I was looking for a pair of work shoes with arch support. This place didnt have anything that would work. A lot of flip flops, sneakers and sandals. Is there anyway to bring a selection of work shoes please?

I normally go to clearance items .I know exactly what I am looking for when Im visited the store occasionally

Sales prices listed are subject to having no relationship to the prices actually charged - flash sale prices posted in store ring up at the ( unposted in store ) sale prices shown on their websites. While those prices are still good ( and sometimes substantially so ) thats not the point - the point is you dont post one price on the product physically in the store and then charge a different price ( higher, of course ) at the register. It is intentional, of course.

Found what I was looking for quickly, the store was clean and well organized and was easy to find through Google maps.

Pretty good sales and a decent amount of clearance items. Of course these days shoes, like everything else, are expensive. So Carnival has opportunity to save a few bucks.

Always love this place. Being in food service and having to buy slip resistance shoes can be a pain, never any choices or the brands like tread safe from walmart just break away after 3 months, but at shoe carnival I can find brand names at a dont hurt me price

Same ole Shoe Carnival as always; not a very good selection of higher quality shoes. They have lots of certain athletic shoes, but way more on line.

Bought shoes off of their website, paid extra money for two day shipping, it’s been over a week and they still haven’t shipped. They charged my card twice too.

Very great deals on shoes, but the manager was very strange. He was a little bit rude about us not wanting to leave our email. Theyre the worst about promotional emails and sms coupons. It shouldnt matter if I want to leave an email or not. Other than that, I loved shopping here.

The stock was a bit low (particularly in the sizes), but my low rating is for the fact the staff made intercom announcements every 5 minutes in the last 15 minutes counting down. It made making a decision impossible. And at exactly 8, an employee came around asking if you needed help because its 8, and we are closed. We felt so rushed. Next time Ill spend my money down the street instead.

No luck at shoe carnival this trip. They have some nice shoes for decent prices though. A good place to check if youre in the market for some new shows.

Took my Grandchildren there, they always have good deals. They were pleased with the purchases and so was I. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes the CSR is a little lacking, but not to the point of being rude. They are just busy, and they dont make shoe stores like they did in my day, so a good place to shop.

Come here to get shoes every year for school. The access is very easy. The prices were not all bad the clearance shoes were not all bad either. The service was good though I wish the employees would have helped sooner I had to go track one down. It took a while. Apart from that I had a good experience and will come here again soon.

I have visited this store about once a year in the past and never found anything appealing. Now this is the last time I will bother with them. I had just bought a pair of running shoes at the nearby Nike Outlet. But I needed another pair and went to Academy Sports where I saw the exact same Nike shoes for $10 more. Then off to Shoe Carnival and the same shoes cost $30 more there. Now they always offer buy 1 get the second one at half price Guess what at their inflated prices they are still ahead of the game. Its a giant ripoff.

Love being able to get the deals online and getting the shoes shipped to the store for free. Theyll email you when your order is ready. They say at least 4 hours but mine were ready for pickup 30 minutes later.

Let me start off by saying that the “MANAGER”in GULPORT, MS...I think her name is “Danette” IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We stopped by like we do every year for the tax free back to school sale..... And after about 5 mins of running around looking for these certain pairs of sneakers (1 of 4) I might add.....she jumped into action! And let me tell u it took work!!! I was complimenting her the entire time because she hung in there with the best customer service u could possibly imagine! Because if it was me I would have given up after about 10 mins!!! When we finally made it to the register the Cashier (whose name I’m sorry to say I didn’t get)....WAS THE NICEST CASHIER EVER.....all I know is that she was African American and had a beautiful smile! From now on I will only shop this Shoe Carnival....because a good manager with a good attitude will reflect in the employees!! 10’s across the board!!

I go to a shoe store because I have wide feet. Styles and especially sizes in option wide width is very hard to find. I bought something, but they have a hard sole, a half size too big. I can buy run of the mill shoes at Wally or an outdoor store. Shouldnt a large shoe store stock hard to find items?
