This is a place where lines of people used to extend sometimes outside of the premises.The products were so good that people were willing to wait over twenty minutes to place an order.My experience shows that this is no longer so.Why?In my opinion, it is the experience of dealing with uncaring, surly, slow employees.The products seem about the same, unlike the personnel who are letting this place sink into mediocrity.

While visiting San Juan Puerto Rico my friends took me to this bakery in Guaynabo. I tried so many things from there it was just one delicious thing after another. The Quesitos, the fresh bread it had my taste buds in overdrive. If you get a chance you have to go in and try for yourself. Pictures alone do not do it justice.

Good food, try the mallorcas, they are the best. Not so good service. The sales people could be much more friendly.

Highly recommend the carlos sandwich with everything on it and as a dessert the caribeña mallorca . The mallora has guava butter on it and powdered sugar. Soooooo good.

What a bad habit all for the employee not wanting to clean the bathrooms! I am not coming back. sorry. Mediocre service. this place is not good. edit: just the quality of the food was very good.
