I rented a personal mail box as we were moving out of state, but traveling back & forth for a few months. What a joke trying to get your mail forwarded when needed. I sent multiple emails. No response. Tried calling several times. They don’t answer the phone or if they do, you get stuck on hold. So unhappy with this service or lack there of! When I went in today to cancel my service they could have cared less. No apologies or attempt to make things right. If you’re looking for services to help you out - this isn’t it!

I always have good experiences here been coming here for years. Today Vena had less than satisfactory customer service very disappointed. Did not handle my package with care. Ive been sending single articles of clothing in same kinds of packaging with no issues. She was stingy with the tape because she felt she knew better saying I needed to purchase different packaging. If I had to I would of purchased a roll of tape but Ive never had this issue before with them securing it closed for me. Item was 10 oz very small, one dress.

Re: Sandy location: I understand that the last owners (who were most excellent and competent) sold their business and while the business is working on getting enough trained staff they have disappointed me due to the lack of minimum courtesy and customer service as they rush stressfully. I had to come back two times and change my packaging the last time because they ran out of box size so I did them a favor twice with returning for their convenience to give me service. Attitude of gratitude for our business should be extended both ways. To be fair, its just not the same without the owners that were above and beyond in every way. Happy for the couple to reap the rewards for all their hard work.

Worst experience ever from UPS. I needed to send off a package over 1 pound so I went to UPS instead of USPS because I was told it would be cheaper. An employee named Gloria helped me and told me it was going to be $60 something dollars! I said there’s no way that could be right and she got annoyed and basically argued with me until a different employee I think her name was Shane or Sharron walked by and I asked her for help. I was able to ship for less than $20. So obviously the other girl didn’t know what she was talking about and she didn’t even apologize for wasting my time and being rude.

I walked in with a large box of individually wrapped and labeled packages (swag) to send out. I was the only one in the store and it was first thing in the morning. The lady behind the counter couldn’t have been more obvious that she didn’t want my business. She quoted a price per package for shipping that was exorbitantly more expensive than other UPS stores I visit frequently for this exact same task. She acted like I shouldn’t know better when I asked her to check for other price options with a “What do you know?!” attitude. I told her I make these shipments frequently and she continued to say that it would cost me a fortune, like I couldn’t afford it. She also said that she’d have to walk away to help other customers anytime anyone else came in the store so it would be a long process. It couldn’t have been clearer to me, with her unfriendly attitude and dismissiveness, that she wanted me to leave. Honestly I wanted to stay and make her go through the work of shipping all the packages, even paying her RIDICULOUSLY INFLATED prices just to put it all back on her. She quoted $21+ per package. I went to my side of town, to my local UPS, and paid $6.50 per package. I was warmly welcomed and they asked me to come back anytime I have more swag shipping to do.

Arrived and was 5th in line. Within just a few minutes Gloria had processed each customers request very quickly and efficiently and it was our turn. Super helpful with no issues. Ironically, most folks on these reviews seem to be dramatic about their experience. I do see how Glorias fast and efficient pace would make some feel shorted for the attention the feel entitled to. Some people are just too sensitive. Easy packing and shipping. Definitely will be back.

This 5 star review is for Gloria. This women went ABOVE and beyond taking /care of me and my packages on 5/7/2021. I had to make multiple trips to this specific location that day and each and every time she went out of her way to assist me. When i forgot my extra packaging and when i needed assistance in looking up the correct address and then when i had to return when i forget to include something in the package; her happiness to help and her excellent uplifting customer service really stuck out to me as i struggled that day. :) I typically have used Fedex off Burnside and have never received this quality of customer service before. I will be using the Gresham UPS store for all my future shipping needs in hopes that I have the pleasure of working with her again. Thank you Gloria!!!

I had a great experience here.I mailed two packages the other day, but I lost the receipt and tracking number. So, I came in today to see if I could get another copy.Gloria was very helpful. She went above and beyond looking through the computer as well as paper records to find the statuses and tracking numbers of my packages. One package was right on time and one was slightly delayed due to weather (understandable where Im shipping to).One thing that did strike me as odd through was when they added more tape to the bottom. They put some on, and it immediately fell off. I asked if they could put one more strip on, but they said it was strong tape and they would have to charge for it.Other than that, good experience. Will go here again for business.

If you are mailing BIG items or internationally go here. If you are mailing smaller items go to USPS. If you have small and medium items you are going to get obliterated on shipping costs.

Lady I just talked to on the phone had a snappy attitude on the phone, I assume cause she was busy with other customers on the over the counter because she asked me to hold before hand, no reason for a snappy attitude though. Need better customer service.

