Cameron in service dept. is always so helpful. Had a oil change earlier this year and I brought in my own oil filter but the technician didn’t use it when doing the oil change, no big deal at, still got the oil change it needed. Came back a few months later, Cameron made sure everything was taken care of correctly and even got us in a very reasonable time.
I purchased a 2021 Buick Encore. It had scratches on it I am dents of paint chips out of the car. I’ve contact the new salesman and Sam and they told me that they will take care of it. And they never did it. I also supposed to have two sets of keys they only gave me one. I called on several occasions and no one knows anything. So I went up there and I was told that they have to order me my second key and still no keys. Went up there for an old change and it took them 4hours.
Extremely POOR customer service. I arrived at 930 for a 10 oclock appointment for a safety recall. I was told that I would receive a call when the the vehicle was ready. Around 1:00 I called to see if I could get a status update because it had been over 3 hours. I was told that a message would be given to Cameron who was to call me back. That did not happen two and a half hours later still no call. I called back at 3:30 and got transferred to different numbers that nobody answers and then cut off. I call back and somebody from the business office finally decides to walk back to the service area because she cant get anyone to answer the phone either. She comes back and tells me that they havent even started. Remember 10:00 appointment and almost 4:00 PM now. No calls, no text,no emails and no aditional information and doesnt offer to find out anything else.
Our salesman Sam was absolutely great. Straight forward and honest about everything. No beating around the bush or sidestepping an issue. We went in and, drove out in our new car in less than three hours. Very happy with the price and the whole process.
1st time dealing with this particular Chevrolet dealership and it has been an experience. Starting out the customer service department was inconsistent with communication of what was going on with my car. No return phone calls like they said they would. I had to make constant trips to the dealership just to find out what was going on with my car. They kept the car for 2 weeks before they figured out what was wrong with it. However they did figure it out and so far the car runs great. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because of the lack of communication.
Careful, make sure you understand the car buying process before you visit here to purchase a vehicle.

I had a Ford Edge that was on its last leg and needed replacement very badly. I first met Brent Campbell about 4 months back when we first started looking we started test driving vehicles and then ran into some unfortunate family issues that needed our immediate attention and we were unable to buy at that time. So my husband and I went looking again in April 2021 and we met Gary Coley. Brent and Gary teamed up to help my husband and I find the perfect new vehicle addition for our families needs and wants. We ended up buying a 2019 GMC Acadia!! I just have to say Gary and Brent are the perfect salesman to have working for Cronic customers!! I usually dread going to look for vehicles on car lots due to the salesperson just wanting a sale. That is totally NOT these two... they want to make sure the customers get what they want on top of what the customers need out of the vehicle they are purchasing and they really do care about their customers and it shows!! I thank you both Brent and Gary for all your help in finding my family a new vehicle, hopefully we enjoy it for years to come!!

Everything was perfect. Over the years we purchased about 10 new GM vehicles. This experience was by far the best. Completely worth the 3-hour drive. We will go back in the future. Jonathan was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and he explained every button and feature. He also was able to answer all our questions. We did not talk to many of the other employees but everyone there seemed professional. Thank you again.

