You damaged my jeep while installing a hitch

Ordered a hitch for my car over 2 weeks ago and had to reschedule 2 times because it didn’t come in before my appointment. No one calls me to let me know what’s going on so I’m on the phone for 40 minutes trying to get a hold of someone. They finally let me know that it’s on back order and they can’t get anything for me. I’ll never go here and if you go here don’t expect much. Had to be on the phone for 50 minutes just to get a refund.

These are the most customer service oriented people I have come across in years. Other businesses should take a page from their book. We visited daily for over a week as we prepared for a move. Very helpful advice, very helpful with supplies, even helped loading our purchases.

Went above and beyond when I had electrical connection issues with my hitch.

Renting a van was super easy and the store was open on Sunday for pick up and drop off. But I was charged the estimated miles rather than the actual miles used. Fortunately, I only drove the van about five miles less than my estimate but no one answered the phone when I tried to call about billing. Be careful and look at your receipt.

Super helpful and great to deal with. Checked the hitch for safety and fit it for a new ball.

Standing here waiting for them to put my car back together after a total of three failed attempt at installing a hitch. Haven’t even been offered a chair and will never get these hours of my life back. If you need tape I guess they can be trusted but for anything else I would keep looking.

Had a scheduled appointment to install a tow hitch & NO ONE had a clue as to why i was there.They called MGR which he came in & claimed part never arrived.Took off from work to drive 45min without any luck.Would NOT recommend to anyone

Called 3 times today during business hours, while listed as open. Followed the prompts to the hitch install and they never picked up the phone. After waiting a long time on each call, I went to another local company and set an appointment with them for the install. After reading the other reviews I am not suprised about this U-H customer service being lacking.

Awesome rental group

Bad experience. We ordered a hitch, paid for it, and were told they would call us when it came in around June 1. On June 1, we received a call asking where are you, were supposed to install your hitch today? No, we were supposed to get a call to arrange to come in and made an appointment for June 17. The day before they called to say not to come in on June 17, because the part was on back order. Not getting a coherent answer, we drove over to straighten this out. The store clerks said apparently they had sold the hitch we had purchased to another customer.... they could give no date, even approximate, when they would get another hitch. Blamed it on the company policy. I suggested the manager call me. No call.

Mike Did a great Job putting in my Hitch for My 2018 Acadia, wasnt a easy one to do but he got her done. I recommend this Uhaul staff is very helpful and nice.

Had an appointment with them that changed in the schedule selector without telling me, for a hitch to be added to my car. then I got there on a day I didnt select and what I ordered wasnt there and wouldnt be done that day. Then took me 3 hours on the phone to cancel the appointment. They didnt call to tell me the parts werent there.

We need a enclosed trailer for College move in so we went down the street and rented one. The staff was friendly and quick. The rate was very reasonable and the trailer worked just fine.

UPDATE: I changed this to two stars because the owner refunded part of my step fathers money and apologized. An employee apparently didnt show up. At least the owner made a gesture.I drove my stepfather to U-Haul to pick up a reserved truck. The facility is supposed to be open at 7:00 a.m. We arrived at 7:00 a.m. and were joined by two other customers who were also waiting. We sat in the parking lot waiting for a 7:00 a.m. opening until 7:23 when someone finally opened the door. My stepfather is renting the truck for business and has to be on the road. Very unprofessional.

Staff was friendly and quick. Mark was very professional and charming while the ancient computer did its thing. Love these guys and would definitely use this location again.

General Manager Garren Keith was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. His professionalism is often hard to find, and he should be commended for his ability to work well with customers. A true credit to the company.

Garren and his crew are helpful and friendly. Clean facility and clean trucks. Even while the entire building is under construction. Thanks for the rentals and letting me park my rig in the parking lot while doing a shuttle

Dont use this place. I showed up for a hitch appt, and they didnt have the hitch or the laborer to install it. The manager couldnt care less. Uhaul could not find me an alternate. The manager left his employee out to dry. AVOID THIS PLACE!
