We like the store in Gurnee it has easy access to the parking lot of the mall. Also a good return policy is very important to my family.

I dont usually go in to this store. Once I do a walk thru I fully understand why I dont shop here. No one greets you. I walked by two employees one on each side of the isle, they kept up their conversation never asking if I needed help finding anything. Just terrible customer service all around

If you have a Sodastream go here for cartridge refills! 1/2 for the trade in PLUS you can use a 20% coupon too! Also its impossible to leave this store w/o buying something that wasnt on your list!

Was looking for a comforter and I found a great deal on sale for five pieces and it was only $30 I thought it was fantastic course this is for twin bed but still enjoyed my trip there and I found a few other little things great time thanks.

I felt they were very rude regarding their return policy and they wouldnt compromise. They were willing to loose me as a customer FOR $10.00 who shopped their often ( WILL NO LONGER SHOP THERE). I had no receipt and asked for store store credit minus the 20% that everyone uses on the norm. However an item I purchased for $24 dollars and received 9 dollars cash never asking for CASH. AGAIN the cashier if she would had stopped trying to speak over me. She would have understood! Customer service have lost the art of listening !

We dont normally shop at Bed Bath. It was the only store that stayed open past the mall hours (big plus). So we happen to be in the market for pots and pans. The manager asked Brittney to help us out in cookware. Not only did Brittney know her stuff but she helped us save over $400 on a Calphalon set. I wont take this store for granted any longer. Thank you BB&B!

Staff at the returns desk were definitely making their point that they didnt want my online returns and werent quiet about it. These are the times were in, please dont make me feel bad for that.

Employee walked right past me twice before I got help

Larger store then most in the surrounding counties and great location in the mall and includes the brand Buy Buy Baby. Has 2 entrances a mall entrance as well as an outside entrance that makes it convenient both ways. Has a great selections for miniature travel size items from A to Z. Can get busy during the weekends but you should be able to find most of what you want at this sore as the turn over is high.

Love this bed bath and beyond. They recently changed up the way everything is set up so its alittle difficult finding things but the staff are always friendly and you can honestly find them anywhere unlike other stores where you cant find any of the staff on the floor when you need one. The good thing is its also a buy buy baby store so you can shop for baby and home all at once.

Nice place for bed, bath and household items. Good variety of kitchenware items. Good collection of bedding items. Their 20% off or $5 on $25+ purchase can really make this very motivating place purchase daily need items. Overall customer service is very good. Easy to get in from parking lot as well as from inside Gurnee mills mall.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a chain retail store that carries all kinds of items for your bedroom such as comforters pillows mattress pads. Sheets. Bathroom items such as shower curtains bathmats shower curtain rods soap dishes soap dispensers garbage cans. They also carry of raid items of kitchen utensils small kitchen appliances like crock pots coffee pots they have pots and pans they carry candles, China silverware wall decor and seasonal items such as fans and lawn chairs. Great store to shop and they have all kinds of Aden and type of things there.

I went to Bed Bath and Beyond to look for a specific item and found so much more. There was a vast selection of items. I found some great gifts. The staff was very helpful and checkouts moved people through quickly. I will return soon.

Rotten police. I tried to use my 20% off coupon and it didnt take if. They couldnt tell me why. They advised I go onto the Internet and get a coupon . I wear on their site and I had to sign up to get a coupon. Now on n like and sigh up to get the coupon. I then get a text a text stating I had to wait 24 hours before I can use the coupon. It was a trick to get my email address. I cancel my email and walked out of the store. I went to Target and purchased the same produce cheaper than BBB even if I had to use the 20% off. So BBB you just lose a customer

Not clean staff doesnt like to answer questions never has what is advertised

So I normally love this place. It usually has lots of cool stuff, including sheets and towels, kitchen utensils, snacks, baby needs, etc etc. What I could not believe was that there were no 3/4 curling irons in the beauty section. Very odd - a clerk looked also, and there was no shelf tag for any that size. But other than that, everything on my lidt.

Overpriced, but often have things you didnt know you needed and coupons to boot!

Beyond did not have what i was looking for.

Very pricey store. First they have the same items that are sold in other stores but their prices are higher on those items than the other stores sell them for. Second they do have an amazing selection bathroom accessories and bedding items, which you cant find in other stores, however those items are very pricey. I consider this to be a luxury store, I only visit once or twice a year when Im redecorating. This is not a store I would shop in regularly because it does not make sense economically. Overall great selection, but just too expensive.

For a place thats name begins with bed you would think they would have more than 5% of the storm with bedroom stuffs, but is now dwindled to a measly selection of about 10 different comforters and and fewer bed sets!

What you would expect from a Bed Bath and Beyond. Nice place conveniently placed in Gurnee Mills Mall so you can visit other places as well. Found what I was looking for easily, nicely sectioned store layout.

A lot more beyond than we expected going in here but we will definitely be back. We bought up a nice sheet set for our new bed and saw lots of other things to come back for. Definitely recommend coming here when you have plenty of time to brows because there is a ton of cool stuff here!

I’m giving this store a bad review because they told me I couldn’t take the cart out of the store into the mall and I had 3 toddlers. They said “it’s because we run out of them fast.” Meanwhile they can’t get the carts out of their cart corral in their parking lot and they are hoarding carts for products that need to be returned to the shelves. Yeah okay. I always bring my cart back. Won’t be coming back to this store ever again!

Not one to complain but had a terrible experience with a staff member lashing out at me. Proceeded to talk to the manager about employee and blamed her staffs poor customer service on her previous enrollment in the army. Not to mention that the employee was rude and interrupted me as I was speaking to the manager. Safe to say I wont be visiting this location again.

Very friendly staff this last visit. Hasnt always been this way at the Gurnee location. Excellent selection for most everything in the home. Large childrens section too. Went there for fun winter flannel sheets: mission accomplished! Also spent a lot of time pursuing the kitchen gadgets and small appliances. Reasonable prices too. In Gurnee Mills Mall. Easy to get to and loads of free parking.

Cashier was completely rude and had the nerve to raise her voice to me in front my my 9 month old nephew. For taking a cart into the open mall! Manager approved and she still wanted to make rude comments about my race. Yes I am white but that has nothing to do with using a store cart! Was completely shocked! Manager was not happy!

Great place to shop for the things you werent looking for

This store used to be a favorite but the variety has gone out the window, place is usually in at least mild disarray, staff is a bit grumpy. Items I used to find are no longer available. Making the store half baby stuff ruined it for me. I dont have kids. The prices arent good either, probably to make up for all the 20 percent off coupons. Youre better off hitting the Walmart down the road.

My son and I went to Bed Bath and Beyond they had a deal with buy three get three free. The cashier was so nice she gave us the 20 percent off and another 10.

I have never been to this BB&B before as I recently moved to the area. Typically I always receive friendly customer service and pleasant people but not today. Not here! Ive never had an issue if I didnt have a receipt because it links to my c.c. to exchange something but I used a gift card for this purchase. So they wouldnt let me exchange it for the exact same thing. No alternative course of action order a working one online or something like that just flat out no and basically go away youre holding up the line. The first cashier was nice the lady that took over was a big fat jerk. And i only say that because I dont think i should swear on Google review. Take your business elsewhere if at all possible.
