There is plenty of free parking and one handicap parking space. The building is in excellent shape and the shelves are well organized. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about products in this store. Overall I was very pleased with my shopping experience in this store.

They have just about everything you could want or need from killing roaches, ants or spiders to probably things to deworm your horse. Im not sure if they have such a thing for horses but you get the picture. Their prices on some things are pretty high but they will recommend something close to that item for a lesser price. Everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting there are just good, down home folks. If your in need of something all you have to do is call and ask or go in and ask. If they dont have what you need they can probably tell you who does.

Only place local where I could find a particular fertilizer. They even helped load it in my car.Large selection of insecticides and many other lawn and garden chemicals that I’ve been learning of as a new homeowner with 5x the yard compared to my prior house.Will be coming back in the spring for some container gardening supplies.

This place has all your feed needs and more. The customer service from the front to the back is outstanding. Everyone is very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful . We scheduled them to spray our field. It looks great and the hay the field produced was good quality. I also buy my horse feed and the hay they carry there is very good quality. I highly recommend Akins Feed and Seed.

Always friendly people with tremendous amounts of knowledge to share. Great for real farmer shopping supplies and awesome for home gardeners. Buy seeds in bulk here for cheap. I used to buy seeds and plants at big box store but for years now I shop at Aiken and the prices are fantastic.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Akins on my recent visit. Billy seemed quite interested as well as very knowledgeable about my concern, and offered very helpful information. I have absolutely no reservation recommending them to anyone needing their services.

Have gone to Atkins three times over the last two years. Very polite people. Always very helpful. A pleasure doing business with them. When you ask for advice its cheerfully given and you leave feeling a lot smarter. Kudos to them.
