I love the new vans I got and Hibbett Sports tried their best when they only had at least 6 or 7 customers and 2 employees. I will definitely be going back!😎👟

I went to buy a new pair of shoes. They do have some nice shoes in the store. However, no one said a word to me as they saw me waiting on help I even waved to the employee still no help. I gave only two stars due to terrible service and I took my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. I Ordered shoes 6 days before I finally got them. I went in twice just to check on them. They told me they were in transit. This was Friday. I went back in on Saturday to check again. And after she went back there 4 times she finally found one pair of my order. I Never got a phone call or email saying they were received. they had sold one pair of my shoes I had already paid for. I was also told that my shoes had been received that Wednesday. But again I never received a call or email. I would rather drive to another store to do business. Griffin store is horrible when it comes to customer service period!!!!

Okay... remodeled looks GREAT...however, the selection of shoes were not so well at all...

Clean store. Staff Never greet you or check to see if you need help you have to hunt them down in the store.

Hibbett Sports has been in Griffin for a long time. They have only gotten better as time has gone by. If you need good equipment for kids sports,or a home gym give them a visit. You should be able to find whatever you need at a competitive price.

I place an order on Hibbetts Sports website and selected curbside pickup. I followed the directions on the website for curbside pickup by calling the store to inform staff that I am at the location. The employee states, Oh, we dont do curbside pickup at this location because COVID is over. I repeated the statement to make sure I heard the employee correctly. Im very disappointed this stores representation of professionalism during the current pandemic. Also, lack of disrespect of Hibbetts Sport corporate website.

Customer service is subpar. No longer carry much of a selection of Under Armour. It is geared more towards hip-hop fashion and street culture. It probably is more appealing to those who are under age 30. I won’t return after my last experience.

I love there collection but its expensive for no reason

The young man that helped us was so patient and kind. Even though they didnt have the shoe we wanted...he was very helpful.

Walked in to blaring rap music, with my 12 year old daughter. Service was not even mentionable. Employees were unwilling to look further for what I needed. Lied about being able to have product shipped to store. Just saw the option online.

Rude people no help unless you are black walked right past me to help someone that had just came in I had been waiting 10min. Guess I will spend my money else where. Customer service training is much needed at these stores!
