Always have what I need

I found exactly what I needed. They must have been trying to make improvements on customer service because whatever I asked for, they were willing to come and help me find it. I will very likely visit again. I didnt have problems with them following me around to watch me instead of helping me. That is good because no one wants to feel like a criminal in a store. People will spend money where there is great customer service.

Well I like Best Buy. The people there are very professional plus the store is clean and very organized. Also they have a variety of products at reasonable prices. I would recommend this store.

Worst beauty supply on the coast and has been this way for YEARS. They’ve refused to speak and I’ve watched them watch me and other customers with suspicion and discomfort. I will never give them another dollar. Their primary customer base is African American women yet they do NOTHING for our community. I’ve asked for assistance searching for a product, only to be treated like I was a bother. Again, horrible customer service. Horrible shopping experience.

I had a terrible experience here. My hair is thinning on top of my head. I went to try on wigs to see if this was a solution in my future. The wigs are all up out of reach, a sales lady had to get them down for me to try on. She seemed put out to keep helping me. Plus, when other customers came into the shop, I had to stand around for 10 or 15 minutes waiting for her to be able to keep getting wigs down for me to try. She was also all by herself, in her defense.I didnt buy anything, didnt learn anything about wigs, and I wont go there again.I found a wonderful, helpful, knowledge store in Slidell.

I know this place has been around for a long time but this is the worst beauty supply store in this area 1. They are the most expensive.. Trust me you can find the same thing cheaper at one of the other supply stores. 2. Their customer service is horrible.. I asked for help and the woman was on the phone so she just pointed to what I was looking for and although I knew what I was looking for you should be a little more helpful to people that are spending money with you.. Ijs.. 3. They always just watching you like you trying to steal and I know some people might but dont treat everybody like theyre criminals.. Not good for business. I will never buy from this place EVER!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THERE ARE SEVERAL DIFFERENT HAIR STORES AROUND HERE TO SHOP WITH.

No complaints everything is clean just a need a better grade of wigs

This place is the absolute WORST! Either you are being followed around the store like youre a criminal, being spoken to with an attitude if you have questions, or being treated like youre a nuisance for asking questions to begin with.When you build a business in a predominantly black community and sell products that are directed at the black community, it would behoove you to treat said community with respect not disgust.Having said that, I will not be returning to this store. Instead, I will be taking my hard earned money to the hair supply store off Pass Rd. in Hardy Court Shopping Center. They are well organized, clean and the staff is very helpful and polite.

Nice man in there tried to help me one day I went in but they do not seem to cater to Caucasian no blondes much at all no toppers 😞

Nice place to go for convenience. Prices are a bit higher than going to any other beauty supply store which is why my rating is a 4.

The owners are very rude and disrespectful. I Wil never come to this location again. They did not speak when I walked in the door. I rather purchase online from Amazon where at least you get a smile from the box, when it comes to your door then be a customer to Rude people... who only been in business this long because of the community otherwise they would have been out of business years ago therefore to the owners if you are reading this or if you ever get a chance to read this you need to be more respectful to your customers. Because we are the reason why your business is still running but not me anymore cuz I will be ordering from Amazon and offline from now on you will never get another penny out of my pocket.

Needs to work on customer service..Four workers and no assistance on finding items needed. They was the only store that carried the item I needed, if it wasnt for that would have spent my money somewhere else.

Very rude owners will not speak when you walk in or when you leave. Even after a purchase no thank you come again.. Never offer help. And will not come to you when you have a question ..But will watch you like a hawk to make sure you are not stealing. They are very racists. Many of the asians owning these hair stores are very nasty towards blacks and they bring in 99.9% of their business. I dont get why blacks go to them period.
