Very clean and Safe. Staff is courteous. Orders are done quickly and correctly .Newly updated. More room to be safely seated.

Good lord 20 minutes for one coffee. I ended up being late to work. I guess everyone has to use the drive thru or mobile app. Never again.

I used to be a hardcore Dunkin’ Donuts fan but....... Starbucks just has so many more authentic flavors in everything they make! The refreshers are my favorite! So crisp and delicious. The breakfast sandwiches and pastries are also amazing!

They are always super friendly and the store is always super clean. Food is great!

This starbucks is usually busy at their peak times. They can get your order wrong sometimes but just let them know nicely and they can fix it for you without any problems. Aside from that, they are pretty good at getting through their drive thru orders on time.

If you go to this Starbucks, plan to sit in the drive-thru forever. They are ALWAYS out of stuff. Ive tried to order the new Strawberry Funnel Cake Frapp four or five times now, but theyre always out of some part of it. I still havent tried it and its been out forever!Yesterday was the final straw for me though. I sat in the drive-thru for a total of 26 minutes. It took 11 minutes just to reach the speaker, and once I did, what did I see? A long list of all the things they DONT have. Out of ALL Frapps...wth? WHY was this not also posted at the start of the drive-thru?! Where people can see what theyre out of then turn around before pulling in and being TRAPPED in that line? Once you enter their DT, youre in it to the end. Sure, I could have ordered nothing, but I was sitting in that line regardless, so I might as well find something I can drink. I dont appreciate being forced into it, though. I would have left as soon as I saw they were out of all that stuff, if I had been given the chance.That being said, the staff has always been nice at this location. Very friendly and polite. I know most places are understaffed right now, so I dont mind waiting longer for things, but I DO mind not being given all the information before getting in line. When I asked why there wasnt a sign by the dumpsters before youre committed to the DT, the lady said there was one, but someone stole it. Mmmm, yeah...ok. Then PUT UP ANOTHER ONE. What is up with the management at this place? Never again with this location. Its purely D&D for me from now on.

Why are you looking at the reviews for a Starbucks? If you are on the fence about this place, then you probably dont know what a Starbucks is.

Not very clean, out of many items; when I asked for help with something the male server addressed me inappropriately with: “whaddya want”

The baristas are ALWAYS so nice and pleasant every morning! Plus service is always fast, even when there is a long line and/or tons of mobile orders at the counter.

The Batistas are always pleasant, there is sometimes a wait, but given the distance between this store and the next, it isnt that long of a wait, ever.

Lines have been really long for the past several months causing delays. Yesterday I ordered about 10 minutes before I arrived. I had an appointment so I skipped the long lines at the drive through and sent my wife in to pick up drinks. After 15 minutes of waiting, we ran out of time and had to leave. Their customer service is getting worse. Still cant figure out how to get a refund.

This location is consistently unfriendly and if you pre order your drinks on the app and go in, it always takes 15 to 20 min to get your drink. I get that there is a drive thru, but other customers exist. Ive worked at Starbucks drive thrus before, there is a way to insert lobby/pre order drinks in and this stores way is to wait until youre standing around for 10 minutes and then ask your name and then make your order. Not good. And then no one ever apologizes for the insane wait. Sbux fail.

Lovely experience thanks to Tammy. She was super sweet and accommodating. They ran out of cream cheese shortly after we ordered some bagels so Tammy was kind enough to let us try the avocado spread and even gave us butter in case we didn’t like the spread.

I decided to write a review becuase on weekends they never get my beverage correct its simple peach green tea with 2 sugar however for some reason they either add lemonade or the dont put peach in the tea. The week days they always get my order correct dont understand why the weekend crew cant get it together I had no one in front me!

Delivery orders are always incomplete.there is always something missing in order.making drivers and customers disappointed.

Probably the worst trained of all the starbucks staffs I have seen. This place is hit or miss on whether they get your drink right. They are terrified to issue a refund because They will get yelled at or fired. Dont get me wrong the staff is nice and helpful but management seems to be terrible.

Coffee and wifi is bomb so they get a 5 in my book. Dont know much else because of pandemic but I will be visiting to sit in there comfy looking couch chairs.

