I arrived and my fixed laptop was under 10 computers. Then they gave me back a monitor that supposedly does not work, they put it in front of a door and a boy entering it put a song on it. Horrible treatment of the team, do not trust them.

Here they saved all the photos of the most important trip of my life at a tremendous price when places in the United States and in Europe charged me $ 400 for just trying and warned me that they didnt think it was possible at all.My iphone became disabled after a crash where the impact of the screen caused countless attempts to access it with wrong codes. I did not have my memory of the last 5 weeks saved in icloud, because I had just finished walking 700+ kilometers of the Camino de Santiago in Spain. To use the phone again, all memory should be erased and downloaded from the icloud. By erasing it all, I lost all memories of the trip.I called all the places I could get in Europe, where I was, and in the United States and Puerto Rico, because I was returning to Puerto Rico in a few days. Nothing could be done and the attempt cost the price of a new phone. However, already in PR, I arrive at this store near my house, and I enter because of trying everything before giving up (I had already entered like 5 other businesses). They told me that they had done it before for a widow who had her husbands photos inside her cell phone. Here they did everything possible until they succeeded. SO IT WAS. I have thousands of photos and videos back. The price is cheap, the service excellent, and the people extremely friendly and most importantly: they understood the frustration of losing memories and actually did their best for me.
