Napa auto parts sell good parts and reliable parts and not beat down old broken parts with that being said, they did not have the alternator for my Toyota Camery. But, overall good experience.

Ok service, but the people who were there today, Nov 21st, were not knowledgeable at all. Had to order a part, which is no problem, but the lady said it would be here maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, and didnt record any of my information. When I do show to pick up the part, theyre not going to know who I am or what its for. Still not a horrible experience, Im not going to bash them at all bc they were kinda nice and didnt have an attitude.

I went to NAPA hunting small engine parts. They are now very limited on their supply of small engine parts. There was a time they carried just about everything you would need to complete your project...... those days are long gone.

Our battery went out in the Dickeys.BBQ catering vehicle, it was a Napa battery brought it in still under warranty. Received a new for fraction of the price of a new one
