My mother used this business for at least5 years. Nelson is a wonderful caring person and most of all, patient when dealing with the elderly. Mom could talk, and she enjoyed listening to him talk about the Boy Scout Troup he mentors. It seemed like we were always there, mom washed at least 4 pair and lost 2 pair of heating aids. Each time she just showed up he took her right in just like she had an appointed. He has a lab at his office which allows him to make or repair your hearing aids. Sometimes even while you wait. I have the utmost respect for Nelson and Ill refer him to everyone I know.

I take my Maw Maw here and they remember her every time and are very friendly!
