There are so many options and they keep offering more services, custom work like I have never seen and will keep going there when ever I am need for custom installs and ideas.

I contracted them to install a remote start on my work van and made a deposit to proceed. Several weeks later I dropped of the vehicle to have the work performed. Over the course of two weeks after leaving the vehicle for numerous days with no progress and waiting there for hours on end it was relayed to me that there was a wiring problem with the van causing the locks not to work and I was instructed to take it to a dealer to rectify. I consulted a dealer, several auto shops, and other installers who all said they could do nothing to assist and that I should take it back to them to gain resolve. I stopped by and relayed this to who I think was the installer and was told to drop it off the next afternoon to finally gain resolve several weeks later. I dropped it off the next morning and not surprisingly I found that it had not moved from where I left it that evening when I went to pick it up and was told that nothing had been done. Although the van does remote start it will not remotely lock or unlock the doors once it has been started and the dealer nor they can tell me why that is despite that it did before I had the service performed. I would not advise using them in any way shape or form for any service as they fail to communicate, plan, or execute.

I came in here to get door speakers and a stereo installed in my car. There was a slight issue at first but the owner (I think thats what he is), Bret fixed the issue quickly and exceeded my expectations when he did. Awesome service, the guys in the shop are professional, polite and very kind. Mr. Bret even took the time to show me what he was doing when he was wiring the stereo and showed me on his computer what he researched about specific parts. He even attempted to fix my door lock for me, which was awesome. All-in-all I am super happy with his (Mr. Brets) work. I will definitely continue to come here for my audio needs but the only person I want to touch my car is Mr. Bret. Thank you so much for the awesome service! My car sounds AMAZING now!

To have wiring going through and installing amp during install the installed it wired to the wrong vehicle when brought back to repair owner says refunded that theyre not going to fix it theyre not making any money on it. Not the first time this has happened with sound solutions had window tint put on vehicle also started coming off they refused to replace it even though its supposed to have a lifetime warranty highly recommend going somewhere else

This place is an absolute nightmare. I had a sound system put in my truck and from get go it had problems. I contacted an employee and the owner and the owner kept promising to do something about it but never has. Fast forward almost 3 years and the system kills my battery everyday (as calling GM dealer daily to jump my truck so had to buy a jump box just to jump truck everyday),makes a horrible thumping sound when I open the truck door. Wish I had done my research on this company and went to Empress Audio and paid a few extra bucks to have this $hit done correctly! Beware!!

Trash, very unprofessional took them two weeks to do one radio

Never taking my stuff up there again! I had a simple job—2 Orion 6.5’s door speakers and 2 alpine tweeters—but somehow they can’t even wire them right. Everything was wired to the stock positive and negative speaker wires in the doors. No amp and no major wires. On top of that, it took them 2 days to finish. Would not recommend bringing your stuff there

This place is awesome! Great friendly staff and always have taken great care of me for years!! Never been something I asked for that couldn’t be done. Always found a way for me to go. I would recommend this establishment to anyone I know and don’t know! Keep up the great work!

Had numerous issues after our install. Had to go back twice to get things fixed and took a long time. For the price we paid we were not satisfied but they eventually got things working correctly. Will not be returning for any future installs

Had an appointment for an install that was supposed to take 2 hours. Took 4 days. When I called about a problem with it after I finally received it they said probably user error. We’re busy take it somewhere else was their solution. This business is run be ignorant people that have no idea how to be competent or professional.

I recently bought a 2018 f150 without the factory premium audio system. I called sound solutions and spoke to Britt. I told him that I wanted the truck to retain the factory appearance as much as possible but needed an upgraded sound system with good (adjustable) bass. Britt recommended a 5 channel amp and replacing the factory door speakers. Sound solutions put in an entire Memphis audio system with 2-10” subs under the rear seat. I couldn’t be any happier. The sub box fits like it came from the factory and the sound is spot on. The bass knob was integrated into a factory coin trey that looks like it was made for it. They even hard wired my radar, minimizing the visible wire, as well as, got rid of the radar restarting when the truck comes out of auto stop at red lights. I would highly recommend sound solutions to anyone looking to either upgrade their factory system or looking for something more. They deliver what they say.

Ordered something thru wish that was delivered today drove 13.3 miles to find out when i got there, my item was seen there this morning but was nowhere to be found. Plus it seemed as tho the guy I spoke with was high as can be on something. They cannot be trusted

Everything sounds great, the price was awesome compared to local options, but I did have some issues (why I only gave 4 stars). There was some significant damage to my dash and door panels after the initial installation that wasnt noticed by anyone but me (when I saw it the next day in the sunlight). The manager was more than cordial about fixing the issue, told me that the installer was fired for the poor work, and made sure that everything was repaired as close to new as they could get. Id only had the vehicle for 3 days, and it had just come straight from the factory, so it was pretty important to get it back in shape.Id go back, and I do recommend them, but I didnt like having to go back after the installation to have the damage fixed.

