I had a wonderful experience at the Guilford Verizon store. I have been coming here for a decade and have always had a good service, but todays was the best! A lovely young man, Kyle, recommended I come back a little later because he was working with a customer. He gave me a suggested time to return - when I came back he was just finishing up with the customer- and then have me his complete attention. I was so appreciative of not having to wait!He was so helpful and gracious- and I love my new phone!

Kyle batts was excellent! So helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was nervous and had many questions. He walked me through the process and made the transfer from my old phone to my new one seamless. I totally recommend him to others in need of assistance.

Kyle B is the kindest, patient, most professional employee! He made my day and the process of getting a new phone simple and quick… he even allowed me to leave to make my nail appointment while my phone backed up, he’s the real MVP! Guilford Verizon in the past has had its moments but if Kyle is here you are set!

Essentially lied to, 3 times...1st lie - Found a deal online for iPhone 11 pro, went to store to get phone w/ deal. Phone wasnt in stock, so employee #1 ordered it. To be sure, I asked if I would get it at that advertised deal/price, and he said yes.2nd lie - Came back to get new phone, tried to trade in my old phone but he did not accept it. I asked employee #1 AGAIN before purchase if Id get the deal/advertised price he said yes, so I swiped my card, signed the contract etc and got the phone....Got my next phone bill, checked my Verizon app, looked at remaining balance on phone, and its OVER $300+ remaining balance than the original deal I was supposed to receive.3rd lie - Go back to store. I talk to employee #2, he tells me it will take 1-2 more billing cycles, and then you will see the remaining balance drop. So I watch the balance for one month, then two months later, STILL no price reduction.After a few months of no reduction, I go back to the store and speak with employee #3. Im told (employee #1) doesnt work here anymore because he didnt do his job correctly, and that he shouldve told me I WOULDNT get the deal because they didnt accept the trade in.So sure, woe is me for not reading the fine print about the trade-in, but I was TOLD TO MY FACE by more than one employee that I would get a deal that I would never actually end up getting....Overall a friendly, yet deceptive, and dishonest customer service experience, buyers beware.(Also the store/staff refused to reimburse or compensate me for the lies/deception/poor service I had to deal with)

Kyle was very helpful, I was on a time schedule and he did an amazing job setting up my new account and my new phone and Apple Watch! I was more than satisfied with my experience in the store and will definitely be back! GO SEE KYLE

The customer service at this location is phenomenal. Terrance and Joshua were very patient with us and extraordinarily helpful. Terrance especially took extra time, staying late, to make sure our devices were working and all our questions were answered. If you’re looking for intelligent and kind customer service, this is where you want to go.

Terrible experience, awful customer service. Bought 2 chargers for $80.00 a week later had to buy a new phone for $600.00. I was told I had 2 weeks to return the chargers in original packaging and receipt to swap out for compatible chargers for new phone. When we got to the store was told I was 40 minutes too late from my 2 week return. No where on the receipt did it state this. Called the store to speak to a manager it just made no sense, 40 minutes too late. Manager said that was policy nothing he could do. I said fine I will write a review. Called Verizon directly who said they had never heard of such a thing. In the meantime the manager called me back. Verizon already handled it. I called the manager back after the fact and was told if he handled it I should change my attitude. Change my attitude, I dont think so. Simply wanted to swap chargers not even return, had original packaging and receipt. Would leave Robb zero stars if possible, buyer beware.Have an issue call Verizon direct.

This store is a sham. Tony promised me my bill would be $5 less because he would apply a few promotions if I bought a tablet (which I did not want) and a new phone (which I needed). My bill ended up going up over $30 and I have half the data. The rep (Tony) did not tell me he was changing my data plan. They sold me a used phone, missing headset, which I agreed to take because I was essentially getting it for free (overall bill to be reduced), it was the only SE they had in the store, and my old phone was dead and I was traveling. Verizon cant do anything about extra charges, because they dont know what in store promotions Tony applied. Tony cant remember what promotions he promised. I am now dealing with Corporate to try and get it resolved. I spent hours there. They only had one person working. I left happy though, thinking I got a great deal. In actuality, I got ripped off and it is costing me many more hours and headaches to try and find a resolution. My suggestion: (sadly) avoid this store. There are other choices within a few miles.

I am beyond happy and thrilled with the help of Rob and Jay at this TCC Verizon store. Our case was a little complicated but he diligently worked over a two week period to get things done. We could have canceled what we started and done this upgrade and line port at the store exactly one minute from our house in East Hampton but we drove an hour to this store three times. Frankly I’ll happily drive here anytime for these guys because they took excellent care of us. I’m recommending if you need anything phone/tablet related you stop in and ask for these guys. I’ve done business at other TCCs and I vowed I would never do business again Cromwell I’m looking at you... but these two redeemed that for sure. Thank you for everything!

These guys were awful. Came to the store to see if I could move some iPhone for my kids. First guy looked at the phone, told me it was ATT, and said Id have to switch to ATT to use the iphones. I went to the ATT store across the street...they opened the system tray (actually looked) and showed me the SIM which says Verizon right on it on it. A 3 year old could have figured this out if they knew what to look for...I went back to the store 20min later and they were rude, and acted like I had not been there 20mins ago. They gave me a hard time about not being able to reset my pin...I told them to give me my phones back and left. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 mins down the road to Verizon in Madison. They could not have been any more helpful, quick to solve the issue, and knowledgeable. Save a trip.

Go see the people over at the Guilford Commons. I came in here for help and they treated me extremely poorly because I was not there to buy something. Next time I need help or to buy something I will go down the street to the other location because they are professionals.
