least one customer leave due to the wait time. I’m curious how many others are lost.

Very knowledgeable staff. Prices are about double of what you would pay at other stores like home depot for the same product. A gallon a cheap interior paint runs about $70 where going to Miller would run $35

My paint was made quickly & service was great!

Did not seem to be any organization there were a lot of customers in the store. It was my first time but I did not know which counter to go to other people got helped before me. Maybe a sign for which counter to order from or line starts here.

Not much help to choose and sell their products. Was shown the paint chip rack and left. No suggestions on how to match existing paint. Just heres the colors. Going to check Miller paint.
