I hit a deer in my car. It messed the front of my car up pretty good. I called First Rate they picked My car up within 2 hours and I recieved My car back looking brand new within 1 week of them agreeing to repair it. Very nice and professional employee. My car was stuck in the mud in the middle of the night, and they were able to pull me out easily and without any damage to my vehicle. It was an inconvenience, but this company provided some relief. The drivers were pleasant, and the dispatch was patient and provided much-needed answers.

I received the best service from First rate towing great quick service at that. Adam the driver that was sent out was awesome and beyond empathetic during my situation. My tire blew on the highway and I was stuck and on a Sunday night during a storm they came to get me in less than 20 mins. I am beyond thankful because I was able to get home to my daughter tonight. Thank you guys great team you have!

I made an appointment for a tow for and explained in detail how to get to my car and that I needed a ride home because I had to walk 4 miles home after it broke down. Of course they were late because they didnt follow directions and then it was 2 people with no masks so where was I going to sit to get back home ? The worst part is that the lady tried to gaslight me and say I never told her I needed a ride. Of course I did. She decided to assume because I took Lyft there, I was taking Lyft back home. She was very nasty and the tow driver was asked to put the car in my driveway facing the street. He purposely put it in head first, close to my garage to make it difficult for me. I will never call them again.

I was stuck on the 4th of July on the side of the road, in the hot heat and needed a tow. I called First Rate Towing, their customer service and speed was phenomenal! Price was VERY reasonable. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended and a cut above the rest!

I believe his name was Kevin, was very nice. The owner Mr Kerry was fantastic, he was very professional and courteous. The receptionist was very pleasant. I would highly recommend them!
