Love this store! Love the owners philosophies!!! Only shop them for craft materials just because of his beliefs! They had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. Will always go back!

I found some good deals on this trip. The store was clean and free from any stocking merchandise. Customer service was mediocre. Found nearly everything I needed.

I am always pleased when I shop at Hobby Lobby. I went to get sewing tools and I happened to look at Christmas items. I purchased a few Christmas items at 40% off regular price.

What a great store! Plenty of gift and craft items. We didnt even realize that we were in there for over an hour, its that cool to look around.

I was looking for an item and I ask one associate for help and she told me she wasn’t clocked in then I asked two more employees who only told me the aisle and wouldn’t stop what they were doing to help me even though they were an aisle over. Needless to say another customer helped me. Customer service is everything if you don’t plan on helping anyone then don’t walk around the store in your apron. Thank God my attitude is much better now. I love hobby lobby but I rather order offline now or go to Walmart.

As always, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I wanted an item that was on the top shelf and they told me to do my shopping and they would have the item at the register when I was done. The store was very well stocked and clean.

A little expensive with some things but overall amazing place for the crafty people. I love this place so much. I recently spent around 80$ there and I would rather be there than anywhere else. It has everything you need and the people are so nice and so helpful.

Wonderful help. I got a bunch of posters framed here. The staff were courteous and super helpful.

They have so much to choose from for so many hobbies. I have a few hobbies but when I go in the store, I have to go up and down every aisle. Sometimes I find another hobby to try and other times I find ways and new things to amp up my other hobbies. Home decor galore. I dont get to go often though. But I do think some of the prices on some things are pretty high, which makes it harder for the hobbyist such as myself to buy the stuff needed for my hobbies. So if youve never been in one give it a try I think youll love it too. 💗😊

This place is DANGEROUS ! But to be more clear not to your SAFETY but your BANK ACCOUNT ! Father of 2 beautiful girls went in for a sign for the rooms. Came out with 8 bags with projects to complete for them. I must be getting old lol.

Friendly staff. Except for the Manager.. He and a worker or maybe assistant mgr, were tossing items and throwing them in a cart. Nearly got me. Twice.I asked him if they were marking items down since they were tossing them in cart? He Rudely replied No. Thats it. No other response and they continued thru store. Left cart in middle of floor and both walked away towards the front. Yes, I did watch just to see.

Peaceful visit. I went with my daughter to pick out fake floral for her dads and grandmother grave. The section was not disappointed. Beautiful flowers. Many to choose from. She found what she wanted plus. Nice section of vase. It was hard to choose one there was so many beautiful ones to pick from. Got a beautiful bow for her grandmother flowers. We where both happy to shop there.

This is the rudest hobby lobby I have ever been too.No one wears their mask.When you ask a question they walk away.I stood in line for 10mins and then the cashier just walked away. The manger then came up and said oh they are getting a drink line is closed.Don’t even bother going if you are looking to get any kind of kind service.Location is everything and this one proves its spot. AWFUL

This place offers a nice variety of craft supplies. However, the store in Mcdonough, Georgia doesnt always send broken items back, but instead tries to resale these items. I like the company and not all stores try this, but unfortunately this particular store does.

2nd time visiting one of these. Not really my favorite. Its about 90% retail. Whose hobby? All So much made in China. Kinda like a play on words. Makes me understand why companies are ditching the idea of in store customer service. 1st rep -No idea what upholstery was. Had to literally childspeak only to be sent down a rabbit hole. My guess; nepotism. After finding the item, the price was double what it listed online. My bad for not changing the zip code, but I was traveling figured I would stop along my route.I also had to keep asking where things were. No visible aisle descriptions.Jewelry was in the very back of the store far left. The 1st one I visited months back had jewelry in front. The rep I asked for directions to jewelry literally pointed in the direction & went back to what she was doing. Frustrating...

The 50% off items is a joke. Most employees are helpful.The prices are what turns me off, i think i pretty much know what some things are really worth.

This Hobby Lobby always has what I need in stock, and the employees are always pleasant and nice.

I love this location. Its always well stocked unless the items are super hot and on sale that week, the sooner in the sale the better your chances!