Very nice set up on the inside, best one Ive seen in a audio store. Prices are kinda high but considering the fact if you buy something they install it free 80% of the time its fair! Definitely recommend them, easy to get along with. Heard a few bad things but havent had 1 complaint myself so far! Definitely would only go to them for any car audio!

Lost my wish package. 3 trips across town & it appears I wont be retrieving it at all.

Gave $500 and a picture of the a-pillars wanted and got trash. He told me it would be ready in a week and took over a month. He offered to fix and kept telling me to come back week after week. After a month I called and he told me to come in the next day, so i did... then he told me to wait until the next day again.So i just took my pillars and left... he told my wife i was impatient. Even though I waited for over a month on a project he said would take a week. Took the pillars to Advanced Audio on tennessee and got them done better in 3 days.Worst store I ever dealt with... his talents werent up to what i asked but he took my money anyway and tried to outsource it. He basically stole from me.

So I walk in and even thou the person behind the counter was busy with a customer I still got a greeting of acknowledgement. Bonus points 😉 so I use the ladies room which was clean and wonder around and find this old school arcade game. Awesome so now I am entertained while I wait. Also noticed a nice comfy couch to sit on in waiting area. But I was helped before I even got to that point. The employee answeed all my questions because i had a bunch and not once did i notice any kind of aggervation although I know some of my questions were probaly common sense. Lol ....long story short I have a radio that plays in my soccer mom van and sounds nice. Thanks for EVERYTHING. very professional and great manners 😊

Dont go there, they put in new head unit and 4 new speakers. They took my money and let me leave with absolute horrible sound. I went back and the guy playing on cell phone behind the counter said turn the bass down, I had it down all the way and still distortion . Manager pretty much the same, said it was the speakers I bought before hand(Rockford fosgate)???? I went to Empress audio down the street and now I have a great sounding system with no extra purchases. My opinion, Sound solution personnel dont care what the customer has to say I will not be back and will not recommend Sound solution in Gulfport to anyone!!!

If i could put a negative 5 i would service horrible have made a total of 7 and today day will make 8 trips to store still have yet to receive stuff ordered just to find out they order wrong thing

He installed the best sound system on my boat. He saved me over 1,500.00 dollars compared to the competition down the street. If that wasnt good enough he then installed my office with televisions on the ceiling so that the patients could watch TV during treatment. And if that was not good enough! He then came over to the house and installed security system so that my kids cannot get outside without hearing an alarm. Was also included a burglary alarm. Thanks for the jam up job.

Had sound solution install 4 memphis pr 6.5s 2 memphis pr 10s and a 5 channel amp. 2 months later I decided to put the subs in a custom 1.5cu.ft. box because it just didnt sound right. I had contacted memphis they said the speakers sould be in .75 cu.ft. per sub so I had one built but when I pulled the subs out of the original box i noticed they are dual voice coil 4 ohm subs and they wired them using only one of the coils on each speakers no wires going to the 2nd coil at all on each they smell burnt and the spider has turned black charcoal looking i called memphis and the teck said they had wired them wrong and they were damaged and to take them back, so I did but sound solutions said it was my fault. I dont understand how I spent almost 1400 dollars at sound solutions for a system and now I have to buy new single voice coil subs cuz they tried getting a 2 ohm load with 2 dual voice coil 4 ohm subs which memphis tech said on the phone you cant do so either they dont no how to wire subs correctly or they screwed me cuz they should have went with single voice coil 4 ohm subs to get the 2 ohm load at least thats what the memphis tech said on the phone so my advice stay away from sound solutions gulfport ms i left there so irritated ... update after a week of calling memphis audio and sound solutions they swaped the dvc 4 ohm subs for svc 4ohm subs what a difference getting a 2 ohm load on the amp like night and day

I had them install key less entry/ remote start which took them 12 hours. I asked them before i had them do the job. if they could install it on a 2015 car. the reason it took them 12hrs is because they used cheap ass splice blocks that were not making a good connection. it has not worked right since day one. the owner basically called me a lair saying it was working just fine. he said his guy looked at it and found a loss wire i call bs. i have had the car in there at least three times now trying to fix each time they say they have fixed and have not. it will not unlock the car it was the whole reason i bought this. was for key less entry. i wouldnt let them install anything for me ever again. i spent good money on this and it wont work and they cant fix it. google wouldnt let me out 0 or half a star like i wanted to. stay away from this place. I work on engines for a living and wire things everyday the way they are wiring this stuff is a joke.

Ive always used Sound Solutions and have been completely satisfied with the service given and the product. Ill always use them for any audio needs. The staff knows their products which always a plus in my book.
