Amazing folks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My husband and I met the most pleasant woman, Ms. Patricia Bell. She was so delightful. We were looking at possibility purchasing a high quality sturdy recliner. However, shortly after our visit, my husband got a job offer that took us out of state. We decided we would wait until we relocated for furniture. We were so impressed by Patricia’s knowledge and professionalism. Super friendly staff members as well. If/when we return to the area, we would most definitely purchase furniture from this location. ❤️

If you live in the Griffin area and need new furniture, you owe it to yourself to do business with Jones-Harrison Furniture Company in downtown Griffin. They carry all the big names and have a wide selection on their showroom floor. Custom orders are their specialty. We purchased new living room furniture, including two items off the showroom floor as well as two custom ordered pieces. The owner and sales rep helped us with everything including our fabric selections. The entire order was handled beautifully and with all the professional courtesy you would hope for from an independent retailer. Delivery of the custom pieces during the pandemic took less time than any custom order we had ever placed. We had a very slight issue with a custom chair. I bring it up because they took immediate action to respond and make the piece as perfect as we had hoped for. Skip the chain stores...the value is is good or better, and much of the furniture is American made. Jones- Harrison...Top selection. Top notch customer service!

This company has been in Griffin for many many years. They carry very high quality furniture that lasts for decades. You can certainly furnish your home for less money,but if you want it to last buy it here. They also have delivery and removal service that donates your usable old furniture to charity. Win Win. Highly recommend.

Small, locally owned furniture store. Parking was easy, pull-in spots right in front of store. Staff greeted me upon arrival and showed me where the furniture I was interested in would be located. The reason I gave this store only 3 stars is that the selection and inventory of furniture was extremely low and limited. They only had about 7 different sets of bedroom furniture and the they werent all that diffetent in style and finish. The prices seemed to be high, too.

These are the nicest folks on the planet. Awesome selection of furniture and great decorating ideas. They stand behind every product they sell. I wish all businesses were as eager to please their customers as these folks.
