1st time stopping through. I explained to the receptionist why I was there & she acted confused. A/C vacuum & recharge. Someone came from the back & she forgot all about helping me so I left. No biggie I just took my business elsewhere. Seems they had more than enough business & didnt need mine.

I came in to get my car looked at yesterday. The lady at the desk told me that none of the mechanics were available and to come back at 8am today and someone will look at it. I arrived at 810 am and there were employees in the parking lot standing around talking. I walked all the way around to the front of the building while they watched me. Get to the office door and its locked. Call the business line no answer. Walk back around to the parking lot and those same employees are just standing there looking at me, one of whom was the same lady that told me to bring my car at 8am!!! No one said a word. Take your business elsewhere!!!

What a wonderful place. I was broke down an hour before they closed. made it to the TA and everyone i called couldnt take me cause they were backed up 2 weeks. They got me in the very next morning great prices clean and very friendly people. They even let us take our dogs in.

I was told to come out to the shop so they could look at a modification to a seats I wish to install in my vehicle that Nicholas made it to be able to look at what I needed done before he could give me a price I get there 25 minutes later he didnt even come out he told Suzanne his secretary that it would be about $300 and what he had to fabricate and what he had to do they could have told me over the phone I did not have to waste my time gas and effort to come there to be told something that could have been told over the phone if he had no intention of talking to me...

They gave our 2004 Ford Ranger a new life after 300,000 plus miles on it...Runs Great again!!! And they did a better job for a better price than the company we were planning to use. Finally a reputable business...will continue to use their services. I recommend them totally for great and reliable car service!!!

Excellent place to have vehicles and large vehicles to be repaired in a timely manner.

Had to wait over an hour for my car to be worked on. Costed $45 to replace 2 bolts that took all of 5 minutes to put in. Also moved stuff inside of my car.

Horrible!!!!! Rip-off artists, didnt even fix vehicle, charged a disabled man $1000 to pick up his vehicle that they did not fix, threatening to sue him.... I definitely do not recommend them to anyone!!!

I took my vehicle in today to get my serpentine belt changed. They were AWESOME and finished quickly, everything was already in stock. Customer service was great as well!

Worked on my 2003 cobra mustang, replaced harmonic balancer and a couple other pulleys. Car ran great! Done in a timely manner and they notified me if anything changed from start to finish! Great work

Am only posting one star because it’s the only way to leave a review. My son took his car here to have a computer switched out on an LS1 motor. A month went by, the computer had to be ordered...another month goes by, oh, the computer came in, we’ve been trying to call you...another month, nothing. I took my son to see what was going on, car is not in the shop area. After waiting an hour, they gave a lame excuse as to why my son’s car was there so long, the dyno was down, had no way to run the specs..I told my son to get his car. I planned to follow him home, since he DROVE the car there when he contracted their service. After locating his car, in the back of the backlot, wedged between other cars (there were a lot), they had to push it out of their gate for us to get it. It wouldn’t crank, upon lifting the hood, the existing computer wiring was in disarray, the brand new one to be calibrated still in the box on the front seat. Had to call a wrecker to get it home. They knew I was mad, my son was mad, they knew they really messed this up and offered my son nothing. No apology, no offer of returning the money ($800) that they charged him for basically storing his car..the invoice claimed they did a few things, but there was no evidence of this. They did order the computer, but my son paid for that on top of the invoice.This may be a place for oil changes, minor repairs, but don’t entrust these guys with your hot rod, they may have pictures all over the lobby of their race cars, but aren’t interested or are not knowledgeable about working on others.

This place is a RIP OFF!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! We took our truck there and they did a tuneup on it. Once we got our truck back we were still having issues with it. They told us it was going to be over 1,000 dollars to fix the problem. I told my husband to go get the truck and let’s take it to get a second opinion. Low and behold we took it to another business in our area and they fixed the problem and it was $81 if you ever go there you better make sure you get a second opinion because they are just taking people money. We feel so bad because we trusted them and to know that they lied is hurting but it also made us mad. We work hard for our money.

HORRID! I took my car there for its scheduled oil change. After it was complete, they told me the oil plug bolt was stripped. So, I just kept an eye on it and replenished the oil as it kept leaking out. Today, I went to get it repaired (at a different shop.) They SHOWED me that there was nothing wrong with the bolt... except IT WAS THE WRONG BOLT. They said it was barely screwed in and in danger of coming completely out. I have a Mercury... the bolt that was in there was a TOYOTA BOLT. I am LIVID. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER DIME!
