Good service staff well informed

Went to this location from Louisiana post Ida looking for a gas can. They didnt have one but I did pick up a great generator at a great price. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Best employees, if you need any help with anything. They will happy to help you. Ive been going here for almost a year and was always happily served by an employee. This is my go-to place when it comes to looking for auto parts.

Went in to get a thermostat for my 08 Silverado. Chet gave me one rated at 195°, part number 13399 I believe, but failed to inform me that this tstat DID NOT come with a gasket or offer to sell me a new one. I get home rip old one and gasket out, open box to find new one, no gasket. I called store, spoke to JT and asked if perhaps things have changed and it didnt require a gasket. He looked it up and confirmed I needed a gasket. I said I have my truck torn apart and cant drive up there for something that should of been sold to me. I asked if the had a parts courier, I was told no. I said great. I have no way to return and I needed my vehicle running ASAP. He replied what else do you want me to do at this point? Really?!?. How about saying Im sorry. You never said that JT! Or how about getting everyone together and saying that someone sold this tstat without informing the customer it didnt have a gasket, which is odd to begin with, most come with the gasket. I will never step foot in this place again. Horrible customer service.

Prices are kinda high. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Place is clean and well stocked.

Hwy 49 location team has been very helpful with information, suggestions and tips throughout the years. From side mirrors to head gaskets for all my antique vehicles.

Cant wait till I get hired on n watch how fast I move up Ill be manager before I know it

Went in yesterday bought a part turns out it was the wrong part didnt open the case it came in they refuse to give me my money back because I didnt have the receipt with me the card I use I had with me but the young lady still refuses to let me buy other products for the amount of the part nor would they put the amount back on my card no more shopping at Advance Auto for me update the owner just replied to slove my issue i will be going in tomorrow to solve this issue bring that its only 2 days old because the young lady said the computer in the store couldnt find the purchase even with my credit card stranger now the owner says they can find it in the database go figure update went back issue was not resolved because I didnt have the receipt the database that they have cant pull up recent purchases so I will not be shopping at this place anymore for parts

Prices are a little expensive but overall its a good place to shop for auto parts.

These guys were outstanding I had a tail light burn out on the motorcycle I went in there 5 minutes to closing show me my light bulbs play me a screwdriver and waited an extra 10 minutes me to change the light bulb I cant say enough good about the guys there a Advance Auto on night shift thank you men I appreciate it you probably saved my life and a ticket as well again thank you very much

If I could give a negative star, I would give a -5. I have been in this store a number of times and the service is the worse Ive ever seen. If they dont feel like helping you they will tell you that they cant or they dont have what youre looking for. I left there and went down the street to Auto Zone where the service is as different as night and day. And Auto Zone will be getting my business from now on.

I didnt go in and personally thank him but I wanted to say thank you. His actions and willingness to go beyond what was required really made a difference on someones life today. It might not seem like much but the little things like that make this world a better place and kept my bad day from becoming worse.. THANK You!!

Prices are way to high on some things and the electrical department has things in the wrong place under the wrong price. Definitely will not come back to this location.

I had a good experience. I went in for an AC part. They had it, acceptable price, done. Unfortunately it wasn’t the right part & I had to return it. They didn’t give me any fuss about it.

Very helpful staff. I had to rent a ball joint puller they had the best rental price and I could keep it for a week. Every other place charges per day.

Always have what ya looking for. If its not instock, there great about next day delivery.. awesome staff. Very helpful.

Great store that is kept well stocked and neat. Friendly staff that is very willing to help out and go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. The day I was there it was raining and just as fast as wiper blades were flying off the shelf, an associate was outside assisting with installing them. This is the type of establishment Id feel comfortable sending my mom to and know she would get treated right even with not knowing all the correct terminology and correct parts names.

I refuse to walk into this place. Last time I was there they ended closing and locking the doors right after I walked out to get something from my car. Was heading back into the store and they close the door right in front of me. Horrible service.

Best prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can go on line and get even higher discounts and you can either pickup in store or have delivered to your home. Either way if something is wrong with the order you can return it to your local store for an immediate refund.

Outstanding customer service far better than the store on Pass in Gulfport! Josh is an outstanding asset to this store!

Fixed my problem ty dope guy

The young lady at the counter was curtious and friendly. She also advised me of the better parts to get vs price. I always like the better product myself. A great experiance, in and out with the right parts.

Great customer service and has everything I need and if there is a part that they dont have they have next day service. Employees are top quality customer service. They will even help you put on your windshield wipers or install battery test your car and even help you with anything else excellent people.

I took my car there to have the battery tested and to purchase a new replacement if needed. They tested my battery and said it was good. I had to jump start my car later that evening and replace the battery the next day.

Corporate needs to update their computers. One associate has to bounce from system to system. This has been happening for months and months.Mostly have what you need and on occasion someone there is helpful enough to pull what you need fast.

Great help in a pinch had just the part I needed

I just walked in this place and all the workers walked to the back, none of them greeted me or asked if I needed help, but a older white lady walked in and she got greeted and helped even walked her to her car to see what was wrong, some people are just silly and all them workers in this place suck, I left and went to OReillys....

Have warranty on alternator which is testing bad at 2 other locations and they will not honor the warranty.

It was close to closing time when I went in. They rushed me and did not offer any kind of help. They were more interested in what time it was than providing good customer service.

Bought a steering wheel cover, didn’t fit right so I tried to return it. The cashier tried explaining to me how a steering wheel cover is supposed to be put on and how the fit is supposed to be as if I didn’t already know and we stood there for more than five minutes as he kept trying to convince me to keep it.

Recently drove to Gulfport for a meeting from Hburg. Car started making a horrific noise - thought it might be a lifter or timing chain issue, and appeared car was out of play. Stopped at here with only a few minutes to figure out if I needed a tow or could make it down the road a little more. Walked in and asked Nichole if she thought noise might be a lifter etc. This remarkable lady walked outside to help and ended up under the car! She correctly diagnosed the issue as on of a problem with exhaust manifold.I cannot stress how much Nichole went over and above any expectations I had of getting help when I stopped. I was able to drive to my meeting and then deal with car issue. This gal is an Advance Auto Rock Star ! Well done Nichole - Thank you, kindly.
