I bought a used 18 foot equipment trailer from Wade Tractor & Equipment Inc. in Griffin Ga and was told that the trailer was in perfect condition. The sales person hook the trailer up and I brought it home. Two weeks later when I hooked the trailer up to use it I realize that the electrical system was not working on the trailer!! No running lights or brake lights!! When I called Wade Tractor back to tell them about the problem they told me that if I had found the non-working lights sooner they might would be able to do something about it, but they are not going to fix it now. I think this is a terrible thing because it probably would cost them very little to fix it. This is very poor business and very poor customer service!! I need a new tractor and Bush hog, but if they would treat me like that with a simple 18 foot trailer I can imagine how they would treat me on larger equipment problems ☹️unhappy customer!!

Called this morning about having a recall performed on my Polaris Ranger. I told them I had a hunting trip planned and needed it back in two days if possible. I was told bring it in and we will get it done asap, when I arrived they jumped on it and told me if I could wait they would do it now!!! Less than twenty minutes later I was headed home with my machine! Cant say enough about the professionalism displayed by this Company. thanks so much!! By the way I did not buy this machine there but I can guarantee I will the next one!!

Good selection, and parts availability. Bought many parts for hay farming there. Bought a Polaris ranger from them last year and love the machine. The reason for three stars is the service department. Very slow. Took my baler in two years ago, and over 2 months later finally got it back. Had some self inflicted engine issues on my ranger, and stopped by to ask a few questions as get a second diagnosis. The acting service manager comes across as a arrogant know it all. To the point of being insulting. I cannot say enough poor things about his demeanor. Customer service is not his area of expertise, and he will belittle you to a point if trying to make money. All about him, not his customer. Find other service centers.

Nice selection of nice products. Stopped by to give a list of equipment needed for my farm. After waiting 3-4 weeks, I called to check a status on the quote. No one called me back. Figured they may have been busy. Called back and spoke to someone else, who said he would put my quote together for my equipment request. Been a few months and still havent heard anything. I will be finalizing my deal with another dealer in the next few weeks. Wade doesnt seem to want my $$$.

General Manager, Mike. and Parts Man, Tim, are, by far, THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRUSTWORTHY PROFESSIONALS in the Tractor industry.Service department is good. Especially on vintage Ford 2000 (3-cylinder gasoline) tractors.Price?You get what You pay for.Quality aint cheap.Cheap aint quality.
