They are At least 25% if not 50% out of stock every time you visit and if you look around all you see is employees talking joking on their phones happy to to get paid to do nothing. Ask someone for help and they will look at you like they want to die and then tell you uhhhh sorry thats not my department.

I was happy to see masks and sanitizer offered right at the front of the store.

I waited for assistance in jewelry. Dozens of employees had told me that assistance is on their way.. no one came. Since I’ve been waiting for an hour I went to customer service. The associate at customer service asked if there was something they could help with.. even though I asked for the manager. But I told her what happened.. she got another associate and told them the situation.. then I told them the situation.. I was told the associate working in jewelry will be back in 2 minutes with the keys to jewelry.. I was told to go back to jewelry.. STILL NO ONE CAME! What happened to “she will be back in 2 minutes with the keys”? I even tapped the key pad for an associate to come like I did many times that day. So after talking to dozens and dozens of associates, going to customer service, asking for a manager (even though no manager came) calling the store even though NO ONE PICKED UP. I even pressed ZERO while on the phone .. as it says to do so when you want to speak with an associate. I never got in touch with one. I never got in touch with anyone in ANY DEPARTMENT AT THIS STORE LOCATION. The Electronics department was the last place that I went to .. the lady said I should go back to the jewelry department even though I told her I did multiple times and that I waited an HOUR AND NO ONE CAME. Then a different associate came up and said that jewelry was closed even though it’s the middle of afternoon. HUNDREDS OF ASSOCIATES WORKING IN THAT STORE AND NO ONE WAS ANY KIND OF HELP! INSTEAD OF BEING TOLD UPFRONT WHATS REALLY GOING ON.. I WAS BEING TOLD DIFFERENT THINGS AND MY TIME WAS WASTED .. ON TOP OF THAT I NEVER GOT TO PURCHASE WHAT I WANTED! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This store use to be one of the best and it slowly over the last couple years has continued to go down and down year after year

Lazy merchandising, and very cramped. Noone in self checkout while customers were literally yelling across the store asking for help, all the employees did was stare that were supposed to be over there then kept talking to another coworker. Then proceeded to have no cares in the world walking over with an attitude to every customer she talked to.

They always have Halo Mega construx figures so thats cool.

The Griffin Walmart has had a facelift! It has really improved the feel of the store. The store overall feels much cleaner (hope this continues) and better organized. Just got to get used to where everything is located, which can be little frustrating at first. My biggest complaint is that there are never enough attendant-operated checkout lanes opened. I dont mind going through a self checkout whenever I have a few items, 20 or less. The problem is when I have a whole buggy full. It takes much longer and much more finagling of the little space that you have to work within. The attendants are usually courteous especially if you are willing to take the initiative. I always try to speak a kind word in hopes of encouraging them and it usually goes a long ways. I just appreciate that they are willing to work, when so many others arent.

I went to the electronics section and the Person working that section Did not have a clue regarding anything to do with any gadget whatsoever other than what isle to find what you were looking for..So go prepared with info on what you want because if they have it, itll be cheaper than Best buys Tho thats not saying much.

There isnt anything to share.it wasnt a bad experience neither was it good. I would recommend checking out the bags of potatoes before buying them as my bag had a rotten one in it. Other than a bad potato the shopping would have been easily forgettable

This bicycle is damaged from being out side the pink is bleached white the instructions is wet and you cant use them both tires is flat. I took it to customer service and they only want to take 10% off the price Im not paying $40 for a faded bike with flat tires and no instructions

Havent been in a while. Things had been moved around and kinda looked nice. Until I go to my favorite department.. crafts.Only a hand full of yarn. Nothing I would consider buying. go to check out, 2 cashiers, go to self checkout, card only.Walmart sucks

My biggest complaint about Walmart is that they never have enough checkout lanes open. They have plenty of self checkouts, but when you have a cart full of items, I dont want to ring up my own items. So I end up standing in line for 15 min to get checked out.

The store fit the most part is clean. Items in the store are easily found. The parking lot could use a good cleaning.

Walmart is walmart. You find what you want and you go on your way. However becareful when buying fruits and veggies for they will turn bad or go rotten in 3 days. So when I buy fruit I have to eat it all in 2 to 3 days or it gets thrown away...

The associates which helped me. (I was picking up 2 orders) one came to my window and spoke with me the other did not say one word or even acknowledge me any time during loading my car. My items were correct except for being out of some of the items I ordered.