Bad service they trick me into used car and they don’t care after you sign. The managers do not even try to help, or remedy the situation. If you are going to buy a used car here, make sure you check very thoroughly. Check every single thing. Within the first week had to pay for repairs.
I dont understand why they give you an 8am appointment and then you still have to wait 2 hours and 15 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. If they arent able to service that many people, then they should schedule them farther apart. The whole lobby of customers were complaining, not just me. Then the service rep was rude to the cashier lady. This whole experience is unacceptable. This was the second time in a row that Ive had this waiting issue but I guarantee you I wont have this problem again, because I refuse to go back. I will take my business elsewhere. My time is valuable also, thats why I made an appointment in the first place. If customers start refusing to come here, people wont have a job!
I scheduled an appointment today for 8am to get a transmission flush and my rear end serviced on my 2015 high country.first they took all day to turn around and tell me my trans flush was going to be more than what they quoted me do to the fact that my truck has a 8 speed and not a 6 .now when i say more i mean more like 150 more smh.so i called terry cullen to see what they say and they told me they never heard of charging more between a 8 and 6 speed and regardless if its the first flush or if you just had it flushed yesterday the price should be the same which they quoted me 250.00.i feel like cronic was trying to get me out of my hard earned money .oh and i did get the rear end serviced and got my truck back arournd 330pm .terrible
Kind Friendly atmosphere but the wait was somewhat long for Service However JOEL said. Some workers were out ill the day I was in for Service. Plus One thing (tail lift automatic decal foot server ) Problem was NOT solved . Have to make a return visit to have solved.
Troy worked hard to make sure my vehicle was running properly, and went out of his way to get most of the charges covered by my warranties. He’s awesome

Had a warranty claim for defective parts. Service writer had an answer for me quickly on coverage and was able to get my truck in and taken care of in one day. Very impressed with not only the writer but also gm for handling the issue.
I dropped off my vehicle to have a factory warranty item diagnosed and corrected. The service tech named Troy was helpful when I dropped off the vehicle. He told me that he would contact me the next day with a diagnosis. He didnt call me. I had to call them and was unable to contact the service department because nobody would answer the phone. On one of the first sets of calls, I finally had the receptionist give Troy a message to call me. I didnt hear from him until late that afternoon. He told me that the techs had not looked at it yet. I was very frustrated with this answer and he told me they would look at it on the next day which was a Friday. I again had to reach out to Troy to get a status of my vehicle. He told me that the techs were trying to figure out what the problem was and thought it was a computer module causing the problem, but were still testing. He said he would call me before the end of the day. I never heard back from him. I called on Monday morning at 9 am and asked for Troy and he told me they were still messing around with it trying to figure out what was wrong. I told him at that point, I was coming to pick up my vehicle. It seemed as they could not figure out the problem or didnt want to. Very poor communication and quality of service. I took my vehicle elsewhere.

Needed a new key and key fob. They handled it right then. 30 mins and I was out the door. Actually gave me a 2nd key for free. Service center are a gr8 group of guys.
They only care about the intial sale.I purchased a used 2017 Tahoe eight months ago. Before purchasing the vehicle, i specifically asked the salesperson if the brake system recall had been taken care of, i was told that it had been resolved. Well that was a lie, a week later the brake system failed. I called the saleperson immediately and was told to schedule an appointment with service, which is a joke. I have made countless calls in the last eight months to get this matter resolved. Most common excuse theyre busy, whats your name and number, theyll call you back which never happens. Ive spoke to other managers for other departments and they all say call service. In the meantime, Im paying for a vehicle that really isnt safe to drive because you never know when the breaks will stop working.I would advise shopping elsewhere for a vehicle if youre looking for any type of customer service after the purchase.Update - I have been contacted by Cronic and we are working on a resolution.

I called a closer GM dealer to buy a 2021 Canyon. They would not answer the phone or return my messages. So I called Cronic GMC. They answered the phone right away and Gary Coley did a job in putting together a deal with incentives I didnt know about. Cronic GM did a good job and I will be going back for service also.

I asked for Oil Change and Service and I asked you to check on a minor oil leak. It took 2 hours?! Why 2 hours? I made an appointment! I never heard anything about the oil leak. Worst of all, the day I left, my Low Radiator Fluid Warning message came on again. I take my vehicle to a certified dealer expecting to pay more but also expecting better, professional care. You kept me trapped at the dealership for 2 HOURS and You didnt even check the radiator fluid? I would get better service at the local Jiffy Lube.
Ive been dealing with chronic since 1982. I get my oil changed there and Ive had a good experience with them for the most part in any problems that have came up usually are able to fix them.
Mr. James Mills provided excellent service and made sure I understood the contract. He also did a mini lesson on the operation of the vehicle and OnStar. I was very pleased.

