I saw negative reviews, and thought I would post my opinion. I have never had a bad experience here. In fact, The people are friendly and have gone out of their way to accommodate me. Once I got in line after their closing time, but they took me anyway. I go there once a month, they are always upbeat and helpful.

Anita at the Griffin, Ga. Walmart pharmacy is the rudest person we have ever had contact with ..

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, and they are always very helpful, empathetic, and as quick as they can be even though they are pretty much always swamped.

Called at 6:30 to make sure the Dr. Called in my wifes prescription. We were told it had been called in and it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours before it would be ready. Waited to drive up here, and shopped for a few minutes. It was now 1hour 45 minutes since calling. And its not ready, not the best service at this pharmacy. Locust Grove pharmacy is way more reliable.

Was sent a text telling me that my prescription I had requested was ready for pickup and when I got there they knew absolutely nothing about a refill. I didn’t have time to wait on it to be filled yesterday so now I have to go back across town to Walmart again today. This Walmart in general is so aggravating to get in and out of and SOME of the employees are just rude ( not in the pharmacy). I will be changing pharmacies after today. And Walmarts.

I called in to the pharmacy because I had a prescription on backorder at a different pharmacy. When I told her what it was she told me that it could not be done. And instead of checking she proceeded chats argue with me. First of all I have done it twice this year at that pharmacy. Second of all it has bee electronically transferred to my other pharmacy for almost 2 yrs. And 3rd with the cov19 going on between my family and myself have had all or prescriptions transferred electronically that are not normally done. If I could give them no stars I would. They dont know what they are doing there.

I have to say they dont really deserve one star. They are very busy, but maybe try to hire more people because they have bad customer service. And if you call, all they do is ask you to hold on. Only good thing is low prices and convenience of being in Walmart..other than that, find another local pharmacy.

One of the most unorganized pharmacies Ive seen. I understand they stay busy but they make things harder on themselves. WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER. several workers are very rude & unhelpful. They really need to get it together. Ive lived here 2 years & can only say Ive been in & out with no problem only a very few times.

Had to have a tooth pulled and the dentist gave me a prescription for painkillers. Immediately went to Walmart pharmacy and was told it would take an hour. Had there been a line waiting I could have understood it but there was no line. I left and went home.An hour and a half later I was back. I was beginning to really feel rotten by then and needed the pill. I was asked 6 different times what my birthday and name was! I had to wait another hour and a half to get my pills as and was not allowed to have them till I had a consultation with an extremely surly pharmacist. I was no longer in the mood to be cooperative. I will NEVER get a prescription filled there again!

If you plan on getting your childs prescription filled here then be sure to drop it off a day before you need it. I stood at the drop off station behind the sign that stated where to wait until my turn for 15 minutes, (no one in front of me) with my sick son until we were acknowledged. Upon acknowledgement the lady asks Are you waiting on me ... Once I say yes I waited another 5 minutes before I could drop off my prescription. After handing it to the lady she then states okay, it will be ready tomorrow afternoon .... My son whom is 17 months old has to wait on his prescription until tomorrow afternoon, which is to help numb his throat from hand foot mouth, why? She states because we close in 15 minutes. I honestly dont understand how you can make a sick child wait until the following AFTERNOON after youve CLEARLY ignored us since 8:25pm. Walmart pharmacy just lost several more clients. I will not be returning and am thankful to know where the children stand within their time frames. Thanks for showing your true colors Walmart.

Had a prescription transferred here bc it was cheaper. Big mistake. Guy on the phone was very rude and made me feel like i was bothering him. They didnt even get the correct prescription i told him to have transferred. He should have called me first before getting it also. Never again.

Very RUDE workers 😡. I wish I could give them no stars. My mom had to go up there 3 times because they said they didnt get the right prescription. We personally went to doctor office who said had sent it in 3 times. Was told the lady had a nasty additude. One lady yelled at my mother because I told her she didnt have to be so rude and keep saying stuff to me. They all need to be fired and get a better staff till that happens I will go some place else .

Went to pharmacy several days after my prescription was called in directly from doctor. Was told when I got there that they were out of it and to come back the next day after 3 pm and it would be ready. Went back the next day as instructed and was told the exact same thing. Their inability to keep a proper inventory seems to be a reoccurring issue. I will be changing pharmacies.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Busy most of the time. It has great prices.

Horrible staff very rude hung up twice and then when I arrived had a horrible attitude