**Edited on 2/1/2021: I received a call back from Veena (sp?) who is the owner of the store. She was very apologetic and kind. She said she knew about issues with this employee and spoke to her. I am super impressed with the owner and will definitely give them another try when I next need to ship something larger than USPS will allow. Kudos to a small business owner who wants to do the right thing. I appreciate that so much.**Original complaint: As with other commenters, the employee, Gloria, was AWFUL. She was very dramatic and rude and even refused to ship my package at first. When I asked her if this was the UPS store and their job was to ship my package for payment, she said I needed to calm down. Unreal. It was a simple request to ship a package and she made a big stink about it even though I had no problem paying it. It was oversized and she said it would be too expensive for me. What? Do I look poor to her? I will drive across town before stepping foot in that location ever again. I have a receipt if the franchise owner would like to contact me. I would really appreciate an apology for being embarrassed and talked down to. Incident happened at 10:27 am on 1/27/2021 at UPS Store 2806. Thank you.

Terrible service! A lady named Gloria is the person I get every time and she is so dramatic! I was trying to ship a package and she started going through it! She asked what I was shipping and I told her apparel. She then panicked and said she would refuse my service becasue I had a holster in the package. (There were NO weapons!!). She then looked at me like I was going to rob the store and backed away from the counter. She said I could not say holster and that no mailing service ships them.This was not the only issue I have had with her. I called them and she answered and said she cannot talk to me becasue there are too many people in the store and told me to call back. I called an hour later and she picked up again and said she had too many people and she then tried to put me on hold but forgot. All she was doing was having a conversation with someone for 30 minutes! She eventually picked up the phone and I told her my name and asked to have her give me a tracking number and she said she could not find it. After telling me she couldnt find it, she found it. She then told me the tracking number and I repeated it and she didnt tell me it correctly, 4 attempts later, she said it was right. When I tried to look up the tracking number, it didnt exist!!

For the last 5 years Veena, the owner, has helped me not only build up my business with her professional advice and services. She is the nicest person and has become a good friend. I have seen her react to her customers in a very happy, professional way, even under great stress. Her store is a great asset to our city! Thanks Veena!

Im pretty sure theyve permanently disconnected their phone here. I can NEVER and I mean quite literally never get through by phone. I actually have to drive there to get ahold of someone. Theyre nice people inside but next time I go Ill be sure to ask why nobody ever answers the phone...By the way they tell you to leave a message but their voicemail box is constantly full. Please figure this out guys.

The team here is top notch. Theyre always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The manager is so patient and wonderful and the employees that have helped me print things out have been phenomenal. I felt so bad when I ended up staying late to finish up a print job, but they were so nice about it and I cant express how much I appreciated their extra time.

Came in with our 401 k. The lady older with accent older lady. Could not figure out where it notarize it. (Easy question I thought) We shown her where to do it. And she denied the paper work. And said she cant do it because no room. I explained where it needs to be. She then argued with me and denied she can do it! Wow its Federal government paper and they didnt do it. After went across to Chase bank, they did it for free. AMD they were so much nicer.

The owner went out of her way to help.us pack some family pictures and get them sent off to relatives. My Mother is 95 and after the death of her husband we needed to send his family their pictures. Service was excellent! This is the best place to use for your packaging and shipping needs.

I started coming to this location three years ago after multiple packages were stolen using FedEx. I ship from this location multiple times a month, I love them. Always super friendly and incredible service. They always make sure that my package is packed to perfection, I recently moved 25 miles away from this location and I still ship all of my packages from this spot because theyre so awesome!!!

The various staff dont seem to know how to operate their own machines. One time I went in to print colored posters. They didnt have any sort of labels on the printer as to which one was color. So I accidentally printed out black and white. The employees seemed bothered when I asked to get the black and white ones for free even though I was paying for the colored ones that I printed. You shouldnt ask customers to do things themselves and then not make proper signs or instructions on how to use their printers.

When you pay for the annual service of a mailbox onsite, there isnt much that one would expect. After all, its just a place for your boxes to arrive so they dont get stolen from your doorstep, right? I mean, it would be nice to be notified that a box had arrived - not everything I buy comes from Amazon. The previous UPS Store I used (on 181st) had an automated service to do that. These guys claim that theirs is broken - it has been since I joined in November. Im not renewing.

I scheduled a 1pm appointment online for a notary. When I got there was told that they went home sick. No notification, so I made the trip for nothing. Not only that in scheduling online the website asked if it was for a will, I answered yes and I would need a witness. Well, I was then also told that they couldnt and I needed to have my own witnesses with me. Total waste of time, and employees were very dismissive. Thanks for not helping.

