I am so over this place! I have asked repeatedly that they quit sending mail for my dead brother (dead 6 years Now!) to my address, where the man has never lived, and I never even owned this home while he was still alive. I have asked and asked and asked. This is ridiculous and quite upsetting. STOP!

They bait you in by telling you that you will receive a Turkey or other gifts if you participate in their study/ testing. Until your is complete. Once finish, you are standing at their front desk with your mouth open and then the big SUPRISE...They tell you.Nothing is wrong with your hearing, In

Ordered hearing aids for my mother more than a month ago. Blue Cross shows they were paid in full on the 10th. Was told that they would be in by Friday, they werent. Was told that they would be in by Monday, still no hearing aids. If I could give a negative stars rating I would.
