I wanted to use a pharmacy coupon to save money and the light skinned Latina girl behind the counter treated me with the Most disrespectful attitude I think I have ever encountered in a professional atmosphere. She should be fired or put on janitorial duty. She absolutely does not need to be working with the public. I hope her advisers see this because I’ve read of her reviews before and now I’ve experienced it first hand. Sheeeesh!

Wont be shopping here ever again! This is the second time Ive gone to pick up some allergy meds, and the pharmacy is closed in the middle of the day. Only place I know that actually closes the pharmacy mid-day. I get people need their lunch, but there is no reason why someone cannot be available to get nonprescription medication yall keep back there. But thats okay, as there are plenty of other stores that are more than willing to make it available because they want business and profit.

I went to Pharmacy to get 2nd vaccine at 12:50 being their lunch time is 1:30 to 2 pm. Yet they refused to give second dose and we were asked to come back at 3. There were no lines for the pharmacy at that time. Attendant at window was very ugly and rude!!!Arent we all trying to get vaccinated for our safety as well as our community? Yet turned away! If lunch time has changed PLEASE POST!!

I like this location out of all the Walgreens on the Westbank, the lines can be long at times but the customer service is pretty good

I am SO impressed with the pharmacy here! They were SUPER busy, but Ms.Vickie (head pharmacist) took extra care of me. I had a few questions and she and Danielle stopped what they were doing and focused on my questions. Thank yall so much for providing EXCELLENT service and customer care! I will definitely will be back to this location!

Edit 9/10/2021Hurricane Ida hit. Walgreens refused to give me my medication on 8/28 because it’s controlled. 8/29 closed for the storm. It’s 9/10 and they haven’t opened back up and my scripts cannot be transferred. I keep getting “contact your doctor” who lives in Laplace so he got the worst of the storm. Walgreens has be awful throughout this whole aftermath of this storm. Disrespectful and dismissive.I’m just exhausted with this location. The pharmacy staff input one incorrect number from my daughter’s insurance card and repeatedly told me she isn’t covered. Two days of her being without medication after I showed the card and asked them to run it again.Staff told me my doctor wasn’t authorized to write for controlled, then said my insurance wouldn’t cover the medication, then finally told me they cannot fulfill the order because they don’t have the dose and amount.Did not communicate with me that my daughter’s medication needed a PA then when I called she to find out the status because I’m signed up for calls and texts but receiving no communication, I was asked “well what you need to know about it?”.

Incompetent employees. My prescription says 60, they gave me 6. That was a month ago. This time, they gave me 30 of the 60. Who is getting the rest of my medication? The lady said I can speak with the pharmacy manager tomorrow. Im going to love this.

I called them to take passport size photo. they told me to come. But I went there they simply said its not working

The pharmacy staff are a joke. The pharmacy ran out of medicine? How does that even happen? They’ve double billed my insurance on one occasion, and refused to accept a rebate on another. They’re poorly managed and trained.

The customer service is awful. Lazy workers.

Got my meds and over half of them was dust. They take forever even when you wait. Very rude and condescending, refused to fill my eye drops they said it was too early a week late. Hated to even give a star. Went back to Card drugs. Very happy.

Had problems with the pharmacy in the past. Losing prescriptions, filling the wrong amount, charging the wrong amount.

The employees are rude, and extremely slow at register.
