If you are looking for a properly extracted espresso in PR, you have to visit this place. A cortado is my go to drink for judging good coffee shops and I had one of the best ones Ive had in a while right here, from what I believe its a locally roasted bean. Great acidity and balance and perfect temperature on the steamed milk.
