Went there for some storage containers. I wasnt impressed with a comparison prices. However customer service was great. I will return again to browse around.

I like Roses for their affordable prices and they are easy to get in and out of. They also have a good selection in Womens and Mens clothing.

Everybody loves Roses. My first job at Christmas working in Toys. Used to have to pay 10 cent to use the restroom when I was a kid.. True Fact.

Roses always has low prices on almost everything. Home decor, kids clothes, bedding, lawn and garden and so much more. If you want to decorate and are on a budget, then give here a try. You wont leave without something.The employees are very nice and so sweet. I love coming here. They treat you like family.

Great finds for holiday decorating at amazing prices (compared to Amazon and Big lots). I just wish they would order more ginger mint hard candies lol.

Low cost but items are scattered all over the store. Hard to locate things.

The plus side of the store is that its relatively cheap, but with the current state of unemployment and people choosing not to work while the store has never been really organized or clean looking (believe that is due to the age of the store) right now they currently lack the help for a great experience

Roses Department Store is one of the best stores in our city to shop at you find the right price if you want to put into something and then quality merchandise they dont try to price gouging fluctuates but it is all good merchandise and I think the store clerks there are real courtesy

My very first time ever visiting this store I have worked retail ALL MY LIFE. I went here for flowers for a grave marker. Beautiful flowers, but many depts was cluttered and things in the middle of aisles every where. I was kind of shocked. A very nice store too. I know it seems companies arent putting enough employees in stores anymore. Alot of competition out there! This store could win Walmart shoppers if they executed scheduling and production better. I am not blaming mgt. I dont know who is at fault here for the clutter. Roses could really beat others with a small amount of effort😉.

Its a good place for some things. They have clothing but very little of it fits me correctly. Usually seconds. Its a discount store for a reason.Some employees are nice and try to keep things moving, others are there plainly for a paycheck. Nothing else.

Not much help to find anything. The service desk checked me out and she preferred to handle customers over the phone. I impatiently waited a good 3-4 minutes while she stood there with my change & receipt in her hand. I asked her to please give me my change & reciept. She then just blatantly turned her back to me while continuing to answer long-winded questions with long-winded answers. I reckon she showed me! Apparently my money my time was not appreciated. All she had to do was say please hold give me my money & receipt she would be done. Sad part is that there was nobody even behind me.

The Griffin store smells bad. No let me rephrase that... it has a horrible STENCH all throughout the store. They carry inferior merchandise. After having to get a refund on the last several items Ive purchased there Ive decided not to shop there any longer. The majority of the employees are rude unpleasant people. That is when you can actually find one on the sales floor. The check out lines are always backed up because of slow cashiers either running their mouths or just not knowing how to do their job period. I used to love going to Roses, but Im tired of damaged items once I get the packages home and opened. The clothing they sell is always ill fitting, and Ive literally had some of it fall apart or the colors bleed and/or fade in the washer on the first washing. Damaged products and inferior clothing that has to immediately be replaced is NOT a bargain.

Need to better stock before Christmas

Very good selection of garden plants. They also had small flower plants at a very good price. We plant 3.75 for each one and made our own hanging baskets for way cheaper than buying one and they are already growing bunches in just a week.

I can usually find what I need when I cant find it anywhere else. Their prices are good. My only issue when theyre really busy, some of the cashiers need to work on speed. Itll be 5 or 6 people in line and they ring up a person as if theres no one else in line. I worked in retail for 5 yrs and their process can be more efficient.

I liked the store very organized. But,the pregnant cashier was very rude...she gave my money to the white man who I was with and acted like she didnt wanna service me. Its not my fault shes pregnant and have to work on a Sunday. Thats an issue she need to direct with God, Herself & Management, and not with customers #Periodt

I love Roses. They have a bit of everything. This location is usually very busy, so dont plan on it being a quick trip, but the deals are great. I shop here for gardening supplies, kitchen utensils, rugs, shoes, everything.

Steady and unchanging could be used to describe this department store. Sure the merchandise updates and employees retire or quit,but the company remains true to their old values. Treat people fairly and offer good value. This is not a high end department store,it is a place where average people can afford to shop. Always has been.

Roses... Everything from clothes to chairs...Potato chips to potting soil...Prices are very reasonable! I just purchased 2 pairs of Urban Pipeline jeans for my son today. They were priced at $5.99. Thats a steal!

You never know what you will find at Roses but whatever it is will be at a fair discounted price. Last year I bought jeans that at regular retailers was up to $50.00 for $10.00.
