Love going here! I dont really have much need for tools. I do like some of the smaller items they have. Great place to buy some really good and bright flashlights at decent prices. Bought 2 Quantum flashlights several months ago, and still are just as bright as first day. Have yet ti replace batteries..The employees are Awesome! Always friendly and very helpful. Store is here in Griffin is clean and well staffed with good people!! I appreciate that...

Very poor customer service skills ! Gentleman brushed me off like a mosquito . Didnt find what I was searching for . Cashier didnt even give me time to enter store before asking may I help you find something sir ! I was looking for Rethreading tool. Highly unlikely I will shop here again. Disappointed Truly I am.🤔

Great customer service, found everything I needed

Store staff are friendly and attentive. Prices are excellent but the quality is low. Especially hardware like screws and bolts, dont buy those here. This is excellent to purchase if you are a homeowner or need a single use tool. If you depend on the tool daily for use or after one breaks once then buy professional grade.

My daughter and I visited this store recently. We received excellent service from store manager Scott, Assistant store manager Allen and Matthew. They were awesome. Helped us find everything we needed for a large project we are working on. I will be a customer for life.

Staff was helpful but young and inexperienced. Overall the griffin store is a great place to shop. Maybe its my age but todays young people lack the politeness and decorum of the past.

I visited this store today after I searched online for an item I was interested in, decided to go ahead and make the purchase,I compared their prices to every one else and for money I got great buy.Good customer service friendly and courteous personal,the store was very clean and well organized,ill be shopping there again.in a good location right on main road which is Hwy 16,from interstate i--75 its about 12 miles, but you can also get to it from 19/42 which is also a state hwy.,plenty of parking including handicap parking,plus theres many other amenities you might need in all directions things you need to know when out traveling.

Ive been in this store a few times since they opened and so far, its been great. The staff that I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful, the store itself is nice, organized, and clean (its brand new, so thats to be expected).I love Harbor Freight stores in general, so now having one nearby means Ill probably spend a lot of time here.

It was my first time in the store, I liked it. The service was great and I got the things that I needed with ease.

I went to Fayetteville ga location, the told me that Griffin location had what I was looking for. Went the next day because that had already closed for the day. I drove from Newnan to Griffin they didnt have what I was looking for, but I ended up buying some else. I was not happy when I found out the 5 boxes was not there.

Great place to buy tools that are not used commercially. Lights are off the chain. Presses, lifts and heavy stuff are great. Not sure about electrics. Pneumatics are good, just not for commercial use. Great store to buy speciality tools not used commercially. Great store in the end..

Love the store get the basic tools for cheap. The nicer tools have gone up to the same price as some of the tools at Home depot. The tarps and strap downs and bungee are still a better deal than most places but look for your 20% coupon before you check out the rest of us are waiting behind you.

The guy at the front register was very helpful he had very good customer service skill. I was looking for an item and it was not stocked on the shelf I went to him to see if they had anymore and he helpfully went and found the item for me,

Went to McDonough store first, went to get the 1/2 impact that was in stock according to online, drive 20 mins just to be told, were out of stock, you can come back or try another store, alright go to Griffin, was told they have one, get here, out of stock. By this point, next option is to get the one that cost $30 more, oh and the coupon I had dont work on top of that, add the warranty, Im spending $50 more. Way to bait and switch club members, will not be renewing that!

In store experience is always good and Ive never had problems with anything Ive bought there.Ignore the in stock info on the website. As I was just told by an employee You need to give us a call first to see if we really have it in stock.2nd time Ive tried to pick up the same saw, out of stock both times. Happened to be just up the street when I got the new 15% off everything coupon good from 12/11 to 12/13. The truck that will bring the saw I was after and the 4 others that are also out of stock is supposed to come on the 13th.

Best place for tools if youre a do it yourself-er like me. Always friendly, knowledgeable no it to mention the best prices in town. Okay, let me stop before I have to request ad revenues. LolSeriously though, harbor freight tools are awesome!

Have called up there 4 times now and asked if they had a 1 ton engine hoist in stock, they have told me yes all 4 times. I drive 20 mins up here and they say “we don’t have a complete set”, or “another customer has already paid for it so it’s still in our inventory.” They need to definitely all be on the same page when giving out information on the phone.

Harbor freight and tool definitely need to add best price coupons to track club membership card so time is not wasted at register for every customer in line. Or just put it on sale for all customers with no coupon for everybody. Time is important to everyone and to important to waste in line for a few to save a few bucks included myself. Wake up Harbor Freight treat customers right and with respect for our time and the ones that keep you in business and able to open new stores.

This place has a variety of tools, some camping equipment, power equipment, hobby kits, some medical equipment like scales, walk and sit walkers. We used to go there at least once a week, even if it was just to walk around and look because sometimes there would be something new come in. I recommend anyone to go there for great deals and to become a member.

I was surprised as I was expecting cheap china made stuff. It may be from china -- I dont know - but most equipment and supplies I bought were great and cheaper than HD or Lowes. I had a problem with a pressure washer and a drill. They took both back with 0 - no - zero - hassle !!! Thats what did it for me !!!

They need to work on there website it almost always say they have items in stock and when I get to the store they say they dont have the item. .. I drive 45 minutes one way so of I go there because there website for that store says its insyovk and its not that is a big inconvenience and costly time wasted.

I contacted the store on June 10, 2020 at 12:20 pm and was greeted by a rude unprofessional female employee. She placed me on hold for 4 minutes then returned with a single word, hello. I began to ask if the store had an item but was abruptly cut off by her stating “hold on” then silence.So after 6 minutes she took the item number which had to be repeated twice then said nah we don’t have it; click!Wow! Griffin is hiring people that lack social skills that most 5 year olds possess.Don’t shop at this store unless you have the patience of Job!!
