Used to be better until they got rid of the old staff and brought in new people. I use to go there daily but stopped because they are too slow. I decided to stop in today before work there was one employee in the store. I was the only customer. He was behind the counter doing something I stood and waited for about 5 minutes before calling out to him to get his attention. He completely ignored me and kept doing whatever he was doing. Ill never go back and Im calling corporate when I get off work to file a complaint.

Not enough food combos, need to have the service people to be trained on saying whose next was waiting in line to pay but someone else went in front of us needs to have some lines to see whos next in line

Luke bp is the only business in NWI,That Im aware of, that is still not requiring customers to wear a mask. I generally go to the Griffith location daily but not anymore. Cases and deaths are surging once again and just because our inadequate Governor Holcombe dropped the mask mandate doesnt mean Luke bp has to. I will now go to Speedway across the street and they are still requiring their customers as well as their employees still wear masks. Thank you.

I love the staff, they already know what I need ☺️ That was last year, this year its a 2! The quality of service has declined. Recently we went in to get a pizza puff, the thing was nasty. And when I spoke to the manager on duty.. he said thanks for letting him know. Did not offer a refund or offer to make new ones. I wont be going back there!

Luke Oil has been in the neighborhood for decades providing self serve gas pumps under a canopy. Inside self serve cold drinks, hot fast foods sandwiches, burgers, chicken tenders and a variety of snacks and beverages. Refrigerated drinks and juices in many flavors are also sold here. Stop in relax a moment.

Great petrol, they wouldn’t tell me if it came from Venezuela or Iran, it’s kind of hard to tell by just whiffing it off the nozzle. We need a little more transparency and honesty fellas, aside from that, all good!

Lukes recently changed their breakfast menu. What a joke! Now you pay more for a lesser quality sandwich and get smaller portions!They just a loyal customer! ! !

Went for pizza. Told cook didnt show up for work. There was 2 staff on duty, one was working register, other one just standing there. How come she couldnt make pizzas? Its not a 3 course meal. Never going back.

Rude. locked door on me as I pulled up. shut down 5 minutes early. I went across the street and they locked on me as I got there too. but they closed on time. no gas for me.

I will NOT come here AGAIN ! The LAZY STAFF dont put paper in the pump machines ( that is why I pay at the pump, so I will NOT have to go inside !)Paid for a car wash, because the pump did not give me a receipt, the attendant would not give me the car wash .

Overall pretty decent place; there is a speedway right across the st. But this Lukes has BP gas pumps. Better gas at least.

I buy cartridges for my blu e-cig daily. Once they tried selling me one with on one in it. I so happened to check and make sure it was the right size. This was around when Blu was switching sizes. I seen it and they replaced it. Couple days ago they sold one to me with one in it, and that one was leaking. I worked a double shift and was unable to come in. They refused to replace it and the manager looked at me like I wanted something for free. Today I went to put air in my expedition tires... The air pump took my money, but didnt air my tires. Im done with Lukes. Bad business. And they make no attempt to make it right. And not to mention when I got my truck clean through the car wash, I was trapped in due to the high workers incompetence. Yet I didnt complain. The moment I got to feel uncomfortable about asking them to make things right for a product they sold me that was bad... Thats when I stop going to them, and I complain.

A LOT to be desired. 1st.... Dont even think of counting on a frozen beverage. The machines IF WORKING AT ALL may have 2 out if the 9, Fruzee flavors but somehow, none ever work and I reside nearby. THEYVE BEEN BROKEN MONTHS. 2nd..... If you have a problem or situation. COUNT ON BEING HUMILIATED AND DISMISSED......3rd and MOST IMPORTANT..... Watch out for the cappuccino machines. Mostly not working. Change flavors. Do as you please. YOU WONT BE HELPED! Myself and my niece have both been BURNED on our hands by spitting HOT WATER out of these machines. Im not blaming employees. They have their post. I BLAME MANAGEMENT!!!!!! THIS LUKE NAME HAS A FOOTBALL STADIUM THAT THIS CORPORATION BUILT. MILLIONS SPENT. LUCAS OIL STADIUM..... THIS PLACE CANT EVEN KEEP BEVERAGES FLOWING? Every other Luke Ive encountered was AWESOME.... This one needs HELP.......

Typically some of the cheapest gas in the area. The coffee is also fairly good here.

Its a new store with new employees I wish they would have bring back the old manager she was such an asset to the company I worked in this area for a long time visiting Lukes almost daily and she made you feel welcome

It amazes me how the slushy and soda always break at the same time and always after 6pm and once thay clean them always out of order this by far is the worst lukes around it always dirty always a long line and the other worker just stands by the oven in the back . Get off you phone and do what the company pays you for. All the workers i see come and go over time work good for 2 weeks or so then it like thay are friends with management or something thay feel like there our in title to do whatever thay want when thay want.From the outside looking in - i blame management either thay are trying to be there worker friend. Or just to afraid someone will quit. - make them do there job or you need to find a new job
