Junaid are absolutely amazing. So helpful and willing to take so much time to help with everything. You could not ask for better customer service. When we came in they made us feel like life long friends while they took care of all our needs.

David has helped me out many times before. He always goes above and beyond to make sure satisfaction is achieved. I recently had an issue with my phone diagnosed the issue and resolved my problem. great job again!

They made it so easy and had everything on my new phone in record time. Anytime I have a problem I go there and they fix it. They have saved me many trips to the Genius Bar!

He did this with great skill, professionalism and good humor. Although he was the only one in the store, he spoke with each customer that entered, while working on my issues, to help triage their issues and assure them he would help them in a timely manner. Last month I went to a corporate store in North Haven and walked out after 45 minutes with no help. We are lucky to have David in Guilford!!

I purchased an 2020 iPad Pro 12.9 and David Mikus, the store manager, walked me through all of my options and assisted me through the entire process. David is kind and truly wanted to ensure any question was answered prior to leaving the store. I give him serious kudos and he needs a high-five from upper management. (Or a raise!!) I have had a history of bad experiences at a variety of wireless stores. I happened to stop in at R Wireless to get a screen protector, and that simple purchase earned a brand new customer. Dave and Alex are amazing. They are very professional and courteous and know their stuff. I returned several months later to get a replacement screen, and I ended up with 4 new phones and an improved account. They are great to work with and the only place I will be going to my wireless needs.

I purchased my Galaxy S10 at R wireless in Guilford. Great service and respect for customers needs. Alex was the person I dealt with. He is knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. The manager, David was also very helpful.

Refused to help. After sitting on hold with Verizon at least 4x I decided to go to a store to try to get face to face assistance with a problem of their creation. At this store, the employees, while polite, stated that unfortunately they are only an indirect vendor and that I now have to drive to North Haven to get the help I need. Unfortunately, Verizon is simply impossible to do any type of reliable business with. Endless runaround, endless hassle.

Every time I go into this location I have a phenomenal customer service experience. Today, Hayley, who I call the magical phone wizard, helped me pick out a new phone and answered questions for me about my bill. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the Verizon plans and features of the available phones. She even found a way to decrease my monthly cost! She helped me pick the perfect phone based on my needs, and she attended to every single last detail of the set up and accessories. I am a HUGE fan of this Verizon location and will continue to highly recommend this store!

I usually do not write reviews. But Dave M. and crew certainly deserve one. I received the best service EVER! They stood by me and got Verizon to replaced my phone. Also got all the help I needed setting up the new one. Im an old fart and dont do tech anything well at all. But with Dave and his co-workers that doesnt matter. Very nice experience all around!

My experience was so awful at Your Wireless that I was determined to never shop there again. This led me to find R Wireless this time around (Feb 2020). Everyones super nice and chill. I walked here from my house today to activate my phone. The only problem I had was knowing who was working there and who wasnt. Some of the employees were not wearing. Verizon clothing. But it was fine because I wanted to buy headphones for 15 dollars. The only one there was for 25. The guy there used promocodes to reduce it to thirteen. Great service!

Had a great experience here. I had a lot of questions and considerations as to what phone I got, as well as options for my plan. But Dave helped me work through the pros and cons of all my options and helped me figure out what was best for me. All my technical and not so technical questions were answered, and Im still really happy with what I ended up getting! Actually planning on going back soon, since the screen protector saved my new phone from a nasty fall, and Dave was much better at putting that on than Ive ever been!

These people are absolutely amazing. I have never had service at a Verizon store or in fact any cell phone store as good as these people in a near 35-year history of buying cell phone equipment. I have recommended them to every single family member and friend I know and everyone has been ecstatic and thank me afterwards. In factI have two family members one in Hartford and one in Farmington who are willing to drive over an hour and a half round trip just to deal with it this store rather than going to stores that are closer to them. I am especially impressed and amazed by the store manager David Mikus who is always very helpful and very friendly. Moreover he seems to be a wizard who can figure out any of the problems with my phone or my family members phones. I wish every store not just cell phone stores head employees like they do at this store
