They were pretty quick. Could do a little better at communication with the customers coming in. Probably doing the best they can with space and insurance policies. They will be changing my oil in our 3 trucks for the foreseeable future. Good price.

Fast, quick, zoom, efficient service. I was just settling in for the customary long wait but I was in and out without a hesitation.

I guess its okay, we waited 14 minutes to get seen. Would have been longer but we backed out and left. Were never going back. Just to be fair my nephew thinks a lot of it. So it just could have been a bad time.

They were fast and efficient. They didnt just tell you that you needed a new air filter They showed you your dirty air filter

Oh man, where do I even start...I had driven a few thousand miles across the country and pieces of my car were not very good but I managed to make it to this location in time to get the problems fixed. Being 1,500 miles away from home, I wanted to go to a large and reputable location that I could access in my own city but was directed to this location by a long time friend that has lived nearby and gone to them religiously for years. I was far from disappointed.Mike sat down with me and helped me find the appropriate tires for my vehicle and then explained about the broken parts and the rust under them and the rust under the rust. Normally, this would upset somebody to hear but I didnt have any choice because I wanted to drive home and I needed my car to be safe. Since I am from a large city and Maxi-Lube is not in a large city, I paid probably a third of what I would have paid had I done the same work at home. I could not have been more pleased with the work that I had done and the price that I paid for it and the exceptionally courteous service that I received from each and every member of the staff for the two days that I dealt with them. If you live in that area and youve been going to Goodyear or Firestone or whatever big-name reputable place you know of from TV, I would suggest you try these guys out because theyre nicer, theyre better, their prices are reasonable and they guarantee their work.Thank you so much for everything, Mike Shell, Jr. :-D

The guys there are great! I usually take my car in to them for an oil change but, recently Ive had some repair work done to my car. The entire staff are always helpful and courteous especially James and Stephen. I highly recommend this place.

Quick, fast and affordable oil change service. I wouldnt recommend purchasing any of the extra items they find that may need replacement such as air filters, windshield wiper blades or tires due to high up-charges.

Came here with my 2017 Daytona charger for an oil change after wasting my time going to two other places. First was Mavis thought Id try them out since theyre not far. Im EXTREMELY picky with who I let touch my cars especially when it comes to customer service (if you dont care about me obviously you dont care about my car). Mavis had no one at the counter when I arrived then what appeared to be the manager walked in after about 5 min or so and asked how could he help, I asked how long the wait time was and he said 2 hrs (NAH IM GOOD) wasnt even peak hrs and they werent that busy. Next, went down tara to Precision auto...... Exact same thing even worse no employee at the counter waited about 10 min no one came in to assist so I HEMId right outta there like Ill take my money elsewhere. My thrird and final spot was MAXI-LUBE, and man can I say overly impressed from the time I walked in and they were BUSY. Nice young lady at the counter ready and willing to assist me, dropped my keys off walked across the street came back and they were pulling my car in. Topped off my fluid levels, noticed I was missing a speciality tire cap that was red and found one and replaced it for me, and even wiped off my car where they may have touched it (most shops leave the dreaded black tire/engine smudges). Honestly I was going here first but didnt because of a few closer places but I will definitely make this my go to from now on.

So, first of all. Yall charged $50 to take off 2 bolts and put them back on. (Theyre in a very easily accessible location)Charged $13 for a $6 part.The Oil Pressure Switch which you claim to have replaced clearly has never been touched.Here is a picture of the new thermostat yall put in only 3 months ago, and a picture of it listed on the invoice.Ladies, leave this place alone!!!!!

I had my wife take my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 to have tires put on and the oil changed. I specifically asked to have synthetic oil used. I have been running synthetic oil since I got the truck in 2006. They decided to use standard oil. There will not be a next time.

I chose this place based on the positive reviews and upstanding reputation and support in the communityPreviously I had some other shop in town (NOT MaxiLube) perform work on my vehicle,which they did not do properly. I found many errors and even loose bolts on the vehicle!I wanted to see if Maxi Lube could help me. I called down there and they said to come on down and talk with them.After coming in and speaking with the technician,he assured me that he had heard this story many times before. He said he would check everything out and put it back right,and call me if he had any questions.Low and behold,everything was done in just a few hours and my wife’s car was back to being right againI cannot thank you enough for doing,and proving exactly what you said to be true!They even printed out the alignment sheet for my vehicle showing the before/after adjustments to prove they had done it right!I will bring my car back should I ever need anything again!

Took my truck there for the first time for a rotate and balance on my tires and while everyone else was booked up with appointments around the area or too high in prices, Maxi-Lube was not! I dropped the truck off and it had to have been only two hours later and I picked it back up and it only cost me $30! I highly recommend this place and you cant beat the prices! Went in for an oil change and got great service. After changing my oil I was informed that I had a minor oil leak. I thought it was very professional of them to inform me of the leak without trying to pressure me into letting them fix it then. (I will be taking it back to Maxi-Lube when I do have it repaired}

Have had headlights restored, new wiper blades, fluids changed, brakes worked on...every time I have come here I have had an honest and complete diagnosis and cost estimate provided to me before any work. I love that. It helps me to know how to work within my budget I may or may not be facing and it tells me a little more than I knew before I came in. The only down side is that they are so popular that they always have work! So sometimes it may take some time to get to your vehicle. Thats okay---its well worth the wait.

This is a great place to get your regular service and oil changes. I have also had good experience purchasing tires from them. Their service is almost always of the highest quality. In the last 10 to 15 years, Ive only had one problem with a service and it was easily corrected. I wouldnt recommend any other location for this type of service.

Had my exhaust done.. great service.. friendly people. They even gave me a ride back to my work as they worked on it. I called maxi-lube after being quoted 450 at national break and muffle (which Ill never be going there). They quoted me 250 for the same job and they did it that day.. you have a returning customer guys... Keep up the good work!

Always great service. My family has been coming here for at least 20 years and there is always a smiling face and exceptional service. My dad was in need of a tire for his vehicle, having been told it would take several days at the dealership because the tire wasnt a common size (235/60/18)? He then called me and asked if Id call Maxi Lube for him to see if they had it or could get it sooner. Spoke with Mike Jr. and he was Johnny on the spot with the pricing info (cheaper than the dealer) and the tire will be available tomorrow morning, not several days. Needless to say, my dad is very pleased. So if you are looking for a friendly service center, that is trustworthy and will take care of your vehicle, Maxi Lube is the place. Maxi Lube has serviced multiple vehicles for my family, and will continue to be our service center of choice.

Great people make for great service. Maxi lube has managers that have been working there for maNY years which sets in place the quality of service I expect. Work done right, fast, very reliable. Their prices are in line with others, but work is higher quality.

Did a good job and were very quick. Had to get 2 tires changed and hed them both done within the hour at a good price.