I will never go there, customer service was incredible bad, rude, they did not listen my need, I use to go there, 2 -3 times per month, will never go there anymore, very disappointed... tried to send a fax, the made me to make a copy of the paper which I needed to be faxed, saying that they cant send it from the paper which I provided, I do have the same machine at work, I do use it sending faxes, every day... ( if I do have an accent that doesnt mean that I am stupid). Also I was interested to send an international fax, asked for the price, they told me $4 per minute, and when I asked how many minutes they need to send a fax oversees, I was told that may be from 10 to 20 minutes... = $80 for 1 page of fax.... that is ridiculous. During that conversation my little daughter got a post card which was on the high that she was able to reach with no problems, and made a mark on it, really small on, they asked me to pay for the damage :) I did that.. $ 3 is not a lot... but now I know where not to go. Never and never go there.

Employees have no masks on. They have cups for clean and used pens but employees put used pens in clean cup. They do have social distance marks on the floor but no enforcement by employees. Customers were getting into arguments telling others to backup.

They were pretty nice, but ... I walked up with my thumb drive, scanned a page, went to pay for it out of my loose change and they asked for $1! She said that copies are $0.10... She gave me a break, saying that usually THEY do the scanning. Thank God I didnt have a 50 page document! I am learning that UPS Stores (as franchises) are very inconsistent.

My bf took a box in that weighed 65 lbs. that needed to be put into a bigger box for double protection. There were two people behind the counter but only one of them was working at the counter. He was told to go out and get the measurements of the box. After doing so he was made to go to the end of a ten person line. When he got to the front of the line again they looked for a box and finally found one. He was told to go get the box so it could be boxed up. Mind you this is the second time he is told to go out to the car. When he comes back in he is told to get back in line. Now he is 8th in line. Why was he put at the back of the line twice when hed worked his way to the front twice? Why wasnt he helped when he came back in the 1st time?Not a happy man.

Never had a problem at this location except with the lines of rude customers slowing everything down with their selfish and unrealistic demands. My congrats to the staff on dealing with these types on a daily bases. One lady came in and printed black and white copies but wanted color instead. Then after the associate showed her how to correctly operate the machine, got her color copies, and then wanted to keep the black and white ones for free! Wait you didnt want them in the first place and now you think you should get them for FREE! Self righteous customers. Good job staff, Ill continue to be a customer.

Yesterday I was in this UPS location. There was an employee named Matt that was yelling at a young lady who was trying to ship a package. He threatened to throw her package in the trash and yelled this out loud so that every customer in the store could hear it. The young lady had words with him after he had threatened to harm her package. Id say that he picked on the wrong person that day. It seemed as though she was documenting her visit in order to report his behavior. I thought that I would help the poor girl out and let this brand know how disgusted I was by the employees behavior. I left without using services at this location. I did not feel comfortable with doing business with this location.

Received horrible customer service from the incompetents currently running the UPS store in Gresham. After the first person cut in front of me I made sure to be defensive in my place in line. An employee started helping me by looking for my package. Another employee showed up with a woman that she had been helping on the floor and asked if she could finish her up really quick. Well ten mins later I had to ask how much longer it was going to take? The first woman to cut in front of me says Its the holidays, scrooge. I said something mean back. Very mean. But the employee, after sucking her teeth at me, allowed me to be helped again. But she was suddenly so slow she had to be doing it on purpose. I wont ever use in store pick up with UPS again. #UPS store in Gresham off of Hogan blvd is to avoided.

If I could, I would give them a thumbs down. My friend sent my husband and I from this location almost a month ago, but instead of the gifts she packed, we received a Dollar Tree box of Capn Crunch cereal. yes that is right, cereal! The package was proved to be opened and retaped. Well, We both contacted this store via email, only to have it dragged out for nearly a month now. Devan, the person we have been contacting, have not gotten back to us. We believe this store stole the original contents (a Quran wrapped in a very rare book cover that cant be replaced), and is trying to keep it quiet in order to avoid being called Islamophobic. They have been far from professional, and we will be going above their heads until this is resolved. Stay clear of this location unless you want your valuables stolen! Below are pictures of what was actually in the envelope (cereal) and what was supposed to be in there.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I stopped to overnight some important documents, and was told I could not use my UPS account number to ship them, that I had to pay cash/CC. I asked if there was another location I could run to that would let me use my account, lady told me Id have to call UPS and ask them. Horrible customer service and would rather walk on broken shards of glass than step foot in there again. Two thumbs down!

They will charge $.10 per page for a copy. $.15 per page via email, That is fair. But they cant even take an 11mb file. So then you have to use the Fax at $1 a page. So we had to spend $18 for a local 18 page fax! THAT IS A RIP OFF! and the service sucks. UPS should not allow them to rip people off especially with a UPS sign above the door.
