I was a boost customer for 15 years until i went into metro by t-mobile . (Mike) by far the most respectful and coolest sales person I have ever ran into. Also very patient if it was not for him I would still be a boost customer, he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to get done. Mike the man !

This store has false advertisements and sell defective products. Be very careful, they are ALWAYS looking for ways to scam you. They will even charge you $3 to pay your bill as opposed to assisting you with the App. I was deceived into paying full price for an item and when I asked for a refund, they called the police. The police ended up scolding them. Do not shop with them.

I walked in to the Metro PCS in Griffith IN and was politely greeted and welcomed into the store by Mike. Mike asked what he could do to help me. I explained that I had gone to an Apple Store and that was there for over two hours and that an important text that I needed was lost. Mike recovered my important text and helped me screen shot them. Kudos to Mike!
