Have you ever walked into a place, took a deep breath and thought you were in heaven? Lol, well this is the place. So many gorgeous leather boots. Beautiful quality in all boots.

I wish I could remember the girls name that assisted me during my visit, however this was an amazing visit! Not only did she go above and beyond any expectation I had of her as far as assisting me in which pair of boots I wanted, trying on multiple pairs of boots, explaining to me the difference between all of the different styles and brands, and helping me with boot insouls, but just absolutely wonderful above and beyond service! It was so good I asked them if they accept it tips, and when she said yes that they can I tipped her $20 personally!

I was expecting a bit more because of the term outlet. Its just a boot store that mostly caters to men. Not much available in womens boots.

Got lots of boots for work an dress. Also found a good selection of welding caps.

This place has a huge selection of boots and other western wear. Unfortunately on my last visit in early May 2021, their stock was running low on several brands. The clerk was able to help me find boots similar to what I usually wear and I left happy! Thanks!

Sadly, the boot selection for women is very limited. There are plenty of boots for men. I bought boots from here in the past and thought it was time for a new pair. I will have to find somewhere else that offers a broader selection of womens western boots.

Walked in 6 minutes until closing time and walked out after trying 5 pair of boots on with what I wanted. The lady helping me knew exactly what to give me to try.

In the beginning the staff is awesome. Until they know you need help on returning some shoes you only wore once. On the receipt it says can’t return if you had product longer than a month without receipt. And then you have the product under 7 days without being worn and that is the only way you can get your refund back. And if it has scuff marks and looks terrible on the sides, no return and they also charge a 15% restocking fee. The staff was ok but it was this one lady that was watching so at what the cashier is doing she doesn’t want to help you with trying to help find what you need. But you have other guys come on the store and don’t have receipt from 2 months and the just give them money back no questions asked. As I said to them how you know if the product is good to go if you don’t try them out and see if you are good to go? You can tell all 3 of the ladies wanted to give you a hard time, but the know it would be classified as a race problem so they try to be nice and help. The staff didn’t listen to what the problem was with the product and was ignoring you the whole time. So I don’t recommend this store to no one if you believe you found what you needed in that place. Leave and fast.

I was helped immediately by a young lady named Grace. She showed me exactly what i needed. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes... The boots were 40 bucks cheaper than anywhere around. it was the fastest and easiest 200 bucks i have spent in a long time. It reminded me why my last 3 pair of work boots have been purchased at this location. This place is one of the last few brick and mortar stores that beat online shopping.

I went looking for work boots. They had a great selection of the major brands across the price spectrum. I had done some initial research then decided to give a local merchant the first shot. Glad I did. Prices were competitive and they had all sizes.The shopping experience was much better than one of the big box stores. Family business, friendly people, warm environment, and some fine boots (clothes, too). Beyond the large work boot section were mens and womens boots of every style and price point. The person helping me knew her boots, materials, and fit/wear patterns.The only negative for me was inconsistent price marking. Some had it, some didnt. This time, though, Im marking that up to getting product on the shelves quickly for the holiday customers. Hopefully theyll catch that up when the dust settles a bit.

The Boot Outlet is a fabulous store!! I travelled there from Mobile, Al. because my husband had bought a pair of boots that ended up having a defect after over 6 months or so, but this store is so great they had absolutely no issues with taking the boots back and exchanging them for another pair. The original store actually didnt have the pair we needed in stock so they called around to their other stores until they found the boots we needed. Very helpful folks and I love the smell of the store!! It obviously stocked with leather products!! Oh, and they throw in the leather conditioning oils!!! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs anything leather, from purses and wallets to belts and boots!! Awesome store!!

I’ve bought several boots from here before. Great people. Today enforced that. I bought my son a pair of boots (he’s 4) a month ago. A few days ago one of the heals came apart. I took them in there and showed ladies working. No questions asked. Gave me anew for him. Great to see someone stand behind products they sell. They have my business!

Im still used to rodeos but I love it here, the employees are happy and very helpful, its alittle pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend going here for southern wear.

Bought a pair of boots at this store on a Wednesday that had to be sent from another local store and was promised it would be at this store the Friday of the same week by 9am. However, I called Friday because I never received a confirmation call that the boots were in and the lady I spoke with told me that the manager was coming from the Moss Point store (where the boots were being sent from) and that he should have them. The same associate called me back later that day to tell me the manager did not have them and how she would make it her personal mission to have them at their store by 9am the next day. I called the next morning to confirm again that the boots were in. Once again, I am told that they were not in and was promised that they would be in the NEXT day by 9am. While Im on the phone now disappointed that this store has now made a THIRD promise date for this order to be in the associate on the phone begins to laugh about the issue with another individual. As a customer who has already paid for the merchandise being shipped I am highly disappointed in the customer service from this location. Instead of waiting to see if the third promise would be fulfilled I decided to go to the Ocean Springs to store in hopes of getting better customer service.

Well...first off upon entering this store me and my wife didnt get a hello or anything from any of the employees. We walked around for maybe 5 minutes with no one trying to offer any kind of help. I was looking for a pair of work boots and I ended up going to Shoe Carnival to make my purchase instead. I felt like it was a very racist environment. And only when we decided to leave was when they looked at us.