I was impressed with my salesman (Tyler D) but on the whole did not have a good experience.Lots of wasted time due to poor communication within the management structure. I pretty much wasted two days waiting for a car that someone had already put a deposit on.I came in based on discounts that were not offered on the vehicle I wanted. and I don’t feel like my business was especially valued or appreciated.After reviewing prices online they were 5-8k more than other dealerships in the southeast (although pretty much in line with others in the Atlanta area).Again, I don’t feel that Tyler was directly at fault and he is the only reason this was a two star review instead of a one star.

Not pleased at all with Tre. I wasted my time driving there just to be told the vehicle we talked about was already sold. Then he tried to upsell me a vehicle outside of my budget. As a single mother I walked away feeling dejected as if my 8000 dollars was chump change to him.

The service department is horrible. First off when you call and ask for service they never answer the phone. I have to call back about three or four times before I actually get somebody. Second they don’t tell you exactly what you are and are not being charged for. My husband was under the impression he paid in advance for something all he had to do was bring the vehicle back and it would be done. Not the case when we called to get a refund since they could not do it the day they said they could to begin with. So now they’re telling me they can only refund the 15 bucks for the part. And I have to drive all the way back down there to even get that refund. Can’t mail a check can’t do a credit by phone. You would think with the coronavirus they wouldn’t want you there in person.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic did not properly lift the truck and the front tire was flattened. They replaced the tire they flattened but should have paired and bought two. So now we have unmatched tires.
Was very quick and professional, in and out in less than 45 minutes. The only issue I had was that they were not requiring other customers in the waiting area to wear mask. COVID will not go away if we all do not do our part and wear mask.
I wish there were more service shuttles or loaner cars while waiting on service guys too finish customer vehicles

I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu in January 2019. The salesmen, Ronald Grimes and Dominique Grimes were excellent and pleasure to work with the credit department Drew was nice guy also. So lets get to my nightmare this car was in a severe front end collision that wasnt knowingly exposed to me this accrued on July 2018. Well I took my car to my local Chevrolet dealer in March 2019 for an oil change and tire rotation and less than 30 minutes after I left the dealership and miles away I had my 2 service lights appear and stay on the dealership couldnt see me that close to closing but made an appointment for the following week thats when it was discovered that this car needed some major repairs after I paid over 300.00 dollars for an $18.00 part to be placed on this car. I was told that the repairs need would be hundreds to thousand of dollars because once the car is in such a severe accident that this car factory warranty is voided and the repairs are on me. I called the dealer ship and the used car Salem manager blew me off and said that Im stuck and he didnt remember me. Im not asking for remembrance but look at your documents and see what you did to an honest customer. This car has set up for 2 months cant drive it the transmission is damage now the bank is on my case because I cant pay for this car and pay for transportation to work. I will never do business with this company again. After reaching out no solutions no help from chronic. I read all these good reports but I wish I could have had their experience, my credit will be destroyed for years and I am more than middle age without a car
My wife and myself went here to get an oil change on the Impala. It was a little after 5 p.m. when we called and they were closing at 6 p.m. so there was a little hesitation we figured it may be a little late. Nonetheless we took a chance arrived and we were serviced. We are sorry guys but thanks for taking care of us. 🤙🏼🤙🏼
I paid a deposit last July on a 2020 Corvette that I was told would be priced at msrp. It is scheduled to be built next week. I got a call from Cronic today telling me that the price would be $15000 over sticker. I own 2 2019 Corvettes now and have bought 4 new Chevys in the past 2 years. Not an honest dealer.
Brent Campbell and a guy with the last name Wiggins are beyond helpful and i highly recommend them!! They kept a smile and a great attitude through out the whole process of getting my car! ☺️. Only thing i wouldn’t recommend is the shop.
Salesman was very helpful, felt like the sales manager did not want to earn my business as he would do nothing I asked of in the deal (asked for a cargo mat and floor mats!). Took forever to get to the finance office, was at the dealership for over 4 hours. Still some issues with the car that need to be resolved and should have been checked before it was put on the lot. Had to replace wipers on the way home, no owners manual included, passenger window will not roll down, was told car had features that it does not. Overall pleased with the vehicle, not sure I would go back to them for another one.
Best truck buying experience I have ever had. I told my sales man (James) what I was looking for and what price I was looking for and without any problems he took care of me. Got the truck I wanted and the price as well. Very good dealership and great sales. Service department even gave me a welcome package and I havent even had my truck in for service once. 10/10 would recommend.
Cronic Buick Chevrolet and GMC is a very well organized place. However, that being my first time there for oil change and tire rotation there was no inspection report done on the vehicle. For example in California they have a 360 inspection sheet which indicates red green and yellow read meaning that you need service immediately yellow meaning upcoming service Green nothing at all. That being said I would have like to know since I had 37,000 miles on the vehicle how was my brakes or any other issue with the vehicle also I dont think they topped off any of the fluids such as windshield washer fluid or anything like that. I guess that is whats very unique about California they provide everything about your vehicle to you even tire tread depth brake pads in millimeters wiper blades to even if a bulb was out. Its sad that that inspection is not part of service. If it was it benefits the dealership to let customers know if anything else is wrong with their vehicle or any urgent service thats coming up that is a good selling tool and selling point. I guess we will see what happens next time or if I get a response to this evaluation.
I ususally think they are alright, besides high prices, but i have taken my car in (with an appointment at 9AM) for a simple CHECK and 5 hours have went by, everytime ive called they have said they were about to check it and have done absolutely nothing. They have no respect for time clearly.
I could not have asked for a better sales experience, if you are looking for a vehicle ask for SAM, he is the best there is. He isn’t about making a sale, he is about making you happy. Matt is also awesome and also makes your experience worth it.

