BEWARE WITH THIS PLACE. They had my computer for 2 months, I paid a lot of money to have my MacBook repaired, service was terrible and after I picked it up, it was still broken. Had to deal directly with apple and take it to a different service provider, they found out they used used parts to fix my laptop and charged for brand new prices.

Horrible. Go to Best Buy. This is the worst store to buy an apple product. Worst customer service. They don’t care about costumer satisfaction after you bought your product.
I called first. Woman I spoke to said come on in no appointment needed. I came in and was told I was lying and that they are booked until Jan. Be ready for a time waste
Prices are very good compared to other places. Their customer service is not the best and could use some service training on how to treat their customers.
The customer service youd expect from a premium repair center (and an authorized one) is not there, prepotent employees. Prices are high compared to the other 3 authorized Apple repair centers on the Island. They dont seem to own up very well to their guarantees. Also, slow to do repairs. All in all, go to another authorized service center.

Have left my machine 4 times and it’s still not properly fixed. The amount of time and money I have put in to dealing with this service is too much and they don’t care. Unfortunately, it’s the only Apple authorized store.

Super inefficient and they are super pedantic. If you can better send your computer direct to Apple for warranty. You will have to send it to a relative in the US so that they can send it to Apple but believe me it is worth it because these people do not work.

They must improve customer treatment. I am aware that the knowledge of a person, if it has its value. But, charge $ 139.15. Not needing the diagnosis, and knowing specifically what needed to be done to get the computer running again, which was just installing Mac OS.