Pretty standard Starbucks. I like coming here when Im in the area because its convenient. I never do drive-through because I think its nicer to go inside. My drink is always good (:

The service was terrible, I was greeted by maybe one person, the manager Carl looked confused and frazzled when taking my order which was just a green iced tea. It took about 10 min for my drink to be made and the atmosphere was very unwelcoming and the staff was rude. Definitely not coming back

Im not a fan of Starbucks. I prefer Death Wish coffee out of my Mr. Coffee machine. But my wife loves this store. Because everyone is super nice. Always makes her drink the way she likes it. & I dont have to here her complain about her drink sucking. You guys are awesome. 🤘

They insisted my drink was correct when I told them it wasnt. I walked away dissatisfied with the wrong drink. Corporate did make it right and refunded my money and then some. Note I usually love Starbucks.

Got a peppermint mocha frappichino here, wasnt mixed properly. So overpoweringly sweet I had to dump it. Usually they are really good, maybe the blender wasnt cleaned properly or something?

I love fresh, dark, bold coffee and you dont get that at other coffee shops in the area. You can also get a blonde roast if you prefer. Pastries are available but dont plan on donuts. Also can buy breakfast sandwiches. Some people think its expensive but its really not that bad. Remember youre getting gourmet coffee.

They very often get my drink order wrong at this location and the drive through service is so slow.

Ordered a chi tea latte with 3 Sweet and lows. Seems the server added 33 Sweet and low. Of course I didnt find this out till it wasnt possible to return. Look I know what its like dealing with the public but really?

Comfortable, cheery atmosphere. Good quality if choices from packaged goods. Boiled eggs were perfect a d the kind staff gave us a little cup with a top for my daughter to share my water bottle at no charge.

My wife and I order form this location frequently. Even with the mayhem of COVID and many humans forgetting common decency, I respect the cheerful, hard working employees that deal with the first world problems of customers forgetting the ones making their coffee are human too!

I couldnt understand the woman at the drive thru which was its own issue. This is the second time Ive ordered a bacon sandwich and received raw bacon... not only is this disgusting it could actually make someone sick. The sandwiches are $5 as well so clearly worth it. I wont be back.

Its pretty hit or miss. Sometimes youll get someone who knows what theyre doing and sometimes youll have to repeat your order 6 times and still have a 50/50 chance of it being wrong. Same goes with the taste, even for basic, no-frills espresso drinks. Its really up in the air whether itll be good or not. Unfortunately its one of the few Starbucks in the area.Almost always a long wait (more than usual).

Drive through is incredibly inconvenient. One lane and only one way in our out. When you’re sitting in the drive through waiting for 20+ mins it’s really frustrating. Drive through associates just continue to stall to slow it down. Horrible

I have to return my tea 50% of the time i go to this store. The only reason i go back is because its the only drive through store around. The shakers literally have measurements on them so idk why its so hard to make my drink right. Today was my last straw when my drink came to me tasting like mint. I just want to drive away with my $4 tea tasting how it should....

This is third time within two week I went to this Starbucks. It never have the half and half out. When u ask them it take them at least 10 min to get it! The condiments table is alway so dirty. The coffee Luke warm at best! I will try not to go here anymore. I would go a little out of my way to mystic! Much cleaner and quick to prepare

The coffee is good the service is good the prices of hair but in this particular Starbucks they dont seem to keep things to clean especially the area where you go to get the condiments for the coffee paper sugar and milk all over the counter area where I need to prepare my coffee not very appetizing theres leaves and junk all over the floor I write the cleanliness of this place from 1 to 10 to be barely A4 thats all I have to say about this one

I would never visit a Starbucks. Its over priced and tastes like trash. The last time i went to one it cost me over 6 bucks for a large ice coffee. But there were no other coffee shops around where I was. I regret ebery sip.

Went through the drive thru yesterday with my best friend and got a skinny latte and an iced green tea lemonade. I believe the drive thru workers name was Brian, he was very courteous and personable and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got everything we needed. I have never written a review before but was so pleased with his service, Ill be making the Groton Starbucks a frequent stop!