I was having the typical GM 8-speed transmission issues, so Joey Butler & his team performed a service per the TSB for this specific issue. Everything went well & now we just have to wait & see if this procedure resolves the issue. If it doesnt, Joey assured me that the problem will be taken care of. It is always a pleasure to work with Joey because hes polite, professional & knowledgeable.

We were in town for our Grandsons graduation and our car started acting up. We are 1000 miles from home and afraid to drive back without a repair.Joey Butler the service writer was so accommodating to us. Found out it was the camshaft sensor and worked us in before graduation at 7 pm.We are so grateful for the quick work and customer service we received. We recommend this dealership.
My fiance and I came in on a Wednesday night near closing to just look around for possible vehicles for my son who is in the military. Mr. Bobby Bridges, used car manager, was closing up for the night. He saw us walking around the lot and he brought us inside after my fiance stated that the Pontiac G6 that we were looking at looked like a nice, reliable car for my son, Kenton, to drive back and forth to Hinesville, Ga. Mr. Bridges brought us in and gave us the keys to test drive it. He said that he would wait, and that was very commendable of him, because it was late. We came back from the test drive and we gave him some information. We told him that my son would not be able to be here before Saturday because he is on active duty in the army. He said he would put the car to the side and would not allow anyone to sell it before we got back. He even gave me his personal cell number. On Saturday morning, Mr. Bridges called me to make sure that we were still coming. My son and fiance were already on their way. The deal was closed in about four hours, but I will never forget the kindness, the courtesy, and the professionalism of Mr. Bobby Bridges. The entire staff was great, but the kindness of Mr. Bridges from the initial test drive to the closing of the deal was probably the greatest car buying experience I have ever had.
We had a great used car buying experience and Cronic Chevrolet and very specifically with Sales Professional Gary Coley. We got a fair deal that didnt require much negotiation and werent hit with all the stereotypical and aggravating car sales techniques and nonsense. Gary was patient, helpful, courteous and I felt no pressure. Ive bought a few cars in my days and this was easily the best experience. We drove a long way from North of Atlanta down to Griffin to get the car I wanted, but happy we did.
