Absolutely despicable business practice. First, it took them 3 weeks from the time of purchase to send me what should have been a rebuilt block as per their post: (Condition: Professionally rebuilt with 6 NEW PISTONS, bearings & rings by a master mechanic with 25+ years experience. Excellent cosmetic condition...guaranteed to function properly & with warranty. Please check our feedback...100% honest!) I have been a marine mechanic for 13 years, I know a rebuilt motor. This is far from it. 2600$ for junk. This is worse than the motor I am replacing. What a shame because i was going to buy a few more powerheads in the next week. You want this review down then we need to talk. you have my number. If I do not hear anything my Lovely band of Lawyers will be talking with you.

Worst place ever. Ordered a 1990 refurbished Mercury 200. Took forever and a day or should I say months. After bugging them long enough I decided to drive from Lafayette to see WTH goin on. Get there an they tell me blocks at machinist. Another month goes by I get a call saying its ready. I drive up again an its still at machinist. WTF. Finally bout month later I get call saying its ready. So I go get it. Pick it up an put it in cab of my truck with wet paint still dripping off it. Drop it off at my mechanic shop locally and ask him to tear it down an look over it. Here are the finding: 1. I ordered a 200 block an pay for 200 block get a 150 block. 2. The block never came from a machine shop. Still had 2 cycle oil all over the walls an interior. 3. Pass your hand in inlet an get all kin Ids of metal on hand. 4. 5 sleeves were inserted, 3 of them not seated rite, 1 turned blocking exhaust port, an one is completely wrong sleeve blocking 100% of exhaust ports. 4. Crank had 2 bad journals and a wear pattern from a pre-80s cap. Every bearing on motor was seized or very close to being seized. Was told all pistons were new, but piston had obviously had 300+ hes on them due to amount carbon build up on them. And have pics to prove all of this as well as a findings report from the Mercury mechanic. Tried contacting them only to get the manager/owner will call me as soon as he returns only to not get a call an now my phone calls are not being answered at all. This back woods place is horrible! Worst experience! Not trying to make it rite. Got 1 yes warranty an by the time I get in touch it will be over. Legal action has been taken but for now an future do not use this place. Not even to buy sparkplug!! An this is supposed to be a completely refurbished 199O Merc 200 powerhead that was fresh out machine shop with all new parts. Sorry it didnt let me upload all pics I have but you can obviously see that this motor isnt refurbished with new parts and has not came from machine shop!!

Total scam. Very poor business practices. Took 6 weeks to get a proper bill of sale on a trailer I purchased. After contacting a gentleman that calls himself the owner nearly every day he finally emailed a bill of sale with a different business letterhead. When I questioned him he called me on the phone, yelling and cursing at me. The trailer is a piece of garbage too. Had to be totally rebuilt. Worst experience ever.

I was looking for a serviceable trim tilt unit for my Johnson outboard. The guys had one ready for me to pick up, but the release valve was stuck. they found one that wasnt stuck and I took it home. went to put my new seal kit in it and the pump motor screws were froze. took that unit back to them and explained what i needed to do, they understood and put together a unit that met my needs without too much hassle. they are honest and willing to work with me. People this business is a Boat Junk yard. If your expecting a brand new part from them, be for real! their prices are reasonable and they will work with you to get you what you need. you have to understand what you are looking for in the first place. Thanks to the guys that helped me out. Your ok in my book and I will deal with them again in the future. they most likely will have what your looking for on older parts but again dont expect them to be new.

BUYER BEWARE!! Crooked business! My husband ordered a powerhead. It was suppose to be to us in 2 weeks. A month and many calls later it still was not here. We talked with both Christina and Brittany several times. Christina told us a couple times it had shipped but when we asked for tracking numbers they couldnt provide it. We called several more times and it was one story after the other. Shipped, not shipped but being shipped, will be shipped the next day. We called and talked to Brittany since Christina was supposedly out that day. She said she would make sure this was taken care of and on her way back to the warehouse with the manager. We called later that day to cancel everything and she didnt even remember who I was and miraculously Christina was there! We asked to talk to the manager and she said he wasnt in that day. We finally talked to the manager Jared later that day. He assured us this would be handled but due to the previous mess, we finally told him to cancel the order. He said he would refund our card and send us a confirmation in the email. In the meantime I started a dispute for $2,364.00 with my credit card company. When the refund was never done, we called back again. We were told due the dispute (they obviously received it) they could not do the refund and it had to be handled through the dispute. The paperwork from the credit card was sent to them 12/11/18 which Marine Supply obviously received and they still have not responded as of 1/7/19. We will call tomorrow and if they cant produce a completed dispute form that was received by them from our credit card company and the date it was sent back, the next call will be the Attorney Generals office.

Ordered a power head over 6 weeks ago. Was quoted 1 week to ship when ordered. For the last 5 weeks we call and they say tomorrow it will ship. And nobody knows anything about it for any details!!! And mechanic is never there to talk to! Place is a total scam. And we are getting the law on it next!! Over $2,200.00 they took and have not supplied anything but lies!! I Would Not Use Them Ever Again!!!! They are total crooks and scammers!!!!!

Purchased a used lower unit for 2000 225HP Yamaha. My mechanic had to send the 1st unit back immediately because it was leaking oil right out the box. They sent a replacement used unit that was installed. Got the boat out of storage after several months with ZERO uses and see the 2nd unit is leaking oil! They claim there is only a 30 day calendar warranty and will give a quote to fix it if I send it back. But can they really fix the problem OR just take more money??? A waste of $1,115 plus labor to install a WORTHLESS part. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company. They will happily take your money but will not stand behind their products at all.

Shipped a gear case they said was tested and serviced. When it arrived we found oil on the outside and water inside.While they did pay for the return postage, I am still out $250 (the cost of the mechanic putting the unit on, taking it off and shipping it back).In addition, I had to dispute the charge with Visa to get the refund they said would be credited, but they did not do so timely.Be very cautious in dealing with them. Don’t agree to doing business outside Ebay as they suggest.

If you are putting together an in-board mercruiser they have everything in the yard you could need bits and pieces things you cant order new anymore

I would give them negative stars if I could I ordered a power head in March it didn’t even show up till mid may had my mechanic charge me storage for taking so long to get there then he installed it and it was bad off the get the rod bearings were making noise. Called to try and get it dealt with and they wanted to talk to the mechanic so I gave them the phone number and when I talked to them after they talked to the tech and they recommended I take it to someone else cause he wasn’t working with them they didn’t know what the phrase the rod bearings are singing out ment as a car person myself that seems questionable at best but finally after a week of calling everyday I got them to take it back to repair well they took it back at the end of may and showed up before the last day of the month and they just never looked at it lucky for me I had PayPal because who knows when they would have looked at it to fix it let alone repair it but I missed most the fishig year with these people and got the run around for 5 months terrible people horrible customer service they are just in it for the money

Bought 90HP yamaha lower unit, lock nut does not hold due to corrosion, they would not exchange for another they say because its used part.out $1300. Beware buying from them
