Had a 4 piece wicker patio loveseat set with cushions for $399.00 but said it was out of stock. And didnt know when or if they would get it in. I offered to buy the one on display and they said they couldnt. So very disappointed!!! And Im sure if they get it back in the price will go up!!!

Plenty of discounted items that you didnt even know that you needed...and surprisingly furniture. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always enjoy my Big Lots visits here!

The store itself is good and I would have given it 5 stars if it had not been for their furniture delivery problem. They outsource delivery to guy with a 4-cylinder truck with an attachment. First, I had purchased 2 couches but he was late with delivery. It was at first supposed to be delivered at 1pm, then 2pm, then it ended up being closer to 3. Upon arrival, he came solo with no help. I had to tell him to get another person which I had an additional wait on that. Then he charged me $20 extra dollars for the additional person (his teenage son) when that should have been a given any time you are moving that kind of furniture. This was absolutely ghetto. I was going to bypass writing the review and calling the store to complain if he hadnt tried to get $20 more dollars out of me. Totally sad....

I use to go to big Lots all the time for cheap and reasonably priced items; but they are not so inexpensive anymore.. 90% of the stuff I looked at was overpriced!! The store was clean and organized..

I like the store but was disturbed to see a customer deliberately leave items in the buggy, going out set off the alarm and told to keep going, we all share when prices go up for this behavior

Pleasantly surprised, I have not been to big lots in a while. They have greatly improved the store. It doesnt appear as a clearance store anymore.

Big Lots has had a major face lift since the last time I was in there. The store looks so much better and well organized. The prices are good as well.

The customer service was nice and the store was neat but the bathrooms were due a cleaning. Maybe it was a bad day but over all I got what I needed and there were awesome prices.

They continue to get new items, except for a couple spots they were full. I get all my seasons from here I get the large container for cheaper price. They often have items you dont find every where else, when you look these items up online they are wayyy more expensive.

Bought a recliner and the gentleman that helped us (Mark) was extremely helpful and very nice.

This is the most organized and tidy Big Lots I have ever been in!!! Most Big Lots stores feel like you are at a garage sale at the end of the day, but not the one in Griffin. They have done a great job of keeping the place clean and organized, and everything is folded and in its correct place!

Originally had a wonderful experience purchasing 3 recliners and a electric fireplace. However, just 5 days past the 30 day return one recliner broke. They claimed there was nothing they could do and that I should have purchased the extended warranty (I was never offer that to begin with). Poor customer service and poor quality furniture.

I liked Big Lots many years ago when they resembled what Bargain Hunt is today. They have gotten bigger and more organized over the last 25 years. Still a really good place to shop,just not as interesting and kind of chaotic as they used to be.

Staff extremely helpful but not particularly friendly one visit there during afternoon hours. Store well stocked, great assortment of products, easy navigation, accessible selections of stock, but not enough employees, checkout had one register open.

Im assuming the pandemic hit him pretty hard because they were out of a lot of stuff other than that Dairy Queen store great selection of what they did have

I was passing thru and stopped in for a few items and left with allot of things I thought I did not need at a great price. I even brought a new toilet sea to paint Elvis on the lid for my aunt Fran. She still has my macaroni art from my childhood. I love her like a mother.

The Griffin store is my favorite location. Its a little small compared to other locations, but the selection of items is not lacking. The staff is always friendly here. I buy snacks, cosmetics and Christmas gifts here.

They need a few more registers open. When lines are long, they only have one register available half of the time. Other than that, customer service is decent.
