I have used this location for 6 months now and every time I have a question or issue the staff is happy to talk to me and help. Excellent service and great store staff as well everyone is so friendly.

They just let a man in the Walgreens who has COVID-19 and chose to keep him in the store and at the pharmacy!! Here is the pharmacy wiping down the area after finding out that he was positive, he said it directed to everyone and picked up nausea medicine too. Disgusting and they don’t care! This is why the South has so many cases because they don’t care. The pharmacist Edna chose to ignore me when I voiced my concerns about him being in the store for over 15 minutes. I will never come back here!! They are ok with letting anyone who’s sick come in. O stars

Worst pharmacy around. Will never use this location again. Employees are very rude.

Walgreens has now created so many user profiles for me that not only can I not obtain refills by any of the automated systems, but now I cant seem to get them refilled by phone either because the pharmacy tech cant find the correct profile with the prescription. My prescription has now been lost and this is totally, COMPLETELY unacceptable for a pharmacy to do. No solution offered, either. Im now calling for a fourth time.

Had a bad experience the first time going in there theres an old lady that works there she was real rude to me and my my niece cuz my niece toss me a football she come from around the corner saying that Im on camera and if someone falls and gets hurt that Im responsible for it and Im sitting there holding the football like okay youre rude please go away at first I didnt even know she worked here till I saw her tag. All Im saying is she could have been nicer and had good customer service but she approached us all wrong.

I started using this pharmacy a few years ago and on my first visit the service was not what I had come to expect from a Rite Aid pharmacy. I left and could have gone someplace else but I prefer to use Rite Aid whenever I need scripts filled so I chalked up the negative experience to the pharmacist having a bad day. I am glad that I went back and have been doing so ever since because the staff does a great job filling my scripts and making sure my insurances go through without a hitch.Its unfortunate that Walgreens will begin overseeing this stores day to day operations because I hope they keep the current staff and dont try to fix something that isnt broken. The staff is friendly, personable and seem to have the customers best interest as their primary concern.

Brand new location so its well stocked and very clean. Has everything most Walgreens have. Drive thru pharmacy, photo department, cosmetics, groceries, and home health. They have a public bathroom. Its in the old rite aid building and catty corner from the other Walgreens.

Ever since they first started filling my scripts five years ago Ive had one problem and the lady I had it with is gone. Pharmacist is awesome sweet and very gentle. All staff are kind and respectful and always concerning Id your not rude.

Literally the worst. This Rite Aid strung me along for close to a week telling me that my prescription would be in on their shipment tomorrow until I had enough. I had my script transferred by my doctor (which is always a huge ordeal to get ahold of) on day 6. Unbelievable.

Service was horrible. I dropped perscription off at 4pm & expected to wait 30 minutes. Instead the lady said come back at 7pm so I said okay & when I came back my perscription wasnt even done. I waited for 15 minutes just for them to fill it. Talk about pissed.

Great place to get your RX filled!