I used to get made fun of for how much I went to Walmart. Now, I refuse to go. The recent “improvements” to the store aren’t the greatest. Main complaint is the volume of the music. Have to watch prices. A lot of missed label prices. Prices changes being made and labels not changed . I have gone to the register and there will be 4 labels on four shelfs each shelf above the other with example$1.34 lb grapes get to register they ring up $2.34 Told the cashier about it. She told a support mgr at the self checkout and the support mgr checked the price and had the produce assoc remove the labels and came back and said sorry i can not override it. I said you can keep them. I dont shop as much there now. It is like that in other areas of the store example sugar wafers shelf label said 60 cents ea. When i got up front they rang up $1.08. I absolutely love Walmart and most of its employees! The only thing I wish that could change and or need help when it comes to Walmart, is the cart return/Corrales/stations!?!?!? But whatever theyre called, I wish that Walmart Would put out more of them or have employees dedicated to get in buggies back into the store! And I hate the people that dont put their buggies back in a cart return because Ive had my car hit by several Rogue buggies!!! So... Its been about almost 6 months since Ive shopped at this Walmart in Griffin, Georgia. With the COVID-19 pandemic going on theres been some changes to the policies and the way we shop now. Were required or by choice to wear face mask/coverings so we can protect ourselves or slow the process down of the virus. So Walmart has upped their cleanliness and ensuring that everyone is safe, I really appreciate that and I really enjoyed the shopping experience at this Walmart. I had a chance to go early in the morning when theres little traffic, because Im sure in the evening it can be a little chaotic. But overall it wasnt that bad and if Im ever out there in that area again Ill definitely be stopping by. Also there are fully stocked on certain items minus the Lysol and a few other cleaning products that are commonly out in the warehouse thats making it difficult for the stores to get in.

One of the worst things to happen to America was allowing Walmart to become a superstore. You never received good customer service whenever you call or go to the store. This is a nationwide issue, especially in Griffin GA. Cant order things online because it shows out of stock however once you visit the store youll see 25 on the shelf. And dont even think about asking someone to update the online information. You will have a better chance of catching in a bullet using our your thumbs..

Walmart Griffin is always slow and now that they have started cards only at self check out I dont even go unless I absolutely have to because the last couple time I only had cash I waited in line with only 3 items for 35 mins. Thats ridiculous.

Always short-staffed, even before COVID. Mistreats its employees, especially disabled ones. Incompetent management. Never has clean womens rooms (has clean mens rooms though). The disability accessible (handicap) stalls in womens restrooms are NEVER properly cared for or have hooks for purses. Disorganized store. Horrible experience as a customer almost every time I go. I hate this Wal-Mart so much. I try to shop anywhere else whenever possible.

Moved here several months ago to Griffin and this Walmart pick up is awful. They are ALWAYS messing up my orders leaving items out or giving me someone elses items. There prices are better but Icwill go back to Kroger.

Needed a couple items from the pharmacy on my way home. Found them quickly, breezed through self checkout, and was back on the road in minutes.

I was late picking up groceries and they closed. The next day they were ready and waiting. It just surprised me they acted like I wasnt the massive pain in the a-- I know I was. Thanks guys

The price of items is higher when you check out than shown on the label. I can understand that it didn’t immediate update, but when I tell them that the price is wrong, the cashier told the manager to come. The manager had bad attitude, and told cashier that I always do this. I been there many times and it always happen. It is such a waste of time to ask when you need to prove them wrong and ask a refund.

Mobility carts are junk only the three new carts are good, and there are not enough for the seniors in this town, always have to hunt down a cart. Not enough disability parking, they took the disability parking for pickup spaces and for police vehicles which I never seen them use and they park on the sides of the main entrance instead leaving those spaces always un-used.

They have everythimg. Food cloths socks meat chicken fish pork chop steak ribs roast dish towel washing powdet soap wjst food you eats and drinks chip cookie ice cream anything you need they even cash pay check. Take your family they have toys for children while you shop

Never fully stocked, employees are either on cell phones or having full on conversations with their AirPods in their ears. When you ask for assistance, it seems you’ve burdened them. I’d pay more for groceries at ingles, Kroger or Publix, just to receive better customer service.

I personally hate walmart but this location is easy to get to. Always busy decent parking and usually pretty clean and decently stocked. Staff is usually friendly if you can find them for help

Almost every cart in the store has a defect. Sometimes I try three or four before I find one that goes straight and doesnt make a bang, bang, bang noise. Store shelves empty, empty, empty all the time now. If an item is missing, it takes one to two months before you see it again and these arent items in short supply because of COVID. Other stores have them. Stockers put extra stock on top shelf turned backwards, but never move it down when product is sold. Good luck finding what you need. These issues apply to both food and other merchandise. Management hang around up front gabbing with each other while lines grow. I used to buy everything at Walmart, but I am now shopping elsewhere. Its become a real dump.

The manager of the automotive department at the Griffin store took care of a battery situation that my brother had....Dicey was pleasant, explained the situation to me and then she came up with a solution..she made the experience one of the best customer service experiences I have had..she is one of the reasons I patronize her store...Kudos to you, Ducey for being a top manager who also has people skills!!!
